13/10/2025: Another strange experience, honestly. We're not used to private beaches, and in this region, 99% of them are taken over by restaurants. So, you expect first-class service, and the truth is, it's not like that. In such a touristy place, they don't speak Spanish or English. "ABSURD." Afterwards, they only had one waiter, who was hardly a waiter. He set the table in five stages, since instead of carrying everything on a tray, he brought us: the tablecloths first and left. After a few minutes, he arrived with the cutlery and left, then the plates, and then the menus. So if you ask about the food, I'll leave it to your amusing conclusion. In short, expensive and bad. Anyway, Italy....

14/08/2025: We had a wonderful experience at Fracatel! The food was absolutely superb — fresh, full of flavour, and clearly made with the best local ingredients. The service was outstanding: the staff took such good care of us, always kind, attentive, and thoughtful about our needs, never once making us feel rushed or unwelcome. One especially touching moment was when a member of the team celebrated their birthday and kindly shared their homemade cake with us — such a sweet gesture that made us feel like part of the family. A true gem where hospitality and quality go hand in hand. Highly recommended!

16/10/2025: This is one of the loveliest places I've been, the food is true Italian and delicious. The hosts are the main course, kind and relaxing atmosphere it looks built into a cave and the people are just so lovely. Spaghetti bologniese was delicious and the pizza. A lovely experience for food and family friendly and romantic at the same time

Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or sitting down for a full meal, you can taste the quality in every bite. Highly recommend to anyone who appreciates great food and top-notch service!

02/09/2025: The quality of the ingredients is excellent, the staff is very kind and helpful, and so would the girls serving the tables if it weren't for the somewhat impeccable service. I understand there are other reservations, but you can rush customers by clearing their plates from the table as soon as they've finished their last bite. You wait for everyone to finish first, and then they can clear them away. I hope my opinion isn't taken as a criticism, but as advice.

23/08/2025: We were on holiday here in Salerno and we came to eat for three days in this magnificent place in front of the port, very fresh and delicious fish.

12/10/2025: A quaint osteria on the Chiaia steps. Limited seating, both inside and out. Excellent food, friendly service, and very reasonable prices. We had lunch for two, including a first course, second course, side dish, wine, water, and dessert, for €63. Highly recommended.

12/10/2025: We found it by chance. We were looking for a restaurant to eat at before returning to grab our luggage and heading to the airport. The food was very good, as was the service. Out of courtesy, they offered us a homemade limoncello: delicious.

21/09/2025: Small local restaurant. Good fresh food and friendly service. The pizzas are really good as are the other dishes (primi/secondi). The fish is caught not farmed.

28/09/2025: Very friendly and helpful people. The place is right on the main road, with plenty of tables, including on the side street, Via Donnaromita. There are TVs so you can watch the games, but reservations are almost mandatory.

28/09/2025: A nice bar right on the Spaccanapoli. Unfortunately, the service wasn't particularly attentive during our visit. It was also disappointing that there were no snacks, not even chips, available for the aperitif. The drinks, however, were good.

11/10/2025: If you are in this area, I highly recommend this family run restaurant. From the grandmother outside to welcome you, the son who runs the restaurant, the mother, who is the chef, the waiter and Uncle(or friend, not quite sure) Mateo, this place is the vibe of small towns that make Italy truly special. If you are in a hurry, don't go. They make everything to order, it's not fast food. But, it is worth the wait. I had a linguine with shrimp and lemon and my partner had the "New" pizza. She said it's the best pizza she has ever had! My pasta was so flavorful with just the right amount of lemon. I ate the entire dish! And the portions are generous so, it was a lot. We had a wonderful time with Mateo and really enjoyed talking to him. It made the experience that much more special. Thank you for an amazing meal and time.

06/10/2025: Truly UNIQUE....I went there on the recommendation of the B&B where I was staying, I thought it was the classic tourist restaurant....and instead a UNIQUE flavor, the owner very friendly and nice and the service super...... I'll be back soon!

05/10/2025: The staff is very friendly and patient, as you have to reserve by phone for the same day. Among all the dishes, I recommend pasta with potatoes and provola, potato croquettes, and the fried mozzarella. Fair prices.

06/10/2025: I'M A NAPLES BOY FROM THE AREA, I CAN ASSURE YOU THAT IT'S THE BEST PLACE IN THE SPANISH QUARTERS IN TERMS OF DRINK AND STAFF, THESE REVIEWS YOU SEE ARE ALL FAKE THEY ARE PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN FRUSTRATED BY LIFE, THESE REVIEWS OF A STAR AND A MEANNESS OF SOME FRUSTRATED PERSON... THEY ARE PEOPLE WHO CAN ONLY ACCOMMODATE IN ENVIRONMENTS LIKE THEM AND NOT SUCH QUIET ENVIRONMENTS SO THEY WERE CHASED AWAY AND THEY EVEN ATTACKED THE STAFF WITH PUNCHES IN THE FACE... Have a good day and leave us alone, go drink somewhere else, these are not places for you..!
