16/07/2025: I would have given it a fifth star, but the mozzarella was from yesterday, even though it was very good, and the manager had told me so. The mozzarella here is always good. Their Campanian beer, Assaporito, is also good. What can I say about this place, where you feel right at home (Campania). It's hard to find any flaws. The owner's son is a nice, empathetic, and professional person, like all the staff. I'm waiting for the Piennolo tomatoes, which will arrive soon. I would have tried the u' per e muss... but it wasn't available today... I'll be back. Well done!

09/06/2025: I always find what I'm crazy about (Neapolitan pastries, especially the shortcrust pastry) and pepper taralli. Prices are perhaps not super cheap, but you have to consider the transport from the south to here (I really don't think they make them)

21/07/2025: Very good food, fast and attentive service, reservations seem mandatory during high season. Unfortunately, the heat is intense in the small street where many of the tables are located, which makes it difficult to enjoy the dishes.

24/08/2025: Nice place, minimal, nothing special... for what my opinion counts, I'd recommend focusing only on the fish... because you have to know how to prepare even the most "banal" meat. They only have one burger, and it's a very low-quality one (which they show off as Chianina beef), which they cook in the morning so they have it ready to put in a sandwich! My son asked for the meat on a plate... so without bread, and what he got was a brick of a thousand shades of brown, reheated in the microwave because it had the classic moisture that only the microwave creates. The fish was passable, but there's definitely better out there.

01/08/2025: Perfect here! Even as a German, we were treated really well. The service was extremely friendly and attentive in the best possible way. The food is perfect, especially for seafood lovers. I think the gnocchi and pasta were even homemade (?). The bill also surprised us; it was cheaper than expected.

12/07/2025: I have visited Cassino a number of times and I have eaten at Pepe Nero several times. The staff has been cordial and attentive, the setting relaxed, and the food preparation has been outstanding each time. They get very creative in the kitchen. My compliments.

05/07/2025: Amazing! Shrimp cooked perfectly on the salad, perfect sized portions for starters and pasta. Flavors was spectacular. If course wine was a great match. Jazz playing kept it all together. Loved it!

27/08/2025: I've been back twice and I have to say that the menu is really good and there are nice fish selections. We were there for 2 birthdays and the dishes arrived together even though we ordered different things, which is very important! The location is central and convenient for parking. The atmosphere and the narrow entrance are a bit detrimental, but the really fair price per person makes up for it. I'll be back.

13/07/2025: A great restaurant in an interesting location. The service was very friendly. We didn't have to wait for a table at all, and the meals were served very quickly. The dishes were very tasty and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this restaurant.

21/07/2025: We were recommended this place and it did not dissappont us. We (family of five) did not have a reservation, but was welcomed anyway. The restaurant was full with a good vibe. We had meat, pasta and pizza and all the dishes tasted delicious and looked nice when served. We had a good time here.
