05/04/2025: I'm putting one star because the system doesn't allow you not to put even one, otherwise the most correct review would be a 0. There are three of us and we order two coffees. The lady is obviously resentful that I didn't take anything, and when she brings us coffees she doesn't even respond to our "thank you". I ask to use the bathroom and the lady rudely informs me that I would have to pay 50 cents because I didn't use anything. I point out that in any case there was a consumption of the group, and I inform you that I also work in catering and have never heard of anything like this. Nothing to do, I couldn't use the toilet. The two coffees were paid €3.60 and were advanced because they were terrible. A failure on every front.

Espresso / extra class - almond biscuits or something similar / can be seen in the photo - just good - service lady nice and friendly - came here on the recommendation of local citizens - thank you to the 2 Alpini gentlemen - many thanks to the restaurant - everything is fine - 💁🇦🇹🙋 greet you - oops - using the toilet was no problem either - super clean ☀️🤝 . With the best will in the world, we can't understand the negative reviews - but: an 🇦🇹 Austrian proverb says: ** as you shout (call) into the forest - that's how the echo comes back - rules of etiquette have probably been forgotten.

27/08/2025: I agree with all the disgruntled people who have spoken out about this restaurant, which should close down because it's such a disgrace to Italian gastronomy. Servers who don't speak a word of English, don't understand your order, and serve you dishes that are almost exactly what you wanted, even if the ingredients are changed. And they have the nerve to charge you for the dishes they took back because of their mistake. They threaten to call the police... what a joke! Absolutely avoid it; it's truly an insult to Italy; they only have a terrace, which unfortunately traps too many tourists.

01/01/2025: I bought 2 bottles of wine and liquor for €50 thought it's nice to support small local shop but obviously I got scammed since the real price is only €20 or even less when I check it online. I wish I read the reviews before I got in. Lesson learned and I hope my review will help other people to not fall for this tourist rip-off scammer shop anymore.

14/06/2025: Carísimo y muy malo. Nos cobraron 5€ por cada café, y 7€ por un bollo. Increíble !!! Además está sucio, no recogen las mesas. Hay muchísimos mejores sitios en Florencia para tomar un café por la mitad de precio. Me pareció un robo, no volveré nunca.

19/07/2025: Personal completamente grosero. Hacerte sentir inoportuno en cuanto entres al edificio. Tirándote los ojos encima y sin hablar Inglés. Los baños están en la oscuridad y el sótano de abajo no le sentaría bien a un prisionero en una celda. 06/07/2025: We were 7 in a bar today for a friend of ours who was having his birthday, we ordered 7 cocktails and various and it took them 30 minutes to make them and bring them, plus we asked for chips and they brought a bowl for two people while there were 7 of us, we asked for another one and they didn't even bring it. The drinks were badly made, spritz that only tastes like water, Bloody Mary with too much tomato

23/07/2025: TOTAL SCAM. Just bought gelato for listed takeaway price of 5€. Ate inside and was charged 11.50€ for dining in...over twice the amount. I wasn't told the dine-in price nor was it listed. The gelato was okay. 1 star for withholding information only to gouge the customer when they're paying the bill on the way out.

22/07/2025: OVERPRICED CRAP, service was ok, but the found was very dry and tasteless. Nothing was fresh and all microwaved (they actually put some of the food in the microwave in front of us and said it was freshly made). The beer was overpriced at €9.50 each, which we didn't realise at the time. Would recommend everyone to avoid this place

11/06/2025: I find it unfair that the coffee granita is displayed in the ice cream section so that if you ask for it you have a surcharge and if you ask for cream on the granita the price increases even more.

20/05/2025: A coffee costs 1.30 euros, it's okay in a shopping centre, but... Coffee is NOT good at all and not even a glass of water!

11/07/2025: I'm giving it one star because I can't give it zero. A particularly small spritz for €6, stale and rancid fries, and a €2 coffee. Rude staff, and days-old food in the display case. Overall, a terrible experience.

30/06/2025: The lady who runs the bar is very kind and sunny but the prices are very high for a simple coffee and bottle of water we spent €4.50.

The worst bar experience in Milan. But I see now that my review will be consistent with the others already here.
