02/07/2025: Be careful asking for the small cup because with the trick question "1 flavor?" they will palm you off with the one for children for 2 euros with half the ice cream, without you having asked for it. Technique to evidently pick up a few more euros by saving ice cream. No comment. EDIT: 2 years have passed and the exact same thing happened with my parents. So a real tactic that is well-known and regularly repeated. What a shame...

29/06/2025: Yesterday I had an ice cream, I asked for a cup with two flavors, asking if there was gluten in the ice cream, specifying that I am celiac. I was told that there could be contamination, but I decided to have it anyway. There were two girls, one at the cash register and one who made the ice creams. The girl who made the ice creams was rude, rude, presumptuous and with an attitude that was harmful to the ice cream shop. She made me the cup and put the wafer on top. I told her "no no no, not the wafer, I am celiac" and she started complaining loudly, speaking badly of me in front of me, with other customers also watching. She complained telling me that I had to say it, that it is not done like that and that it is not possible. But really said in a rude way. After that she violently threw the cup in the garbage. You are working together, you should work as a team and work together since you are just a few inches away from each other, instead of blaming the customer. Let me tell you something, I will never go back to your ice cream shop. Nothing will change for you but I will really give bad publicity. Not everyone is suited to customer service. If you don't have patience, if you don't know how to relate to others and it is clear that you only work because you are forced to, you won't go far, I'm sorry. This is how you live badly. I wish the girl a good life, and I hope she drinks more chamomile tea and is more humble.

08/08/2025: It takes courage to sell such an unpleasant macchiato coffee for 1.50, unlike many others that sell it for 30/20 cents in your hand and it is much better.

21/08/2025: Please do not go here. On top of the cover charge, which is normal for outdoor restaurants apparently, they give you a Lilia water (costs 0.50 euros at the store) for SIX EUROS. After serving what seemed like all canned food as well, they had the audacity to just add a 5 euro tip for themselves.

05/09/2025: "Original Sicilian Granita" was horrible. Two frozen jars that were uneatable, and I've yet to understand the taste. The rude owner gave me a rude answer when I asked for toilet paper. I only feel sorry for the waiter, who was really nice and kind. A terrible experience.

09/07/2025: It's incredible how every time I come here I always leave disappointed. The staff isn't at all friendly with customers. First they tell you free things, then they make you pay for them, like a little cream or Nutella. Aperitif? I got a boatload of snacks, ALL obviously dry (you could tell from the chips). 1 frappe (not even blended well) with a mini cup of one flavor, 7 euros. No comment. Furthermore, they don't accept payments under 5 euros with the POS. I wanted a water and couldn't get one. NO COMMENT

31/05/2025: I came in because I needed a sandwich to take away for lunch, I was recommended a tramezzino, good and average price. The guys were very kind and helpful

01/05/2025: Very friendly staff, we didn't eat, we had drinks that were served quickly and efficiently. The freshly squeezed orange juice was delicious but a bit pricey. We enjoyed the time we spent there.

22/03/2025: Si può avere/gestire un posto molto bello, capiente, nel cuore di una città importante e rinomata, MA se la qualità di prodotti, i costi e soprattutto il servizio offerto non sono all'altezza si va poco lontani..... Purtroppo non sono solita leggere le recensioni dei bar (al contrario delle recensioni su ristoranti e hotel). In genere scelgo guidata dall'istinto alla ricerca di un buon caffè che renda la mia vacanza o il mio soggiorno di lavoro ancora più gradevole. Questa esperienza mi insegna a farlo! Non lo consiglio. Passate oltre.

18/07/2025: El servicio era horrible y la comida era mala el precio de la comida es muy alto por la mala calidad la oferta Le pedí que cambiara la ensalada por papas fritas y el camarero se olvidó y fue grosero cuando dije que le pedí y él simplemente irrumpió con el plato Me parece muy grosero cuando pagas 30 +€ por carne de res o salmón que saben muy mal btw que el servicio al menos compensaría Le pedí que trajera un poco de papas fritas, en lugar de eso tomaron el plato, lo que significa que la comida se enfriaría solo para agregar unas papas fritas. Tardé siglos en traer la comida para mi hija Le pedí un filete medio cocido y me lo trajeron bien hecho más... No hay salsa con nada, así que solo añadimos un poco de aceite de oliva al gusto, ya que era muy malo comer

16/04/2025: Non capisco perché ci debba essere quasi sempre la seguente proporzione: zona turistica =trappola per Turisti. Ho ordinato una Caesar salad così composta: insalata verde, 3 e dico 3 pezzettini di tacchino (?), 4 acciughe e salsa, uno spritz pessimo, 30 euro. Passi il conto… Ma il cibo è scandaloso

05/05/2025: We needed hot water to prepare our grandson's soup and they immediately took care of giving us the best service, without asking us anything. Then, calmly, we consumed some good croissant and coffee products. Thank you !

01/09/2025: I visited this restaurant with a friend and had a very unpleasant experience. We wanted to order focaccia with mozzarella, but communication was extremely difficult because the waiter didn’t speak any English and we don’t speak Italian. Instead, we were served a dish with pork, even though we are both vegetarian and don’t eat meat. When we explained this, the waiter reacted very rudely and even somewhat aggressively, insisting that we had to pay for the dish. The plate wasn’t removed from the table, we didn’t touch it, and yet we still had to pay for it. We placed a new order, but the whole situation left us feeling very uncomfortable. On top of that, the food itself was disappointing: the bread was old and hard, and overall the quality was very poor. Unfortunately, this visit was extremely unpleasant, and we would not recommend this restaurant.

19/08/2025: People! Don't go there. The worst restaurant I've ever been to in Venice. Two scoops of ice cream for 4.50 euros. And I ordered gnocchi with tomatoes. It cost 11 euros. I got a children's portion. Unfortunately, it was takeout and I didn't see the portion until I left. Don't go there. What's in the picture costs 11 euros (each piece is 1 euro). I feel ripped off.

18/07/2025: High prices - a small beer is 4.5 euros, but after buying it the staff does not allow you to sit at a table! Bad attitude towards visitors. I advise you to avoid!

11/07/2025: I wouldn't recommend it because of the service. I ordered a double espresso. We had a moment before the bus to Bari departed. I sat down at a table for two to have a coffee. A moment later, when my wife sat down next to me, an employee appeared and said she couldn't sit with me because she hadn't ordered anything from him. I asked for a minute because I was almost done with my coffee, and the employee said she couldn't. My wife stood up and stood over me. There were empty seats inside and outside the cafe because people were boarding buses. The owner doesn't seem to like tourists.

29/08/2025: We had lunch at this café. The place is clean and welcoming. The girl who welcomed and served us was very kind and cheerful.

27/08/2025: Most expensive and worst tasting ice cream we had in Assisi but on the plus side the lady who served us was very friendly and the shop appeared clean.
