11/08/2025: We got cappuccinos and americanos at every spot in Minori and this place had the best. The owners were very nice, fair prices compared to the US, and we had a view of the ocean. Highly recommend for coffee!

01/08/2025: Be careful! The owners are friendly, but they're rip-off artists. The two of us shared an antipasti platter (it was just a small plate...) for €10. The quality was poor, and they added another €4 for the cutlery. So, €14 for the worst antipasti we've ever had in Italy. Never again!

28/03/2025: Be careful when you pay by card, the older bartender with glasses adds €0.10/0.20 to your bill without you realizing it. Always ask how much the bill is so you don't get ripped off. Really bad. I'll edit the comment after the bar's response. I had read the price of what I consumed at the counter, it's written there. It's also not the first time this has happened. Remember that people are not fooled by you. The prices displayed mean little if you don't respect them when paying by card. And make some receipts every now and then.

01/06/2025: Terrible experience, unfortunately. I had ordered a cake design cake for an important occasion, providing detailed photos and clear instructions. The result? A disappointment. 1. Wrapped cake, with no possibility of checking When I picked it up, the cake was delivered to me already wrapped in simple pastry paper, not even inserted in a normal cake box. An absurd practice: how can you take away a cake without even being able to see it first? Considering how precarious the wrapping was, I would have expected at least that I would be offered help to load it into the car. Instead, it was simply handed to me, without any attention or offer of assistance. At least a small gesture would have made the difference. 2. Nothing corresponded to what was ordered I had provided the exact photos of the cake I wanted, specifying proportions and colors. The result had nothing to do with it: completely disproportionate characters, wrong colors, overlooked details. I had also shown a similar cake made years ago to better understand... useless. 3. “Fake” cake with styrofoam I was offered a cake for 14 people, but when I cut it I discovered with great disappointment that most of the structure was made of styrofoam. In fact, the edible part was for no more than 8 people. I would have preferred more transparent communication from the beginning. Too bad, because I expected something completely different. 4. Writings printed on white office paper The most incredible thing? The writings and symbols requested were simple SHEETS of office paper printed in black and white, STICKED ONTO the cake! Not in sugar, not edible, simple A4 sheets cut out (and even a symbol was glued on backwards). Are you kidding me? It's shameful, something I could have made at home with a printer. I've never asked for something like this, never seen a cake made like this! 5. I paid for an embarrassing result Considering a price that was still high, as it should be for a designer cake, I would have expected a minimum of professionalism. Instead, I was given a cake that I don't even have the words to describe. 6. Terrible communication No willingness to discuss, no explanation, just coldness and zero assumption of responsibility. I had requested a specific designer cake and it was not made as requested. It would have been more honest to immediately communicate the impossibility of satisfying my request, instead of making me travel 4 hours for nothing. Disappointed and bitter. 7. Sincere advice: CLOSE the cake design section. The photos they publish on Facebook show beautiful cakes, but mine was a real disappointment, horrible. Old place, managed by people who are evidently not up to date either technically or in mentality. I will not return and I will not recommend it to anyone. I was shocked. It was a profound disappointment, and honestly... a shame. In conclusion, I am sorry to have to write a negative review, but when you commission a personalized cake — for an important event — you expect professionalism, care and respect for requests. In this case, I received exactly the opposite.

25/02/2025: Obviously an Illy restaurant could never, ever disappoint the expectations of a lover of Austrian Illy, Hausbrandt and Julius Klein coffees.

09/09/2025: Me and two friends were looking for a quick afternoon coffee and a snack. We just found that coffee Shop an sat down even though it was rather empty. The waitress happened to oversee us and we lingered around quite sometime, then she was very rude and impolite, giving us the impression of mass processing. The hot dogs were very dry, the coffee was mid. All in all we lost more than an hour for a very unsatisfactory experience. I do not recommend it.

09/09/2025: The restaurant was completely empty but still we only received our coffee after 50 minutes. The waitress was extremely unfriendly and I would not recommend going there.

31/07/2025: Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti sia dal servizio e anche dalla location che merita veramente.. e cosa non da poco abbiamo mangiato molto bene.. le cozze eccezionali le migliori che abbiamo mangiato durante il nostro soggiorno in sardegna per non parlare degli spaghetti con vongole e bottarga eccezionali.. infatti siamo tornati 2 volte perché ne valeva la pena.. e poi davide molto cordiale e disponibile per consigliarci al meglio soprattutto sui vini.. bravi continuate così locale consigliatissimo

08/06/2025: Hoy nos vamos de Milán y Mag era uno de nuestros lugares favoritos, así que decidimos tomar una última copa antes de irnos. Estábamos cortos de tiempo, pero de alguna manera estaban tan enojados. Nunca limpió la mesa, siguió haciendo comentarios desagradables a otros huéspedes y en 10 minutos ni siquiera trajo un menú. Entiendo que puede haber buenas razones para el estrés y usted elige cómo ejecutar su servicio en horas de mucho trabajo... pero el poi t de la industria de la hospitalidad para hacer que los huéspedes se sientan bienvenidos, Mag simplemente falló el propósito esta vez por completo... Elija educar a sus huéspedes con amabilidad, o simplemente mantener a su torre de cristal y no se moleste con el día - servicio en absoluto.

18/07/2025: The hours are very unclear....where it says 1:30, they say they stay open as long as there are people, or at least that's what a clerk tells us. We barely have time to sit down (11:00 PM) before another clerk tells us to leave because they're closing... I honestly don't even know how to evaluate all this! Of course, a public business must respect the posted hours, so I wonder why it says 1:30? What can I say...lucky that there are many other wonderful places like "Via Veneto 62" that respect their hours and customers!

30/08/2025: Take three random, disorganized, tactless, and polite people, put them in charge of a crowded space with chairs and tables (alas, in the town's main square), and you'll find yourself at the Stardust. There were 10 of us when we arrived at this completely empty place—a godsend, some might think...but no. The incompetence in taking the order (6 beers, 2 gin and tonics, and 2 Cokes) was hard to understand. We ordered platters as an appetizer and then wanted sandwiches...but they hadn't run out. We asked what else we could eat and were told they mainly serve drinks, not food. Well...then allow me 2 pieces of advice: 1st, remove the food category from your menu, and especially the blackboard in plain sight with platters, sandwiches, and fried foods written on it. 2. If you only want to serve drinks, at least try to do that well, since when we asked for a second and third round of drinks, you rudely, annoyed, and arrogantly told us we were wasting your time going back and forth. I'm sorry, gentlemen, but that's not how things are done. You should change your profession.
