30/07/2025: Esperienza deludente: la signora alla cassa era sempre al telefono a parlare dei fatti suoi e ignorava completamente i clienti. Mi ha dato l’impressione di essere di troppo. Per fortuna le due ragazze al banco sono state gentilissime, sorridenti e professionali. Solo grazie a loro non me ne sono andata subito.

21/07/2025: Posto molto accogliente, abbiamo mangiato bene,siamo la pizza che le rostelle buone,la carne da cuocere un po' meglio,ma ottima,il responsabile molto gentile, è ovvio che come nuova gestione i prezzi siano un po' aumentati,ma si mangia veramente bene,e sono convinto che il responsabile saprà organizzare il personale nel migliore dei modi...

16/06/2025: After several minutes of standing in the heat, I manage to order a coffee and a bottle of fizzy drink to take away. Barbapapa asks the kneeling girl who was arranging the bottles in the fridge to pass him one. He holds out a natural one. I tell him it was fizzy. He makes me change it and then immediately asks the same girl: "Do you also have a lighter?" ..... I've been pissed off all afternoon for not having answered him straight away..... if any of you come by for a coffee these days and see him clean-shaven..... It's because I came back armed with a lighter.....

28/05/2025: Excellent coffee, I also appreciated the instructions provided by the barista on how to best enjoy the coffee.

29/08/2025: I won't dwell on the quality of the gelato because it's also good. I'm giving it one star because I don't think I've ever seen a day when they respected the opening hours. Rainy days are fine, but even perfectly normal days, and I'd still be there for three hours and it was already closed. You can get excellent quality, but if you don't respect the opening hours, you're not going to get much use out of it. I advise anyone who wants to try it to call before finding themselves closed 2-3 hours early.

05/08/2025: It's 10:38 PM on a Tuesday night and the ice cream shop is closed, so they wave me away. The time in the photo, however, suggests otherwise. A word of warning to anyone who decides to get ice cream here in the future.

14/03/2025: I was with the school, they have no customer care they treated us badly, plus we had to clear the table ourselves and pass the plates to the waitress. I have never seen scenes like this, customers are all the same and even if we have agreements with the school there must always be respect. I do not recommend it to anyone if you want to eat in peace without unnecessary stress

12/03/2025: I was just there for lunch with some friends, unpresentable food, terrible quality, rude and unwilling waitress (she "threw" plates into our mouths just to work less), we asked for more bread and more parmesan, but they told us they had finished it (even if you then saw that they were taking it to other tables), the chips as a starter which were disgusting, seemed to have been made 3 days before being served. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND shameful

22/06/2025: We stopped in Brescello on our way home. We sat down at a table and waited 10 minutes for a waiter. When the waitress came, she listlessly placed ready-made grissini on our table. While the food was being prepared, there was no waitress to be seen. The salad came after the tortellini and gnocchi. The waitress is also the cook. All in all, it was disappointing.

02/07/2025: Extremadamente grosero, café de mala calidad y muy mal preparado… Fui paciente y educado, intenté hablar mi mejor italiano y me regañaron agresivamente por pedir un café. El camarero gritó desde detrás del otro camarero si alguien quería café. No estábamos seguros de lo que queríamos, acabábamos de entrar en la tienda y buscábamos un menú o una lista de precios. Una vez que nos orientamos pedimos un café y nos trataron como si fuéramos una molestia. El café era malo. El croissant estaba bueno. El servicio fue terrible y arruinó toda la experiencia para nuestra familia.

29/06/2025: À peine aimable. Et pas commerçant du tout. Notre tartine a été piquée pas une mouette c’était rigolo. Mais la aucune reaction des serveurs pas débordé. Le café renversé lors de l’attaque est resté sur la table on nous a juste déposé un pchit pour que nous nettoyions et nous avons du repaye notre café.

30/07/2025: Tourist pays double! The typical store that charges double or triple the price to someone with a tourist look or accent. When I went to pay, the woman looked at the man, as if to say, "How much do we charge this loser?" The man said double, the woman charges. Anyway, there are better places in Monreale!

17/06/2025: We took a mimosa cake that had probably been on the counter for 3/4 days...terrible as soon as we tasted it, we had to throw it away....what a waste of money and what a bad impression you made us make...be careful not to sell cakes that are not from the day

20/05/2025: truly a disappointment! I went in the morning at 9 and they had no more croissants, they hadn't made the toast yet and they hadn't even defrosted the pizzas, a disgrace!

20/05/2025: Terribile, sono venuta qui alle 9 di mattina, avevano finito le brioches, i toast non li facevano e neanche le pizzette, costi troppo alti, servio pessimo.

08/06/2025: Il Whyte Café è molto più di un semplice bar: è un luogo dove gusto, atmosfera e accoglienza si fondono perfettamente. Perfetto per iniziare bene la giornata o concedersi una pausa con gusto! Il locale è accogliente, curato nei dettagli e con un’atmosfera calda che ti fa sentire subito a casa. Il personale è gentile, sorridente e attento: ti accolgono sempre con una parola gentile e il sorriso sulle labbra. Ottimi gli aperitivi: ben curati, con drink preparati a regola d’arte e stuzzichini abbondanti e gustosi. L’ambiente è ideale sia per chi cerca tranquillità che per due chiacchiere con gli amici. Un locale dove si respira passione, energia positiva e grande professionalità. Consigliatissimo se siete in zona o volete vivere un momento speciale nel cuore del paese. Un bar che unisce qualità, cortesia e passione. Complimenti davvero!

24/08/2025: Love the breakfast here. Continental breakfasts is nice value for money, scrambled eggs with ham and cheese are truly amazing. Might be one of the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had. (Went back three times)

09/08/2025: ATTENTION AWFUL!!!! They are very unfriendly! I just wanted to sit down and eat 3 small ice creams with my family and they forced me to get them large ones! When I put on a bad face in disagreement, one of them came out to tell me to calm down, when I hadn't even opened my mouth yet... Of course, I paid for the small cone she had already served and left.
