This morning I found myself having breakfast. I asked for a light cappuccino and saw that he was pouring the already brewed coffee into the cup. So I told the bartender to make fresh coffee, also because I paid for a cappuccino. After he pours the milk, he adds the cold milk. I'm a bartender too. When the milk in the jug is boiling hot, you should froth the milk in another jug. I was surprised because he was also quite old. However, the cappuccino was boiling hot and the foam wasn't as good as it would be if it were made at home.

In keeping with tradition, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the place is clean and airy, I highly recommend it.
