30/08/2025: A historic establishment, a delight no matter what you choose. The kindness and professionalism of the staff is impeccable, always smiling. Even though it's clearly a high-end place, you always feel welcomed no matter how you show up. Special mention for Gilda (the dog).
25/08/2025: Breakfast with two little girls, who each ordered four macarons, which ended up costing €2.50 each. I checked the price on the receipt. We deduced that the €58 per kg listed for this place's typical mini pastries was also applied to the macarons, which weren't minis. They were good, yes, but they weren't any different from many other macarons. They're cheaper in France. We felt like a joke. I don't think we'll be back, for the sake of principle. And there are many other competitors in the city that are equally worthy, and also offer small pastries. Something the Sabaudia macarons didn't have. We were honestly disappointed, and not just because of the price, but because of the concept of an elaborate pastry, which our eight were not.

08/08/2025: Maybe it's time to write closed in the evening on the internet???? A little while ago my daughter and I went for dinner... (We've been to lunch many times and the food was really good) But at about 7:50 pm the lady was cleaning in the kitchen... we asked and she said we're closed 🙏🏽

despite the staff being understaffed, they managed to handle the large crowd.
The food was decent.
The children's play area definitely needs updating, especially the carpet cleaning.
The retail prices are not low.
15/08/2025: Excellent family lunch on August 15th, rich and delicious menu also suitable for celiacs, helpful and friendly staff, highly recommended ❣️

02/06/2025: It really depends on the day, I'd say. I went there twice, and the first time everything was great. The cocktails had a good mix, there was music, and there were snacks to go with the cocktails. The service was friendly. The next time, the drinks came without ice. I can't say whether they actually contained alcohol. No snacks, and the waitress was a bit annoyed because she'd rather chat with someone sitting at a table.
30/05/2025: Terrible service, no attention to the customer! Such a shame to have this very beautiful space managed with such sloppiness…

11/08/2025: I'm giving it one star only because I can't give it zero. Anyway, tonight we ordered three kebab sandwiches, salad, and fries, and all we got were a few scraps of lettuce leaves, a raw kebab that smelled like a dead squirrel, and fries that were reheated. Basically, €18 thrown in the trash. Thanks, sandwich, for ruining our dinner.

12/06/2025: Tentamos almoçar nesse restaurante mas a grosseria da garçonete nos fez desistir! Sem educação, atendimento horrível… fomos embora e ainda saímos cheirando óleo e fritura, depois encontramos um lugar muito melhor e mais aconchegante para comer… Fujam desse lugar péssimo!!!

04/08/2025: Honestly, never again. A small cup of ice cream with two flavors costs 7 euros, and even though I insisted on having a small one too, they said no, because since I'm an adult, they would have charged me the same as a large one, so 10 euros. Three ice creams cost 24 euros. Never, I mean never again.
31/07/2025: Better not to comment. The staff is rude. As stressed as they may be, I'm okay with being rudely answered once, but the second time I start to get irritated.

19/08/2025: The place is empty to say the least. The food is acceptable, but the service is terrible. They messed up almost every dish. The bathroom has no lights and smells like piss. They'll clean it a maximum of twice a year if they feel like it. If you don't like having lots of people around you, this place is perfect.

26/07/2025: I've been to this bar several times for an after-dinner coffee, neither good nor bad, but the last time we sat down at a table and ordered a macchiato with cocoa and a decaf. Evidently, the two employees must have been having a difficult order, or simply laziness if we got the exact opposite. When we pointed this out, they said we were wrong.
We won't be returning.
25/06/2025: A lovely experience with attentive staff, delicious desserts and fresh beverages. Clean and spacious outdoor seating area with shade too!

20/07/2025: An evening on the beach ended with a barbecue served by Mr. Mariano and his staff, who were truly kind and courteous. The meat was good, both zampina and bombette.
We ordered takeout; there were seven of us, and we waited just over 15 minutes, and everything was ready.
They offered us potatoes and peppers (very good!).
We'll definitely be back.

When paying, the (albeit polite) waitress asked the owner how much it would cost – and he told her €7.50.
The receipt is not transparent and only shows "€7.50", without detailed prices.
I wonder how arbitrary the prices of other drinks or dishes are.
A real shame, because the atmosphere is actually nice – but we advise you to avoid this place.

08/03/2025: Nice coffee and sweets to grab for a railway trip! Pistachio cannoli was the best thing I tried there!
