I've been coming to the Roma Est shopping center for years, and Gran Caffè is my favorite place, for their kindness and customer service. I can say they meet all their needs, and that's not for everyone. I can name them ALL because they're all VERY GOOD. I'll name one because she's the girl I say does everything: Manila, very kind, friendly, and very quick at her job. And I assure you, I'm very demanding (let's say annoying 😊).

The man at the counter was super lovely and kind helping us with our order. We go two alcoholic drinks and a selection of pizza slices for E18, and then FIVE cakes for e6.50!!!! Absolutely brilliant. Outside seating, lovely ambiance, no tourists...

The girls at the cash register were so quick and kind they cleared a very long line in just a few moments. The ice cream was truly excellent. Well done, keep it up!
