29/07/2025: €4 for a glass Coke seems a bit excessive. Being in the historic center, they can afford it. Maybe for €3.70, we could make the toasted sandwiches a little more filling. The waiters are friendly.

13/07/2025: A very good store. The waiter's attitude is very good! The experience is very good. I will come again in the future!

01/08/2025: It's a visually wonderful bistro, but unfortunately, that's about it. Aside from the long wait times, the quality of the food is simply awful. We had two espressos, which were good. The "Toast del Gigi" is a complete disgrace. The ham wasn't nearly as chewy, the porcini mushrooms were just slimy, and the taste wasn't particularly great either. Tourist trap par excellence 🙃 Addendum: the toast is a real nuisance for both of us.

27/07/2025: We had a selection from the tapas menu. The pulled pork brioche, and the salmon tacos were great. Finished with a selection of amazing little cakes. In spite of the other reviews we found the staff to be really friendly and quick. Only downside were the customers sat outside smoking close to the door ( but this seems common in Italy)

24/08/2025: Pastry shop located at the end of Massa Marittima's main street. High-quality homemade products. Friendly service. Highly recommended.

15/08/2025: While visiting Massa Marittima, we stopped for an aperitivo. Both the Hugo and the Spritz were well-made, accompanied by chips and were reasonably priced. The place is located in the heart of the historic center. The interior is small, but there is an outdoor patio with accessible tables, including those for children. The menu ranges from aperitivo to breakfast, with a display of desserts. The staff is young and friendly. You need a key for the restroom, which is next door, but the stairs are quite steep. We found it clean, but not wheelchair accessible.

15/07/2025: Four of us came for breakfast with cappuccinos and croissants. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't the best: no table service and a rather long wait just to order. We asked for four cold cappuccinos, and when we asked, the employee at the counter reacted with obvious annoyance, uttering an unprofessional comment in front of us. Her attitude immediately conveyed a lack of enthusiasm and zero customer service. It's a shame, because the breakfast itself was very good: fresh croissants and well-made cappuccinos. It wouldn't take much to improve the overall experience, starting with the manners and a modicum of courtesy.

02/08/2025: For the quality of the sliced meat, I would give it 6 stars going to the checkout, but I can't understand how a green salad can cost 9 euros when a sliced meat costs 18. I repeat, the sliced meat deserved 23 euros too... so it would be more correct to then apply €4 for the salad.

04/07/2025: Bad service. We have used this restaurant when we came for holidays but the food was terrible and cold. Service was even worst they were rude and manager should not work in the food industry at all !!!

29/06/2025: Outstanding pizza, really good Very fast and efficient service The only flaw if you get the Evening with live, the music is loud even if you are far from the stage and you have to shout to talk to the person in front of you and the evening is "ruined" The place is on 2 floors, you can find the place, but it is better to book, there is a large parking lot

22/06/2025: Nice and well-kept, they also have a craft beer in addition to the standard industrial ones. Varied menu. When we went there were no concerts and the place was quiet.

07/07/2025: Aperitif on a "stormy" day. Very nice place, with an outdoor veranda. A quiet and relaxing break.

28/06/2025: No helpful staff. Food was nice. Was very expensive and few had no fries or something with the meat. Were still hungry when we left. Only Italian. Don't take tourists from other countries into account English We were hopeful but the food was disappointing. Location is very nice. Toilet can't be locked. We won't be back.

14/02/2025: A wonderful place, the food is excellent and, above all, plentiful. The staff is professional and makes you feel right at home. There's a large play area for children, from toddlers to adults. It's definitely worth a visit.

12/08/2025: Good morning, this morning when I opened, I asked for a fruit juice and was given a fennel, carrot, melon, and peach juice with ginger without even asking. It cost €6. They had fruit like strawberries on display, so I don't know where you got the carrots and fennel, which aren't fruit anyway! The girl and the lady at the entrance were not very friendly. I felt like I was being ripped off. Never again.

18/07/2025: Excellent choice!!! A must-try pastry shop. Absolutely fresh and delicious, I'd say... the pastries are amazing. Friendly staff and a very elegant atmosphere!!!

10/03/2025: Very unpleasant girl at the bar. Finding a smile or at least a response to the greeting when you enter never hurts. I definitely won't come back if I see she's there :(
