19/07/2025: The good thing is the large space. Service is awkward; it takes forever to get a cocktail. "The bartender is serving other tables," you say, then you turn around and see the place half-empty. The cocktails are also good, but the food is absolutely average.

01/08/2025: Terrible experience. The tomato in the Margherita was poor. Making a good Margherita is the foundation. The only positive note was the waitress (not the owner), who was kind and cheerful. I'm sorry to have to leave this review, but it's unfair to offer this type of product considering the price paid.

Entering Via Marcona 6, you'll be greeted by an elegant, tastefully decorated environment that combines classic charm with a welcoming atmosphere. Remo, the waiter, was particularly commendable: professional yet light-hearted, he managed the table with charm and charm, without losing a moment's composure. He listened to our tastes and made timely and accurate suggestions, demonstrating a personal attention rarely found. It was that "extra something" that made the difference. The dishes live up to their promise: the ingredients are carefully selected, the fish is fresh and well-prepared, and the service is meticulously crafted. The atmosphere—tidy, well-decorated, and with a clientele that conveys a sense of "having chosen with awareness"—completes the experience. In terms of value, La Risacca 6 offers fair prices for the quality and service received: not prohibitive, although we understand that we're in a higher price range than home-style trattorias, but absolutely justified by the care with which everything is managed. 16/10/2025: We ate here without a reservation. We got a good table. The manager spoke good German. The drinks were served quickly. We ordered a pizza calzone and a steak with arugula and potatoes. The food was very good. But the entire service, including the bill, was poor. We were given an interim receipt instead of a cash receipt. The manager then disappeared; no one came to settle the bill. We ended up having to go into the store and give him the money.

17/09/2025: Excellent pub with a good selection of food and quality beers! In the summer, there's outdoor seating and a lovely atmosphere. Unfortunately, the staff is often rude and unwelcoming.

01/09/2025: Went there twice this morning for breakfast. The two ladies made a good impression on me. But the change they give you is always wrong. Twice. The first time I left them €0.20. And a few days later, €1. Never again. It doesn't seem normal to me.

12/08/2025: We arrive at the boutique, hoping for one of their excellent drinks. Since we're a fairly large group of independent and proactive women, we decide to push the three tables together with chairs. We sit down and this blonde waitress comes over and immediately, rudely, takes away the chips from our table. We have nothing to say about this, however, because what struck us most was the way she kicked us off the table we'd carefully arranged, claiming it wasn't our job. She then proceeds to set up the tables exactly the same way we'd arranged them. In the meantime, however, we've gotten fed up and have moved on. It's a shame because the drinks are really good, but in our opinion, those who work in restaurants shouldn't be allowed to treat customers that way. Furthermore, we always have to wait too long to get the menu, to order, and to receive our orders. In conclusion, I'll share an unfortunate incident with a friend of ours, who was threatened by the owner that he wouldn't be able to have his seat unless he ordered a second round. Shame on you, you can't FORCE people to order AGAIN while also threatening them.

07/08/2025: Have you ever witnessed a manhole being opened less than a meter from the table where you're trying to enjoy a coffee? And perhaps with a generous sprinkling of ant and cockroach poison? Here, yes. In disbelief, I watched the scene as if it were the most normal thing in the world, the atmosphere definitely ruined. No apology, no explanation. A surreal experience. It's a shame, because a little more attention would have been enough (and perhaps better timing for pest control...)

18/10/2025: Excellent place Super-rich aperitifs. I read the latest review where it said "watered-down aperitifs." I'd suggest checking out some of the places in Trento that really do colored-water aperitifs. 😆 We had a great time.

16/10/2025: Watered-down cocktails, irreverent and unprofessional staff, and the terrible manager insults customers. This place is only for dumb tourists who drink colored water. It's been in decline for the past 10 years. What a shame. Never again.

28/09/2025: I had an aperitif yesterday for my son's confirmation, and everyone was very kind and helpful despite our many requests. The food was very good and plentiful, and for what we ate and drank, the price was very reasonable. Thanks to the commitment of the entire staff, they turned a simple aperitif into an excellent experience.
