14/08/2025: Terrible service. The waitress this evening was rude from start to finish, even to the tables next to her. When we pointed out her completely unprofessional behavior after yet another rudeness, she laughed, claiming she didn't care because they paid her anyway. Hats off to the owner who chooses employees who clearly work against his best interests. Eight potential customers lost in two hours.

14/08/2025: I stopped by with my boyfriend for a quick aperitif. I had a great time; the place was nice and the staff were excellent. I highly recommend it.

01/08/2025: Location con parcheggio disponibile. Il ristorante è bellissimo sia dentro che fuori, ha vetrate trasparenti quindi durante la cena abbiamo assistito a un bellissimo tramonto. Personale gentile, disponibile e attento. Porzioni super abbondanti e veramente tutto buonissimo! Questo posto ci è stato consigliato da un amico sardo e io veramente consiglio di non perderlo! Prezzi assolutamente nella norma abbiamo speso meno in questo posto sublime che in altri ristoranti di pesce della zona. Sicuramente torneremo perché ha svoltato il nostro soggiorno in Sardegna!

29/07/2025: Esperienza deludente, mai più. Siamo stati in questo ristorante con buone aspettative, ma purtroppo la delusione è iniziata quasi subito. Fin dall’arrivo ci è sembrato che ci avessero “inquadrati”: ci sono state servite porzioni visibilmente ridotte rispetto ad altri tavoli vicini, e il trattamento generale non è stato dei migliori. Il cameriere che ci serviva si è mostrato poco attento, spesso parlava con il tavolo dietro di noi mentre prendeva il nostro ordine o serviva i piatti, quasi come se fossimo un contorno alla sua conversazione principale. L’atmosfera è risultata fredda e poco accogliente. Alla fine del pasto, con uno scontrino da 112€, ci siamo permessi di far notare che le porzioni erano davvero scarse, ricevendo come risposta dal proprietario: “Avevate poco appetito”, con un tono poco professionale e piuttosto arrogante. Un’esperienza che non giustifica minimamente il prezzo pagato. Di certo non torneremo.

01/05/2025: Utilizzando i criteri di 4 ristoranti mi sento di attribuire i seguenti punteggi: menù degustazione 8 con un mezzo punto in più per aver offerto un menù dedicato ai bambini, location 7 , servizio 8 e conto 8!!!! Bravi, torneremo presto

04/07/2025: Ordered pizza and gelato. The pizza was not great, perhaps the ingredients were not as fresh as I expected. The gelato was pretty good. The server was attentive, patient and friendly. This might be the only Gelateria in Brunate.

02/07/2025: The view was good. Food was decent. The service was horrible. All other tables were served with mats and proper greetings. Except for us. The waitress didn't bother to serve us just because we weren't white. We had to ask for everything twice before she did her job. It is not like we are paying any less. Very unprofessional behaviour.

20/07/2025: Rude owner after a customer pointed out the long waiting times of more than an hour, the owner took the liberty of responding to the customer and speaking over him, very exaggerated prices for the non-existent service and the very small quantity of food, I will not return

19/07/2025: Non-existent staff, after 50 minutes of waiting and having asked how many dishes were missing, the staff, in addition to not having given an answer, brought the dishes after an hour and a quarter. The staff even dared to turn their backs on a customer while he was talking to him.

11/08/2025: My father bought a berry cheesecake this morning, August 10th, which he immediately refrigerated. We just opened it and found mold on one side (unfortunately, a small piece was also ingested). We tried calling the bakery, but they're not answering, probably because they just closed for vacation. We think it's appropriate to report this here and recommend checking the freshness of your products. We're still giving it an extra star because we've purchased many other products and had no problems.

04/08/2025: Delicious desserts, made with passion and creativity. A wide selection for even the pickiest of eaters (lactose-free, gluten-free, and a list of free options). Friendly staff and a small but welcoming location. A gem...or rather, three :)

16/03/2025: Trovato, su consiglio di amici abitudinari al Vinitaly di Verona, e che dire... soddisfattissimi. Qualità del cibo eccelsa.... Abbiamo bevuto un Valpolicella strepitoso. Antipasto di qualità, e dei Bigoli all'anatra e tartufo da urlo. Il prezzo è in linea con la qualità. Servizio eccellente. Al prox giro in quel di Verona sarà una tappa fissa.

11/03/2025: Tornati da Ugo sabato a pranzo. Sempre tutto ottimo! Radicchio e gratinato al formaggio e sarde in saor per antipasto e pappardelle con ragù di agnello buonissimo Ottimo vino rosso valpolicella superiore ripasso. Sempre consigliato!!

22/06/2025: I did my military service 50 years ago in Gradisca and I returned to remember those moments. I stopped at the central café at seven in the morning (there were no customers) for a coffee and croissants to take away, while I was paying, like an old fool I asked for some information, the shop assistant/owner? She answered me curtly, I thanked her and went away thinking that it was a bad day for the shop assistant/owner? Luckily everyone else was incredibly polite, there was even a lady who wanted to accompany me to the barracks which has now become a CPT. I would like to reassure the central café that I am passing through, if I were to return to Gradisca I will be careful not to cross the threshold. In any case I would like to thank the people of Gradisca for their welcome.

19/04/2025: When we go or return to Italy, we must stop in this place. Great coffee, ice cream and pastries. Friendliness, high quality and affordable prices.

02/08/2025: Long wait for the food, but friendly and delicious. Beware: The Croque Monsieur has a lot of cheese.

11/07/2025: The atmosphere is a bit spartan, but the food and service are very good. The bread is also good. I had spaghetti topped with three types of tomatoes, stracciatella, and basil. For my main course, I had baked salmon with vegetables, saffron sauce, and a side of baked potatoes. Both were really good and the portions were just right. With water and coffee, I paid €39. Recommended.

15/06/2025: 2 chocolate croissants, 1 cream croissant, a pear and chocolate parcel, a raisin swirl, EVERYTHING EXCEPTIONAL!!!! Truly a delight.

06/08/2025: Friendly staff, location was nice, but food vs price was not a great combo. The tourist menu was a bit too much and the fried seafood wasn’t really good (taste wise)… ‘ensalata mixta’ absent. Just some leaves. But if yes that might be it

26/07/2025: Sadly, we were cheated. The menu stated the price for grilled fish was fixed at €60 per kg and they charged us €80. They also claimed they served us a 1.4kg fish, which is excessive for 2 people and seems highly unlikely. When questioned the waiter claimed it was a “special fish”. If so, this should have been disclosed, along with the claimed size in advance.
