31/03/2025: Very elegant and refined location, not to mention the food, really high quality and with an excellent presentation of the dishes!! We immediately felt at "home" thanks to the hospitality and professionalism of the owners and all the staff!! We had lunch there during an event and everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail... what can I say! Congratulations for everything!! We will definitely see you soon for other events!! I highly recommend to everyone!!

25/02/2025: One of the best hotels ever! There are many things to say but one prevails over all, the owner Mr. Fioroni. A man who will make your stay unforgettable. An artist, musician, writer, an invaluable figure, historical memory of the delightful village and in short a friend of every customer. A unique, incomparable experience, which will make you discover the true Italian culture, made of stories, music and good food. The historic place is well enhanced by the small square and the view overlooking the lake. A few meters away every service and honest prices.

20/02/2025: Metti 10 colleghi in cerca di un posto spazioso, arioso, ma accogliente dove mangiare dell'ottimo cibo senza voler spendere cifre da capogiro. Trovato! Ideale per vegetariani ma anche per chi è stanco dei soliti menù, i soliti prezzi. Luca e il suo staff ci hanno accolto benissimo, materie prime di alta qualità, ricercatezza,.originalità, atmosfera cool. Luci, musica, arredo concorrono a fare di questo locale un posto davvero interessante. Bravi!

09/04/2025: Ritornati in questo ristorante per un pranzo post cerimonia. Come sempre il trattamento è stato ottimo, cibo eccellente vino di ottima qualità. I commensali (oltre 60) si sono tutti dichiarati molto molto soddisfatti anche per il servizio e l'ambiente familiare.

17/03/2025: Locale nel centro storico,ambiente sul rustico,cucina tipica piemontese e non solo. Ordinato strozzapreti con cavolo nero,burrata,acciughe e mandorle,piatto molto coreografico ma in sostanza alcuni ingredienti non risultano molto amalgamati in particolare le acciughe che essendo intere e non sciolte nel condimento danno punte di salato al palato annullando gli altri sapori. Secondo tagliata di scamone con patate al forno,accompagnato da una salsina risultata piuttosto aspra,che non lega con il piatto,la carne era a cottura media come da richiesta e in porzione abbondante anche se risultava un po' tiepida.Servizio cordiale e prezzi un po' sopra la media. Complessivamente giudizio abbastanza positivo,migliorabile.

16/03/2025: For us it is the classic restaurant nearby, convenient, quick when needed, and always a welcome opportunity to eat here. In addition to the very good food, Alex (the owner) makes us feel at home with his kindness and attention. Example? Instead of the simple appetizer pizza, my favorite arrived: Stella pizza, a delicacy, worth trying if you don't know it. Many thanks Alex. 🙏 Ate : Pizza Stella, tagliolini with truffle, spaghetti Clams, grilled scampi and mixed fried strabuono and skewers on a bed of fried vegetables. 😋

24/03/2025: Davvero, non scherziamo! Cena sublime, dall'antipasto al dolce, con piatti della tradizione rivisitati mantenendo assolutamente fede alle ricette originali. Gusti bilanciati, sapori definiti, materie prime di assoluta qualità. Il tutto in una location piacevolissima e con un servizio attento, cortese e sorridente (che non guasta mai). Consigliatissimo.

22/03/2025: In un contesto dove quasi tutti i ristoranti propongono piatti tipici locali, il Filó è forse uno dei pochi che propone un menu diverso, una cucina moderna ed attuale, con legami alla tradizione ma rivisitati in chiave gourmet. Bellissimo locale, molto suggestivo ed elegante con un servizio impeccabile. Prezzo sopra la media ma coerente con il contesto e la proposta.

22/03/2025: I recently went to Ae Oche restaurant and I have to say it was a truly excellent experience. The dishes prepared by the chef are delicious and you can tell they are cooked with care. The service is impeccable and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The pizza is always freshly prepared, with fresh ingredients, and the portions are really generous, perfect for those who are very hungry! I absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat well in a welcoming environment. Another special note goes to the tiramisu: it tastes incredible, one of the best I have ever tasted!

22/10/2024: Amazing experience all around. The restored castle is beautiful, and the bedrooms are amazing. You really feel like royalty staying here. The food, both breakfast and dinner, were delicious. Denise made some of the best meals during our three weeks touring Italy. Lastly, Denise and staff were very hospitable. They left no stone unturned when it came to providing the best experience for their customers. We can not wait to visit again.

13/10/2024: My stay at Hotel Castello di Sinio was absolutely unforgettable! The staff were incredible, treating every guest like family from the moment we arrived. Their warmth and attention to detail made the entire experience one of the most enjoyable stays of my life. I can’t recommend this place enough – it truly feels like a home away from home!
