24/12/2023: Prenotato per un aperitivo con amici, si è trasformato in un apericena di alto livello con numerose portate, una più sfiziosa e buona dell’altra. Tutto fatto in casa (dai grissini a tutte gli stuzzichini) e davvero buono! Anche l’offerta di vini lascia assolutamente soddisfatti. Buonissimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Solo complimenti per una gestione simile, dove spicca passione e cura per i dettagli.

09/08/2024: I came to lecce for many reasons, one being my absolutely adoration for Italian cuisine. I stumbled across this restaurant exited to eat with my friend a risotto. Risottos are my favourite, I have them everywhere, all over the world and especially when in Italy. We arrived and ordered a Caprese salad to share. That began as a disappointment. It arrived in a terrible bowl and we were not given sharing plates therefore were both climbing on top of each other to get to our food. When the main arrived, at first, we burst out laughing. It was luke warm and so soggy! Also had a yellow colour to it, which I later find out it dyed to make it look like it has a more expensive ingredient inside. We then complained and the manager came over and said it’s impossible that it doesn’t taste good and had a smirk on his face with the intention of ridiculing us. I asked to swap it for something else, he refused, shaking his head and laughing. Instead grabbed a fork and went to go try it. I then said I was definetly not paying for it after he’s dipped his fork in my food and then tried it himself. He refused again to take it off the bill. After 20 minutes, he came back with the revised bill and my friend who had wine in her glass was finishing off her drink, when he went to grab it off her. Of course, the aggression of his manhandling caused it to smash. He then went to go strike my friend. This was the last straw. His colleague grabbed his arm and we left. This was my worst experience ever at a restaurant.

31/08/2024: I'm very pleased with the dishes. Very creative, well balanced , and the portion size are acceptable . The wife ( chef) and her husband are very friendly and hospitable. I ordered my tuna and was cooked perfect ( medium rare) and the sauce was subtle and light and not too overwhelming heavy. Pasta ( pici) with the Guanciale and fig sauce is well balanced. I highly recommend this place and will be a regular customer

29/07/2024: A culinary experience...as a first course linguine with courgette cream and red prawn tartare, which gave off the scent of the sea when it arrived at the table, a small fry at the center of the table to share this second course with joy, because a fry like this is difficult to equalize. Thanks to the courtesy of those who welcome you in this little corner of delicacies. Fam Carbone

22/08/2024: Unfortunately the pizza was a Pinsa, which was probably frozen. Nothing against Pinsa, but if pizza is on the menu, I expect it too. Slices of ham were way too thick and not very tasty. Very thick dough and overloaded! It's a shame, there used to be great pizzas! Service was very friendly!

17/07/2024: We were last in Algund about 10 years ago and also at the Bruthendler. We designed the outside area to be very modern and stylish. You sit very well and the service staff is very attentive. Food and drinks very tasty and reasonably priced. At the end there was a delicious drink on the house. We just arrived yesterday and will definitely visit at least one more time

25/08/2024: Discovered while spontaneously looking for accommodation for one night. Friendly staff, simple but very clean rooms, nice towels, good shower. Location of the room facing the street a bit noisy at night, but ok for 1 night. The attached, completely non-touristy restaurant is obviously THE place for locals to go out to eat and is very well attended. We were lucky to get a table. Very tasty food, nice, relaxed atmosphere. Tip as a stop for transit!

09/08/2024: Clean rooms, good food, and friendly staff. Enough parking space. Breakfast included, a huge restaurant with delicious menus, and a reasonable price.

30/07/2024: The Hotel with an unbeatable location. Rome is very chaotic and noisy but there is no noise there. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The best was the personal treatment with the restaurant's waiters: Michelle, Claudio and the other colleagues: empathetic, kind, attentive and always smiling. We traveled with two children and two adults and everything was great. !!Congratulations guys!! Thanks for everything.

17/08/2024: We were looking for a place to have lunch after visiting Castel del Monte. Bastian Contrario was a pleasant surprise. Nice and clean place. Genuine raw materials and well-made dishes. The owner is an affable person and really kind and helpful.

15/07/2024: What a good surprise ! Small, well-hidden restaurant, unexpected, family-run and typical, for lovers of good cheeses and good wines. The atmosphere is jazzy, and the complementary duo of owners puts you at ease.

13/04/2024: a calm, honest and really good Milanese osteria. Everything was just right here, and what a lovely owner couple! a restaurant where you are happy to follow the owners' recommendations! :) we will be back!

02/01/2024: There are no beers on the menu. To my surprise, when it came time to pay the bill, I discovered that a 50 cl double malt Peroni beer costs the absurd price of €9. I wouldn't have taken it.
