15/11/2025: The location is just 5 minutes from the archaeological site of Paestum (SA). The atmosphere is truly welcoming, and the wait staff is professional and very friendly. Everything is truly excellent; I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to eat truly well.

29/05/2026: The place is 5 minutes from the city so it's strategically located, the place needs updating, the rooms I was given had high windows so you couldn't see outside and it felt claustrophobic, the showers had a small shower head and placed so high that I couldn't rinse myself, as far as cleanliness is concerned, it's at the limit, for the price paid I would have expected more, breakfast was the usual cold environment of a work conversation.

03/05/2026: Lots of vegan options, both sweet and savory, perfect for breakfast, a snack, and lunch! Wide selection of vegan (and even raw) cookies, croissants, focaccias filled with vegan ingredients, and pasta dishes. Whole vegan cakes are also available upon request (the cheesecake is excellent!!). The carrot croissant filled with orange marmalade is excellent. Super friendly and welcoming staff!

01/06/2026: Maybe it wasn't the best night, but they're disorganized. The food was okay, but the poor rating is unfortunately due to the interminable wait. Considering we arrived at 9:15 PM, I'd say they brought our drinks and food after 10:40 PM. Honestly, we wanted to get up and leave, but fearing there wouldn't be anything else open, we waited. We figured something was wrong because people were complaining as they left... Too bad...

02/06/2026: Unfortunately, I have to give a negative review. We were a group of 30 people, and when we made our reservation, even though it was 11:30 PM on a Saturday night, they didn't make a fuss. However, once we were seated, they started rushing us because the kitchen was closing. They also kept coming around the table to see if we'd finished clearing the table. The pizza was terrible, overcooked and hard, almost unripe. Now, I understand it was late, but why not mention that when we made our reservation? Why bother the person who asked for availability and was granted it, even though it was late? The rude and abrupt response from the owner and the cashier wasn't the best. We would have preferred a NO when we made our reservation rather than end the evening like that.

20/05/2026: We had delicious spaghetti with clams. The fish was fresh, the staff was super friendly, the service was fast, and they even let you take leftovers home. The waiters were super attentive; they even noticed we couldn't open the napkin and did it for us. Fair prices and generous portions. I recommend it!

30/12/2025: If you want to taste authentic Apulian cuisine, you must stop at this Osteria, where the owners will make you feel at home and will envelop you with the aromas and flavors of their land. The olive oil, bread, focaccia, and desserts, all homemade, and the traditional dishes, left us with unforgettable memories. Thank you for this break, and we'll be back soon!

09/06/2026: A nice discovery, recommended in the area! Excellent pizza. We had the diavola 💯. The only flaw was that they didn't want to issue an invoice!

05/04/2026: The 4.5 rating appears to be from the previous diner. We visited the restaurant to try the classic dishes on the menu. Lured by the inviting ambiance with its beautiful white tablecloths, we had high expectations. The fact that there were only a few guests at the time initially led us to attribute it to the higher price point – however, in retrospect, this suggests other explanations. The dishes in retrospect: • Vitello Tonnato: A very minimalist approach was taken here. The meat was the absolute focus and had a very firm texture. Since the sauce was used very sparingly, the meat's natural flavor remained completely pure and dry. • Caesar Salad: A dish for those who like it rustic. The meat topping was remarkably firm and offered extreme resistance when chewing – definitely a departure from the usual succulence. • Spaghetti Carbonara: This variation was very meat-heavy. The sausage component was so dominant that the pasta and the actual sauce were almost completely overshadowed. Unfortunately, the dish lacked any balance from a technical standpoint, as the excessive seasoning completely stifled any hint of Italian lightness. A very unusual experience that, sadly, failed to impress. In conclusion: The kitchen here takes a very unique approach to textures, intense seasoning, and the proportions of ingredients. For lovers of classic, succulent Italian cuisine, however, this presents a challenge. We've had the experience once and will leave it at that. Fortunately, we found a fantastic restaurant just a short distance away in town that completely satisfied our culinary desires – we immediately made a reservation for our second evening there.

18/03/2026: The Risorgimento restaurant in Sirmione no longer exists. It has changed ownership and its name. Now, that place is a tourist restaurant like so many others.

18/12/2025: Excellent restaurant!... Michele, Salvatore, and Paola are the soul of the place thanks to their courtesy, professionalism, and helpfulness. All the dishes we tasted, masterfully prepared by Chef Carlo, are spectacular... both fish and meat... The staff always makes you feel at ease... An experience I truly recommend everyone to try!
