07/07/2024: Typical place with a simple setting, but with an atmosphere where you can breathe an exotic air. Extremely helpful and courteous staff. Large outdoor space for the summer period. Excellent dishes according to the most faithful tradition. Definitely competitive prices. I highly recommend trying it. One of the best Eritrean restaurants in Rome!!!

16/08/2024: This place has a crazy view of Bagniaia beach, it's a shame they didn't have a place outside because at sunset the atmosphere is truly magical. The service seemed a little disorganized to me (it took half an hour before I could order, even just the drink, but maybe I just happened to be on the wrong night), the pizza was good even if very thin (I prefer it thicker but are tastes) a little less fried fish. The boy who was at the cash register and also the waiter who served us are very nice and kind

27/08/2024: Locale molto bello e caratteristico, menu tipico e rivisitato, servizio buono. Personalmente ho preso il patè di fegatini con gelatina al passito di Valtellina, fichi caramellati e pan brioche e come secondo insalata di cervo, mirtillo nero e chips di polenta e mandorle, tutto ottimo e ben presentato. Un calice di bianco Rezio (a mio gusto discreto) ed uno di Sforzato (ottimo) Unica pecca, per un locale simile, servire il vino al calice senza portare la bottiglia al tavolo, fatto presente mi è stato detto che usano l'erogatore per i vini al calice, secondo me comunque un errore, gradirei sempre vedere l'etichetta della bottiglia.

23/08/2024: Cibo ottimo Il servizio lascia molto a desiderare. Se prendi solo un piatto ti guardano con compatimento. Per il menu devi scansionare il QR CODE oppure leggetelo on-line prima di entrare; perché i Camerieri non sono in grado di dirti cosa c è scritto Fortunatamente sapevo cosa prendere. Mi è capitata una Camerieta donna che non sapeva dirmi quali tipi di formaggio c erano nel piatto. Per i dessert lasciamo perdere perché non si ricordava nemmeno i nomi.....figuriamoci ricordarsi come erano fatti Mai più

17/08/2024: Ristorante molto curato. In una piazzetta nascosta dalla confusione e molto piacevole. Arredo semplice ma elegante. Cibo freschissimo. Siamo tornati due sere e abbiamo provato sia piatti di mare che carni. Entrambe le scelte ottime. Servizio cordiale e attese più che corrette per essere ferragosto.

21/07/2024: The view from the veranda is undoubtedly breathtaking, just as breathless was the lunch treatment of 4 poor foresters from the central south. Presentation and preparation of the dishes bordered on decency, and when we asked the waiter for explanations we were told that the chef had already left and it wasn't even 2pm. Really a shame

22/08/2024: We stayed at this hotel as a family for 3 nights. It is approximately 30 km away from Venice and Jesolo. The staff working at the hotel is friendly and warm. The rooms are clean and spacious. We were also very pleased with the staff who cleaned the rooms. Thanks everyone.

22/08/2024: Overall I can only give 3 Stars The rooms are not what is shown in the Pictures. The service is not nice at all, easily annoyed by the slightest inconvenience. The location is in the middle of a small city which calling it a Village wouldn't be too wrong.

24/06/2024: Typical business hotel restaurant, the nice part is in front of the hotel swimming pool, the rest is a large hall for events. I hardly believe that conventions pay private prices, which are decidedly high, we are not in the city centre, nor do we have to stay if we are in a hotel. There are excellent venues around, definitely more in line with the market.

05/06/2024: I stopped at this restaurant adjacent to the Baldo Ovest service area, usually the stop is for a coffee. It was a surprise, excellent and refined dishes, ok service, the area next to the pool is top. Highly recommended

16/06/2024: Nach etwa 15 km erreicht man, von der Küste kommend, das 200-Seelen Bergdorf Montalto. Neben zwei Bars gibt es hier das Ristorante La Finestrella, das sich verwinkelt über mehrere Rustici erstreckt und Tische in Innneräumen und auf einer Dachterrasse bietet. Man parkt an der Straße und geht vielleicht 100 Meter durch die Gassen bis zu dem Lokal. Das Rundum-Ambiente ist das eines typischen Bergdorfes, die Einrichtung ist eher schlicht und funktional. Die Speisekarte bietet aus jeder Kategorie (Antipasti, Primi, Secondi) etwa 5 verschiedene Gerichte. Wir bestellten zwei Vor- und zwei Hauptspeisen, Wasser (das aus dem Hahn kam) und eine Flasche Wein. Die eine Vorspeise, panierte und frittierte Sardinen, war in Ordnung. Die andere Vorspeise, Gnocchi mit Gorgonzolasauce und Trüffelscheiben, ließ erheblich zu wünschen übrig. Das Beste waren die geriebenen Trüffelscheiben. Die Gnocchi badeten in reichlich Soße, die zudem sehr kompakt war. Nur: den Geschmack von Gorgonzola suchte man vergeblich. Die Sauce war farblich einheitlich, fast künstlich, breiig und geschmacksfrei, wie es bei einem Convenience Produkt oft vorkommt. Schade, dabei bieten die lokalen Märkte hervorragende Produkte, um eine tolle Gorgonzolasoße anzurichten. Ich bin kein Koch, aber meine selbst angerichteten Gorgonzolagnocchi schmecken um Welten besser - nach Gorgonzola eben. Dann die Hauptspeisen: zum einen Thunfischstreifen auf Salat, zum anderen frittierte Calamari. Dass ein abgelegenes Ristorante keinen frischen Thunfisch vorrätig halten kann, ist verständlich. Aber auch ein aufgetauter Thunfisch kann noch fest sein und Struktur haben. Das war hier beides nicht der Fall. Die Panade der Calamari war noch sehr hell und weich und hätte etwas länger frittiert werden müssen, um knuspriger zu ein. Zu dem Frittierten gab es nur Zitronenscheiben. Insgesamt war der Abend aus kulinarischer Perspektive enttäuschend. Die Zutaten waren allesamt einfach und Kochkunst war weder sichtbar und schmeckbar. Das alles kann bei einem Bergdorf-Ristorante akzeptiert werden, wenn sich die Wirte nicht versteigen, preislich in einer Liga mitzuspielen, zu der man nicht gehört. 90 Euro für diese Speisen (ohne dolce und Café!) ist in keiner Hinsicht angemessen. Wir sind in der Gegend kulinarisch viel unterwegs und werden das La Finestrella nicht auf unsere "once again Liste" nehmen. Die Conveniencesoße und das Medium-Frittierte haben haben sich später noch lange bemerkbar gemacht und das Einschlafen erheblich erschwert. Es ist enttäuschend, nach einem Restaurantbesuch feststellen zu müssen, dass man zuhause besser gegessen hätte.
