Really good raw materials and food, but.... some dishes on the menu were not there, we ate in batches because the dishes arrived at different times and last but not least when it was time to pay we were told that the ATM wasn't working. We had to make a bank transfer. Terrible service

27/06/2024: Non è un ristorante, chiamatela trattoria, sia per la quantità delle porzioni, che per la qualità dei piatti provati. Del ristorante ha solo i prezzi, per il resto assomiglia alle migliori trattorie toscane. Ottimo il servizio e la gentilezza. Quattro stelle perché la pizza non è allo stesso livello delle altre pietanze.

La qualita’ dei piatti e’ buona ma niente di particolare, lo consiglio si ma ci sta molto da migliorare soprattutto nel personale. La proprietaria scrivera’ sicuro che non e’ vero o altro perche vedo che commenta solo i negativi, ma cara le critiche fanno crescere! Migliorate e in bocca a lupo

15/04/2024: We ate at Handmade on Sunday for lunch after a nice walk by the sea. High quality restaurant, the food is fresh, seasonal, quality and divinely cooked. I have rarely eaten so well (homemade bread still warm, homemade breadsticks, amuse bouche as an aperitif, wonderful desserts, everything perfect). I highly recommend it. The place is very nice, the service perfect. At the table next to us there was a small child, she was offered an alternative off the menu and prepared by them on the spot. I thank all the restaurant staff for their professionalism, kindness and for the excellent lunch.

31/07/2024: Only one person speaks German. That's not nice. Employees who don't speak German react very irritatingly to German. You probably forget that Bolzano is in South Tyrol and the official language here is German. Food delicious.

15/07/2024: My friends and I wanted to spend a day at the pool, at first I thought they offered good things to eat for lunch but I was wrong... we ate the piadinas with salmon and rocket, after a couple of hours we felt sick because the salmon was not fresh. It was an experience to forget!!

07/08/2024: The thing that amazes me are all the positive reviews. In almost 30 years of life I struggle to remember a restaurant where I ate worse than this one. The appetizers are the only acceptable thing. The worst thing, however, was the teasing, when another boy asked if the lobster in the linguine was fresh, the restaurant manager said yes... And surprise? You could see for miles that the lobster was frozen. Bland and tasteless dishes. Prices are also relatively normal for the area, if only you were eating well. I definitely won't be back
