I used a Smartbox with my sister, and we stayed in this hotel for 2 days, excellent location, 5 minutes from the station, and 700 meters from the center, excellent service and staff, kind and helpful, good dinner with 3 choices and buffet breakfast, modern rooms clean and including everything, we were very satisfied.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Cristallo Best Western in Rovigo, and the experience was truly excellent in every way. The rooms are meticulously designed, with a very high standard of quality: modern, clean, and comfortable, ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The real added value, however, is the staff. Everyone is extremely kind, friendly, and professional, always ready to satisfy every need with a smile. Special thanks go to Francesco, Daniela, and Alessia, whose helpfulness and courtesy made the stay even more enjoyable. I also really appreciated some often overlooked details, such as the in-room hairdryer, which was efficient and perfect for drying ladies' hair. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality and impeccable hospitality near the city center.

Clean, good-sized rooms, bathroom with a giant shower, decent toiletries, no bidet... Friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast. Quiet night with excellent mattresses. Recommended!!

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, although unfortunately only for one night... and I must say I was truly sad to leave so soon, as I would have loved to stay much longer! I felt truly welcomed and pampered throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet matched the beauty of the hotel: rich, well-prepared, and with high-quality options. A true pleasure to start the day with. Special praise also goes to the impeccable cleanliness and the modern, elegant, and functional furnishings: every detail is designed to ensure comfort and style, creating the perfect environment for both relaxation and rest. The real highlight? The option to choose your pillow: a detail that makes all the difference and was truly the icing on the cake. Congratulations to all the staff, I will definitely be back (so much so that I have already signed up)!

Excellent and friendly staff, located a 10-minute walk from the center, clean rooms with modern furnishings, generous sweet and savory buffet breakfast, and special attention from Giorgia, who was super kind. We also tried the restaurant, and the dinner was delicious. I recommend it.

The property is very close to the train station, and the center of Rovigo is just a pleasant 10-minute walk away. From the moment I checked in, I was immediately impressed by the staff's courtesy and professionalism, which was also pleasantly confirmed during breakfast and checkout. Upon entering my spacious and welcoming room, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the furnishings, the lighting, and especially the bathroom, equipped with every amenity and a recently installed walk-in shower. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had a kettle and coffee maker, a minibar, and a state-of-the-art TV. Free and efficient Wi-Fi was available, and luggage storage was available after checkout. If I were to return to Rovigo or the surrounding area, this would definitely be the ideal base. One small flaw, though it didn't ruin my stay, was that the beautiful room I was assigned was adjacent to the elevator, which was a bit noisy when it started up.
