16/05/2025: We spent a very pleasant evening at the I Sofà restaurant in the center of Rome, where Andrea and Cristiano welcomed us in the dining room with great professionalism, accompanied us and recommended excellent dishes prepared with care and with exaltation of flavors from appetizers to desserts, we were lucky enough to meet the Chef and his team and their perfect understanding makes them come out of sublime dishes. We will return for a pleasant dinner on the terrace thanks for the beautiful experience

La terrazza è una vera chicca, riservata e raccolta; sorprende con la sua vista a 360 gradi sui tetti di Roma, spaziando dal Cupolone, a Castel Sant'Angelo, dall'Altare della Patria ai castelli romani ... Il ristorante avvolge nella sua atmosfera intima, in cui vengono serviti piatti preparati magistralmente sia nel contenuto che alla vista dallo Chef Andrea Galati. Tutto questo non sarebbe possibile senza uno Staff preparato e professionale, sempre presente con discrezione ed educazione, per essere a disposizione del cliente. 11/05/2025: I entered the restaurant “A maidda” by chance because I didn’t know it had reopened and I discovered that you can have the pleasure of eating there only on weekends. The place is suggestive and very romantic! I had the orecchiette scented with fennel… Amazing dish… Impeccable cooking and delicate and tasty fennel cream. The chef who is also the owner of the restaurant is very knowledgeable as well as very kind and friendly and the staff is very kind and very friendly He explained to us that the menu varies according to seasonal products. I also learned that the place offers experiences and culinary journeys of a certain depth. I promised myself to return more often!

26/04/2025: We had dinner here on a Saturday night and had a very good meal. Well-prepared traditional local foods, excellent flavors and very inviting combinations. The appetizer is highly recommended. Very friendly staff, particular place with some tables inside a small cave. Absolutely recommended!

11/05/2025: Very pleasant experience!!! Enchanting location at the foot of the beautiful Aragonese tower, on the promontory overlooking several kilometers of the Ionian coast. Excellent food with balanced combinations of quality 0 km ingredients. The wine list is rich, especially from the local area. It's really worth it.

13/05/2025: Very nice place near Limone sul Garda, precisely in Tremosine. My partner and I looked for a restaurant in the hinterland and this one caught our attention given the good reviews. Indeed the reviews were true, we ate really well! The place is large and clean, it has both internal and external space. We took an appetizer to share consisting of polenta with lard and mushrooms, delicious! A first course each (I'll put a photo) and to avoid taking a second course because we didn't feel like it, we decided to take a portion of baked potatoes with rosemary, each, really excellent! To finish a dessert, also shared. From an economic point of view it is average. The only flaw is that the state road that takes you from the lake to the restaurant in a few minutes is currently closed, we discovered this at the last second and to get there we had to take a huge tour of about 30 minutes, reaching the top of the mountain and then going back down towards the restaurant, all this in complete darkness where the only light was the car headlights. However, apart from the experience of getting to and from this restaurant, everything was excellent, even the welcome from the staff. If it were to happen to me, I would go back, just hoping that the short road is open. In any case, I highly recommend it.

10/05/2025: Extremely professional staff, intimate venue with attention to detail, the only flaw: the price. There were 3 of us: a gin and tonic, a mojito, and a virgin mojito (= non-alcoholic mojito, I was asked how I wanted it since there were various flavors and I chose tropical, the result was a glass of tropical fruit JUICE. I had requested a zero coke but it wasn't available). The total: €15 each, which for drinks seems more than fair to me and in line with the place, but for a glass of juice with a ball of ice inside it seems excessive, or at least not consistent with the price of cocktails containing alcohol.

01/06/2025: This was one of the most elegant and delicious meals I’ve had in a long time. The octopus was incredibly tender and fresh, with a creamy cauliflower foam that was simply divine. The portion was generous and beautifully presented. I also had the Roman-style artichoke, so soft and flavorful, paired with a delicate sauce that brought everything together perfectly. The service was quick and gracious, and the staff were genuinely kind and attentive. I dined in their magical garden, surrounded by flowers, soft lighting, and the gentle scent of jasmine at the entrance. The atmosphere is the definition of refined relaxation. To top it all off, prices are more than fair for the quality. This place is a hidden gem.
