13/04/2026: We dined on Saturday, April 11th, and the restaurant immediately won us over from the outside: carved into the rock and nestled in the charming Via Giulia, we were greeted by sofas where we could wait (we arrived a few minutes early). Once inside, both the service and the food lived up to expectations. Golden mention for the chef's entrée and the dish of the day (rigatoni with oxtail stew).

19/03/2026: Wow! The food was absolutely amazing. If you’re looking for truly authentic, high-quality cuisine, this is the spot. My wife and I purposely stayed away from the more touristy, commercial areas because we wanted a genuine experience, and this place delivered beyond expectations. It was hands down the best meal we had on our entire trip, and the price was very reasonable for the quality you get. On top of that, everyone was incredibly welcoming and kind which, in our experience, isn’t always common when visiting Italy. We left completely impressed and would definitely come back if even in Milan!

23/03/2026: This is an absolute gem of the Michelin catalogue. Fully deserving of its star, from the moment you enter to the moment you leave, you feel like a VIP. Salvatore and the floor team do an amazing job, and I tip my hat to the chefs in the kitchen who create and execute some of the most interesting and delicious dishes I’ve ever had. I loved that each dish had a different flavour profile, and the selection is outstanding. I went for the 9 course chefs menu, but it’s so much more than that. Prepare to be taken through a culinary masterclass! Would highly recommend!

My family and I had dinner at Il Barretto and found a warm and authentic atmosphere that made you feel immediately at ease, right at home. You can clearly sense the passion in the kitchen and the quality of the ingredients. We went for the Fiorentina and were more than satisfied! The meat was incredibly tender, melting in your mouth, incredible. Finally, I wanted to focus especially on the service and sincerely thank the staff for their smiles, kindness, and attentiveness. Everything was impeccable. You are professionals. We left with a wonderful feeling, that of having had an experience we absolutely want to repeat. We will be back soon, without a doubt.

12/04/2026: The best sandwich I've had in all of Italy. The wait is absolutely worth it, the staff are so friendly, everything is fresh, and you get to build your sandwich exactly the way you want, all made right in front of you. Prices are very reasonable too. Highly recommend it!

Special praise also goes to the impeccable cleanliness and the modern, elegant, and functional furnishings: every detail is designed to ensure comfort and style, creating the perfect environment for both relaxation and rest. The real highlight? The option to choose your pillow: a detail that makes all the difference and was truly the icing on the cake. Congratulations to all the staff, I will definitely be back (so much so that I have already signed up)!

02/03/2026: We had squid ink pasta and seafood pasta. Two people shared it, and the portions were so filling that we were very satisfied. The food was delicious, and the seafood filling was plentiful, which was great. When we paid the bill, they gave us a cute magnet as a souvenir. Both our hearts and stomachs were full, and we felt great.

25/02/2026: Excellent dinner for two, a mix of industrial and chic. Pleasant, both visually pleasing and comfortable. The place isn't overly crowded, but gives guests their own space. Attentive and punctual service, and the girls are kind and smiling. The dishes are delicious. The selection is good, not overwhelming, but varied. Highly recommended. The photos are from the digital menu. They are true to the dishes that arrived. And most importantly, I forgot to take photos. 😁😁😁😁. Great job!!
