11/01/2026: I was in Rome for about two weeks, and this was the best place I've ever been. I was staying at the Indigo Hotel, so I ate there often, four times in the restaurant and twice through room service. On days when the restaurant isn't open, you can dine at the bar, which offers the same menu as the hotel room service and is just as delicious. The sirloin steak and ratatouille were particularly delicious, and the other dishes were also good. It's not well-known to Koreans due to its location, but if you're looking for a good restaurant near the Castel Sant'Angelo or Piazza Navona, this is the place to go. Overall, it's not salty and delicious, so even people who don't usually like Roman food will enjoy it. The pasta might be a bit salty, but if you don't like salty food, you can ask for it to be less salty. The price is reasonable for the quality of the food. The staff is always friendly. A true Michelin star. I wish more people would discover this restaurant. Enjoy your meal. Grazie😻

30/12/2025: Had an amazing experience at I Sofá celebrating Christmas! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the attention to detail, politeness and class was wonderful. The food was delicious and a new culinary experience. Despite the portions being small, by the end of the set menu we were very full. A special mention to Leandro, who was our wonderful waiter for the night - he was especially kind and extremely professional. Most definitely recommend, and will be returning for our next trip to Italy. Grazie!

The products were high-quality, beautifully presented, and the wine cellar was excellent. The host was present, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth. 19/12/2025: What a Special Experience. We chose this place to try Eritrean cuisine for the first time, and it was an experience we'll want to repeat! The restaurant is quite intimate, and to fully immerse ourselves in this part of the world, we chose to sit upstairs, where the atmosphere is even more evocative and characteristic. The traditional low wooden tables and chairs and the softer lighting made the wonderful colors of the walls and furnishings stand out even more. The ingredients are also colorful. We sampled both the vegetarian and meat versions. The ingredients are carefully crafted, and nothing is left to chance in that thin bread base that serves as a cradle. The balance of flavors is impeccable. The cover charge also includes an all-you-can-eat "bread" menu, but don't give in to temptation and save room for the eggs and chicken. The wine selection is also dedicated to the Earth: bold, highly enjoyable and attractive, intense wines that perfectly complement all the dishes. There wasn't time for dessert this time, but there was an interesting selection, including some off-menu items. Big compliments to the service. Welcoming, attentive, and dynamic. The young woman who served us was incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and warmed our hearts with her smile! The sommelier was a feast for the eyes, with a dynamic and kind spirit to spare. Well done everyone! We created memories and found a new favorite. I can't wait to visit you again!

I've always found the organization excellent; the food, besides being good and carefully prepared, is suitable for different occasions. The varied menu is perfect in my opinion. Excellent wines, very kind but not intrusive staff. I miss the roasted eggplant and baba ganoush, but it does you credit considering it's not in season. Everything is always top-notch.
