08/06/2026: Beautiful rooftop restaurant with views over Florence. Good was very good and wine was fairly priced. Service excellent. I would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting Florence looking for something a little extra in the evening.

05/05/2026: It wasn't my lucky night, let's say. I had a tuna tartare (average) and a pizza. As for the pizzas (mine and my friends'), we were disappointed by the length of the wait and because when they arrived, they were lukewarm and crumbly like biscuits. Bad.
22/04/2026: This restaurant is justly known by neighbors for superb seafood and fantastic pizza. Confirming that reputation, Bill and I had one fabulous meal here, then returned for a second .The servers treated us as if we were family; Esmeland and Pasquale recognized us immediately upon our second visit and were incredibly friendly and charming. They have a passion for this restaurant and giving excellent service. (Pasquale is the fourth generation in the restaurant business.) They remembered us after two days, despite having many visitors in between. The seafood is excellent and so is the pizza, often made with distinctive ingredients and flavors. Bravo!!

03/06/2026: I've been here for a beer several times, but I often don't receive friendly treatment. In the smaller area near the bathroom, the staff is often uninterested and rude.
Not to mention the general condition of the place: alcohol on the floor, feet rubbing up in dirty stuff. It's also the fault of the rude people who frequent the place. The bathroom conditions are generally unhygienic.
The kitchen often runs out of food, like the Thursday wings, and seating is rare.

10/03/2026: A truly wonderful experience from the second you walk through the door. The staff are professionals with a sense of humor. The food is amazing! Our next time visiting Florence, we will be definitely returning.
03/03/2026: Beautiful atmosphere with lighting. Service was excellent and we had much attention from our server and assistants. . The food was excellent . The restaurant sent us an appertivo platter gratis with multiple small bites- bruschetta, liver pate etc all delicious.

21/04/2026: Our second time to Florence but we wish we had known about this place on our first!!! Food was delicious AND very reasonably priced, service was fabulous even though there was a language barrier and the croissants were top tier.
07/02/2026: Pleasant, refined, and clean place. The service and owners were truly friendly, helpful, and kind.

06/05/2025: Reading the reviews, it seemed like a retro place, but with a simple but valid offering.
We happened upon a night when pizza wasn't available (perhaps you should specify this when you book, since it's primarily a pizzeria) due to their own problems. We decided to stay anyway, given how late it was, and we regretted it: terrible appetizers, poorly prepared and rushed first courses.
It's a shame because it really gave the impression of a tired, worn-out place. From the staff to the place, I couldn't find a single positive thing... not even the POS was working that night.
I'm sorry, but I would never recommend it.

27/05/2025: Pranzo in famiglia era il compleanno di mio padre abbiamo ordinato e non sono arrivati tutti i piatti, piatti senza sapore sopratutto spaghetti allo scoglio, c’era un uomo in sala molto scorbutico non è possibile che nel 2025 non abbiano un menù cartaceo sopratutto per le persone anziane , appena gliel’ho chiesto mi ha risposto pure male..!! Spero migliorino che così fanno poca strada

15/04/2025: Presso il ristorante Brandolino, l'accoglienza, la location e il menù sono di livello alto L'attenzione verso il cliente si avverte, il Sig. Mario che ha curato il nostro servizio è stato gentilissimo: cappellotti squisiti, di giusta quantità, secondi eccezionali.
Conclusione, ci torneremo , i proprietari seguono tutti i tavoli con attenzione e cura. Altamente consigliato
