12/09/2025: The restaurant is very nice. The restaurant manager's kindness is definitely a strong point. We were overall satisfied with the tasting menu we tried.

03/09/2025: We love trying Michelin-starred restaurants. I personally enjoyed all the courses on the tasting menu experience, except that the portions were small and there were four courses plus a dessert (too few for the €190 per person). The service was average, but since I understand Italian, two waiters were making fun of some tourists who didn't understand, and this didn't seem polite or professional on the part of the staff. The setting was certainly beautiful, but we didn't get to enjoy the view of the Arno because we were on the upper floor of the restaurant where there was a window and very little view. All in all, it was a positive experience; I had a good evening.

06/10/2025: Cozy, little bit old styled smal restaurant. Nice view on the Arno. Delicious simple Italian food: antipasto, primi and salads. Normal prices ( cheap). Good services.

30/09/2025: The atmosphere and staff are incredible! I recommend stopping by and ordering a delicious schiacciata with a view of the Ponte Vecchio. 😁

16/10/2025: An unforgettable Florence dining experience at Lungarno 23! This charming spot along the Arno River absolutely exceeded expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and professional — the staff clearly take pride in creating a relaxed yet refined atmosphere. I ordered the Florentine steak, and it was perfection — beautifully grilled, tender inside with that incredible flavor that Tuscany is known for. The waiter recommended a local red wine to pair with it, and it complemented the meal flawlessly. Every bite felt like a true taste of Florence. Whether you’re a foodie or just looking for a memorable dinner with a view, Lungarno 23 is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the city!

09/10/2025: Peak fine dining experience. The location alone is one of a kind. Located in the heart of Florence inside Hotel Brunelleschi, in a tower, they have very limited seating. The reservation process alone was an adventure in itself. Our visit was to celebrate 3 Libra birthdays. Our party of 4 opted for the 9 courses. One of us decided to do the wine pairing. When I tell you, there was so much food. We would’ve probably been better off doing the 7 courses, but we wanted to eat everything. We were all falling asleep by the end of the night. One was nonstop yawning. To the unfamiliar, they focus more on seafood. Every dish is out of this world. Down to the presentation. I savored every bite. The standout for me was the oyster and how it came in two parts. It was so innovative. I loved the sauces that accented the protein and the jus. Don’t even get me started on the service. What an attentive team. I always refer to it as poetry in motion the way the team moves effortlessly that you don’t even realize when they refill your glass of water. No crumb was left behind on that table. Someone scraped up anything that didn’t belong on the table after every course. Lastly, I just want to mention what a great job they did with the birthday cake that was an add-on to our meal. It was so damn good. Grazie Chef Rocco and team for an amazing meal.

06/10/2025: I chose the seven-course wine pairing menu, and it was truly exceptional. Each dish was beautifully prepared, and the wines matched every course with remarkable precision. The sea urchin and salted roe pasta was particularly memorable — rich, balanced, and full of depth. It was also my first time trying pigeon, and it was tender and flavorful, without any trace of gaminess. The entire experience lasted about four hours, yet it felt perfectly paced and immersive. After visiting the Uffizi Gallery, enjoying this dinner felt like the most elegant way to unwind. I not only enjoyed every moment but also learned so much about wine pairing throughout the evening.

24/09/2025: Buca Lapi was the food highlight of our visit to Florence. Every element of the experience was excellent. First, the service was stellar from the moment we arrived. Our server, Franca, was extremely knowledgable, friendly, and professional. She helped us choose a wonderful bottle of wine (picture included) and explained the menu in great detail. Next, the food was amazing -- we loved the pasta (tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms), chicken cacciatore, and Florentine steak.. Make sure you visit this restaurant when you stay in Florence -- you won't regret it (especially if Franca is your server).

12/10/2025: The two of us went and had one appetizer, one pasta, one steak, and one dessert. The portions were just right, and the food was delicious and presented beautifully. And the view was amazing. You could see the dome and bell tower.

06/10/2025: An outstanding setting with succulent dishes! Tried the ravioli di ricotta and the maialino arrrosto were delicious. Save room for the torta della momma. Great views of town. Reservations advised. Highly recommended

12/10/2025: Just arrived in Florence and looking for a cheap meal. Stumbled upon PaStation and had a Capriciosa Pinsa. It was absolutely delicious with heaps of topping, more olives than I’ve had on any pizza. The staff whilst busy busy were very helpful and very nice. This restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and reasonable prices. We will definitely be back.

11/10/2025: Very nice atmosphere, but terrible management. They served me ravioli alla Norma, 5, I repeat, 5 tasteless, supermarket-quality green ravioli, half raw, with a spoonful of Co-op passata and strips of eggplant peel. So awful that Norma didn't show up out of shame. A parmigiana of dried-out eggplants that fit in a teacup, and a tiramisu so bland it wasn't even filled with Marsala. A place only suitable as a tearoom, perhaps, or for anorexics. The price was exorbitant for both the quality and quantity.

09/10/2025: The evening at chalet fonata was really special. The food was great as well as the service. Both the indoor dining area as well as the garden were really beautiful. Great recommendation!

24/09/2025: Lovely interiors and atmosphere. Great hide-away in the middle of the crowd, and beautiful seating both indoors and outdoors. The service was lovely, headed by Mattia who showed us their bar (in the picture) and really made the experience more personalised - we will for sure be back. In terms of the food, the ingredients were really fresh where you could really taste the quality. Their generousity is also very commendable.

23/09/2025: We had a wonderful evening at Restaurant Irene in Florence. The location on Piazza della Repubblica could not be more perfect, right in the heart of the city. The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, with a warm and stylish setting that made our dinner truly special. The service was excellent – attentive, professional, and very friendly, making us feel well cared for throughout the evening. The food was beautifully presented and full of flavor, from the fresh and vibrant starter to the perfectly prepared pasta and risotto. Everything was of outstanding quality. Overall, Irene is the ideal place to enjoy a refined dinner in Florence with great cuisine, impeccable service, and a unique atmosphere. Highly recommended!

14/10/2025: What a beautiful restaurant, unfortunately the service was horrible and the food was less than average. From the time we entered the restaurant until we left, we felt like we were a nuisance. The hostess was rude, the wait staff was inattentive, and the food was disappointing. After reading so many good reviews it was a very disappointing experience!
