31/07/2026: Irene has impressed us once again, just as she did two years ago. Two years ago, my husband proposed to me at Brunelleschi's Dome, and we came to Irene that same evening. Since we hadn't made a reservation in advance, we were a bit nervous, but the food and service were so exceptional that it became an unforgettable place, and I've recommended it to many people around me. All of my friends who visited also gave it rave reviews. This time, we returned to Florence to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and I made sure to book a table again because this was the one place we absolutely had to visit. Although the menu has changed a bit, everything was still utterly delicious and perfection. After falling in love with Badia when we first tried it here two years ago, we even went on a tour of the Antinori winery this time! The wine, the food, the hospitality, and the location are all simply marvelous. My husband and I even joked about why this place isn't Michelin-starred yet haha. Thank you for leaving us with such wonderful memories until the very last moment, and for the small, precious gift and delicious dessert—we are leaving with our hearts full of happy memories once again. I don't know when it will be, but if we ever come back to Florence, we will definitely come to Irene again ^^ A special thanks to NOA, who provided such incredibly kind and attentive service during our visit! 12/07/2026: Our experience started off with some confusion with our reservation, but quickly rectified. The atmosphere is simply amazing along with the view. The menu was exquisite and our selection of Pasta, Fish, and Pork (table of 3) were to die for. Our server, Andrea, was on the spot to top off our wine, bring more water and over the top friendly. I give 5 stars.

03/08/2026: An authentic restaurant, with delicious dishes and a very welcoming and warm atmosphere. The service was professional, elegant, and unusually kind. They helped us choose the perfect wine to complement our dishes and recommended the best local specialties to try. For our first course, we chose the Senese pici with tomato sauce; for our second course, the grilled steak with a mixed garden salad. The ingredients were extremely fresh and of excellent quality. The pici were truly exquisite! To finish, we tried the zuccotto, which was very good and light.

20/07/2026: The food, service, and atmosphere were all absolutely perfect. I was particularly worried because it was so hot outside, but I didn't feel the heat at all while eating and really enjoyed the meal. It was convenient to order a variety of dishes to share. Reservations seem to be a must.

06/08/2026: Sanguigna pizza with 'nduja was truly well-made: light and crispy dough, with a lovely contrast between the crust and the intense, spicy flavor of the 'nduja. Generous portions and quality ingredients. Absolutely 5-star food. Fast and courteous service (4 stars), pleasant and welcoming atmosphere with warm, inviting lighting that creates a lovely atmosphere (4 stars). Excellent value for money. I would gladly return, highly recommended!

12/08/2026: Exactly what you expect from an Irish pub. A great atmosphere and good beer! Guinness was €7.50. They had a good offer for a bucket of 5 beers for €20.

06/08/2026: Ordered the buffalo wings which did not disappoint! They use a different type of buffalo sauce than what us Americans are used to, vingaer based, it was delish. Recommended.
