01/02/2025: I would say it was an amazing experience in this restaurant.
The service staff were really attentive and charming. I want to give thanks especially to Alex and Luke. We ordered 9 course tasting menu and spent almost 4 hours there from 8 to 12, but they were all very nice and patient during the whole night. Besides I asked for suggestion for our all seafood menu and the recommendation from one of them was really good.
The food all have good taste and great creativity. I’m seafood lover and the chef is from almafi coast so I would say it’s a perfect match. My favorites are red prawn, langostín ravioli and eel.
The restaurant is inside an elegant hotel, we were arranged at a table near the window, the space is not so big but they make sure each table has great privacy. Well deserved Michelin 2 stars
27/01/2025: The food was good, very tasteful and flavorful, it really shows you why they deserve their stars. My favorite were the olive and the dumpling as appetizer, the pasta and the lobster as main. I think those were my favorites not only as they were delicious, but I also think the Chef took his personal style to create something interesting with the ingredients.
The deserts were not my favorites, but I’d still recommend the restaurant for a friend, for sure.
Regarding services, our waiter Alex was amazing… it was easy to understand what he explained to us, and he’d answer any follow up questions very easily. We had another waiter that was probably training which impacted the experience, but he was very nice and was trying his best.

09/02/2025: Food ok, shame about the terrible service. At the end of the meal, just after paying, I was waiting for my mother and my cousin to return from the bathroom, when a waiter came running and, perhaps thinking that I didn't understand Italian, started gesticulating and saying 'come on, come on'. When I tried to explain to them that I was about to leave, but that I was just waiting for 2 people to return from the bathroom, the waiter responded very rudely, saying
'yes, yes, yes, but in the meantime you have to clear the table' and continuing to gesticulate as if I didn't understand him. So I got up, and I also had to collect other people's jackets, bags and wait outside the restaurant for them to join me. I don't think I have ever received such rude treatment. All you had to do was ask politely.

15/02/2025: Restaurant recommended to us by our B&B... a real discovery! Attentive and trained staff, in a wonderful historic venue with a fully open kitchen. Delicious traditional Tuscan and Florentine dishes! Obviously I recommend the Florentine steak they masterfully prepare! Congratulations indeed, we will be back!

14/02/2025: My large family and I spent an enchanting evening dining at the Grand Hotel Baglioni's B-roof restaurant. The Tuscan styled food was delicious and the table was absolutely beautiful. Our party had what I would consider one of the most spectacular restaurant bar and terrace views of the Duomo in all of Florence. Everyone involved in the planning and execution of our dinner provided such exceptional service. Alice spent a lot of time corresponding with me and was so quick to reply to my emails. Fabiola was so patient as she helped us plan our preset menu choices. And Gianluca, who chose the perfect table and had the most efficient and capable staff under his management. The service and the attention to detail were beyond amazing. My family is still talking about that evening.
10/02/2025: Extraordinary welcome and kindness from all the staff, who managed to satisfy the requests of very demanding people like us, excellent food, a particular mention of the veal and chard cheek (which I didn't photograph) but which melted in the mouth, I have to be honest in saying that I would have preferred a more generous portion for the first course, for this reason I leave 4 stars.

23/12/2024: Sono stato con mio padre a festeggiare un evento e quindi ho optato per il menù degustazione abbinata a vini.
Tutto il cibo è stato molto buono e curato, con vini di qualità ben selezionati. Il sommelier e il capo sala erano molto preparati.
Punti dolenti:
- Gli altri camerieri non erano minimamente all’altezza del posto; tutti molto impreparati e con poca esperienza; questo ha stonato molto con l’ambiente e il cibo.
- quando finivamo l’acqua ci veniva chiesto se volevamo un’altra bottiglia. Quando ho detto basta, ho comunque ricevuto altra acqua (non messa in conto giustamente), ma fa strano ricevere l’acqua anche se non richiesta, avendo pagato tutta le bottiglie precedenti
- il caffè non è incluso nel menù degustazione e viene dato un suo menu separato, ma la piccola pasticceria viene offerta gratuitamente. Trovo un po’ di cattivo gusto pagare separatamente un caffè e poi ricevere comunque offerto la pasticceria. Averti preferito avere il caffè incluso, con una scelta separata di caffè speciali a scelta e a pagamento.
Diciamo che ci sono state diverse cose che pensano essere migliorate, data la qualità di altri stellati in città.
