A uniquely elegant shop. Single-portion cakes and cakes that are a masterpiece just by looking at them! Friendly staff. The Racca brothers' quality is top-notch. I recommend their ice creams, worth trying in Corso Francia in Collegno: sublime!

If ever there was a place where you can feel totally spoiled Fabrizio Racca is perfect. The cakes look like works of art and taste like heaven. The staff are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended and we can’t wait to return.

It's not a pastry shop; the desserts here are works of art. If you just want to buy sweets, go elsewhere... but if you want to buy the best of the best, created by an artist, then come here... prices are absolutely reasonable, and the staff are passionate about their work and extremely friendly. Elegant atmosphere with friendly service and highly knowledgeable sales assistants. During opening hours, you can visit the nearby Pastarell pastry shop to enjoy your purchases, subject to their kind permission to serve you first. These desserts are simply delicious and beautiful, works of art for the eyes and the palate!

The cakes are of the highest quality and vary throughout the year. All the sales assistants are helpful and kind. I've also bought two birthday cakes from them and have always been satisfied. Highly recommended!

31/05/2026: We chose La Sorgente to celebrate our wedding there. They were kind and helpful. They catered well to people with allergies, vegetarians, and others. The food was excellent. The service and staff were excellent. I highly recommend it.
24/05/2026: We celebrated an eighteenth birthday here. Nothing to complain about the location, it was very scenic. In our experience, everything went very quickly. The waiter brought out the dishes at lightning speed, even taking away still-full pasta plates when someone got up to dance or something. After serving us the roast, 10 minutes later the sorbet that was supposed to be served for dessert arrived. Unfortunately, when it was time for the cake, due to some people having to leave early, the service was interrupted, and again, the still-full cake plates were taken away, including the birthday girl's. Another thing we didn't find "fair" was the fact that the room was decorated for a wedding the following day, leaving very little room for the birthday girl's decorations. All in all, it wasn't a bad experience; the DJ did a good job entertaining all age groups. From our point of view, there was no rush to finish eating, since the room was booked until 1pm.
