22/06/2025: I didn't use the rooms but the service was very efficient. I ate veal with tuna sauce and the meat was really tender and the sauce balanced: it is a theoretically easy dish but for this very reason it shows the attention to detail. The location is quiet, enhanced by the swimming pool with poolside cocktails for aperitifs and digestives....even if some ingredient is missing it is a bit of a flaw. Convenient and free parking. In general I ate well, the meat dishes, raw or cooked were the right mix of flavors, excellent flan with potatoes, Castelmagno and mushrooms

09/06/2025: J’étais déjà venue au Pastificio Defilippis et j’en avais gardé un excellent souvenir. Cette fois encore, l’expérience a été très agréable : les serveurs sont vraiment gentils et ont réussi à nous trouver une table alors qu’on n’avait pas réservé. Le cadre est charmant, bien décoré, on s’y sent bien. La cuisine est toujours aussi bonne. La première fois, j’avais mangé des pâtes à l’arrabbiata que j’avais adorées, et j’étais venue exprès pour les reprendre — mais ici la carte change souvent, donc il faut savoir qu’on ne retrouve pas forcément les plats d’une fois sur l’autre. Ce n’est pas un restaurant de « classiques » comme la carbonara, le pesto ou le ragù : ici, on trouve plutôt des recettes originales comme des pâtes aux courgettes ou aux fruits de mer. C’est une cuisine qui sort de l’ordinaire, raffinée, bien travaillée. En revanche, les prix sont un peu élevés (comptez facilement 17-18 € le plat), et les portions sont assez petites — on a encore un peu faim en sortant. Donc le rapport qualité-prix peut paraître un peu juste. Mais les desserts sont très bons aussi, et l’ensemble reste une belle adresse si vous cherchez un resto de pâtes un peu différent à Turin.

06/03/2025: Avevo vinto una box di Boscolo a un Premio Letterario (la Fine Dinner - 159 € per una cena per due persone) e ho scelto (ahinoi) questo ristorante. Ho avuto molte difficoltà nella prenotazione nonostante abbia seguito alla lettera le indicazioni e abbia chiesto più volte conferma telefonicamente, e, una volta giunti sul posto il proprietario (Nicola?) è venuto al nostro tavolo e in modo poco gentile ci ha detto che non potevamo usare la box perché bisognava attendere che Boscolo rispondesse (o qualcosa del genere, perché parole ne ha dette tante). Allora io ho risposto che avrei cenato altrove e ho fatto per alzarmi ma lui, piuttosto di cortese e trattandomi letteralmente come una barotta ignorante (o almeno, io in quel momento mi sono sentita tale), ha attivato tramite il sito di Boscolo la box e in meno di 15 secondi Boscolo ha risposto. Da quel momento la nostra cena è stata un incubo: frasette ironiche ma taglienti da parte del sig. Nicola che invece trattava gli altri clienti con deferenza, allusioni al fatto che io avessi "parlato fin troppo" quando invece avevo semplicemente spiegato che la prenotazione con la box mi era stata confermata con ben 2 telefonate e, alla fine, al momento di salutarci, si è ancora permesso di chiedermi se mi ero calmata! Io? Ha fatto tutto lui! Che non fossimo clienti graditi è stato chiaro fin dal primo momento, quando ci ha chiesto da dove arrivavamo e se eravamo già clienti, e la sua grande scortesia ci ha rovinato una serata di relax. Quanto al cibo, nulla da eccepire (se non che io e il mio compagno di questa avventura abbiamo dovuto PER FORZA scegliere gli stessi piatti perché così ha imposto l'onnipresente signor Nicola), ma un buon ristorante si valuta anche sul piano della cortesia... Insomma: un buon ristorante è dove ci si sente a proprio agio e non dove il proprietario o chi per lui ti umilia in continuazione? ESPERIENZA PESSIMA, OVVIAMENTE DA NON RIPETERE. Quanto al sig. Nicola... non glielo ha mica ordinato il medico di essere presente sulle box di Boscolo! Se tali clienti lui noni reputa all'altezza del suo locale, eviti accuratamente e scelga chi è degli di sedersi ai suoi tavoli!

23/08/2025: We attended an aperitivo as part of a social gathering with friends from our Italian language school. The service was excellent, the food was varied, unlimited, delicious, and beautifully presented. We were given a private space with air conditioning, which allowed us to chat quietly and comfortably. A very enjoyable experience . Highly recommended!

21/07/2025: Pleasant outdoor aperitif. I ordered a Floris Spritz, which was very good, although I didn't notice any particular differences compared to a classic Spritz. The appetizers were plentiful and really tasty, as was the Spritz, served in a large glass. The price is quite high (€25 per person), but all in all the place is worth it.”

08/03/2025: This is our second dinner here, and it's a guaranteed success. The staff are very attentive, the atmosphere intimate, and the selection of products is excellent. The price is fair for the service and the ingredients. This evening, we accidentally overpaid without noticing, and the wait staff chased us out of the restaurant to refund the excess! It was a very appreciated gesture. I definitely recommend it.

25/06/2025: Honestly, I don't usually leave negative reviews. I'd rather leave nothing at all. I'm gluten intolerant and I had specifically chosen this piadineria because the website states that they offer gluten-free piadinas. I arranged to stop by on the fly, between one commitment and another, to grab something to eat before returning to work. When I got to the place, I waited several minutes at the counter without anyone paying attention to me, even though there were people inside (only 1 employee). When I was finally able to ask if they actually had gluten-free piadinas, I had to wait another few minutes to receive an answer... which unfortunately was negative: they don't make them. In the end, I wasted a quarter of an hour, I couldn't eat anything, and I had to leave on an empty stomach. The advice I can give is simply to update the information on the website, so as to avoid unpleasant mix-ups for those who, like me, have specific dietary needs. It would have been enough to know this beforehand to organize myself differently.

25/08/2025: I was on vacation and found myself in this hotel... decent, without high expectations... but after a day I had to leave for personal reasons. They were very understanding, they refunded me the entire unused amount, rightfully without the receipt taxes already paid. Thank you.
