06/12/2025: If I could give more stars, I'd add a final plus (for praise). It's absolutely the most magical place in Turin. Mrs. Terry, with her elegance, her dialectic, and her way of speaking about fragrances as if they were feelings, enchants you... Mario creates cocktails that speak to the palate, and Luca creates delights that satisfy all the senses. I wish I knew the words to describe the magic you breathe, but they don't exist. When you enter Floris, you experience sensations that can only be compared to magic. It's not a shop, much less a bar or a restaurant, but a place where the soul is oxygenated. Thank you, Terry, for the magnificent description of all the types of vanilla and amber... you've stolen my heart ❤️.

03/12/2025: I'm writing this review because I'm disgusted by the service this store provides. One evening, I decided to go there to buy a gift. My budget was €50 because I considered it a personal gift (I'd like to point out that, based on my age, I look much younger than I actually am). The sales assistants responded arrogantly and with an air of superiority, explaining that there wasn't much within my budget (I'd like to clarify that the store is full of candles, shower gels, and air fresheners that fit perfectly within my pre-set budget, and even less). However, during my "service," the sales assistants dusted my perfume and started mocking each other (I quote one sales assistant, "I'm not a mover"), making the customer extremely uncomfortable. I strongly believe that receiving such service is highly denigrating, and above all, I found this rudeness disguised as "elitism" disturbing. If, for them, age is a criterion for deciding who deserves respect, then I strongly advise against this shop. Before selling niche and “elite” perfumes, it would be advisable to learn to be polite towards others.

12/11/2025: A wonderful experience in a magical place with excellent food and excellent service. It feels like being at the theater. A Michelin-starred restaurant without too many frills, with generous portions and plenty of flavor.

11/11/2025: We're not there. We're definitely not there. I'm sorry, but I spent the entire lunch wondering not only how they could have a star, but also how they could keep going like this. Let's start with the assumption that the previous contact I had to make a reservation was difficult: monosyllabic, incomplete, cursory, and rude responses. Today, however, the welcome was average. All in all, "nice," thank goodness. But let's get to the point: the local tasting menu was very disappointing. The appetizers were decent, but of decidedly inferior quality to any other starred restaurant I've ever tried. The flavors and combinations were those of any other agritourism restaurant, nothing special. The bread was cold and a bit stale (and not made by them, by the way). First courses: an almost overcooked tagliolini with butter, delicious ravioli, and then a small casserole dish of awful goat cheese gnocchi. The second course: rubbery meat. The desserts—which usually save the day—only made things worse. Something really went wrong here: I'm talking about a berry mousse with the consistency of wet breadcrumbs, a rough custard, and a baba that was THAWED and THAWED poorly (the ice was still there). All this for the modest sum of €300 (for two). The price you'd expect for a Michelin-starred restaurant, but this place has absolutely nothing Michelin-starred about it. A total disappointment, I'm sorry. If someone were to try their first Michelin-starred restaurant here, I don't think they'd want to do it again. Definitely an insult to other restaurants with the same recognition but truly deserving of it.

08/10/2025: If you're looking for a family-friendly restaurant serving Abruzzo specialties and other typical Italian dishes, you've come to the right place! I go there very often and used to eat pizza once a week when I was a student in Turin. The best pizzas I've ever eaten in Turin! Maurizio, Gaia, and their dad, Felice, do a fantastic job; I highly recommend it!

20/06/2025: Horrible pizza, level of frozen pizzas from discount stores. Flat and tasteless draft beer. The service is fine, friendly waiting staff, but avoid it for eating.

09/06/2025: J’étais déjà venue au Pastificio Defilippis et j’en avais gardé un excellent souvenir. Cette fois encore, l’expérience a été très agréable : les serveurs sont vraiment gentils et ont réussi à nous trouver une table alors qu’on n’avait pas réservé. Le cadre est charmant, bien décoré, on s’y sent bien. La cuisine est toujours aussi bonne. La première fois, j’avais mangé des pâtes à l’arrabbiata que j’avais adorées, et j’étais venue exprès pour les reprendre — mais ici la carte change souvent, donc il faut savoir qu’on ne retrouve pas forcément les plats d’une fois sur l’autre. Ce n’est pas un restaurant de « classiques » comme la carbonara, le pesto ou le ragù : ici, on trouve plutôt des recettes originales comme des pâtes aux courgettes ou aux fruits de mer. C’est une cuisine qui sort de l’ordinaire, raffinée, bien travaillée. En revanche, les prix sont un peu élevés (comptez facilement 17-18 € le plat), et les portions sont assez petites — on a encore un peu faim en sortant. Donc le rapport qualité-prix peut paraître un peu juste. Mais les desserts sont très bons aussi, et l’ensemble reste une belle adresse si vous cherchez un resto de pâtes un peu différent à Turin.

01/12/2025: Terrible experience. We called to make a reservation, especially for a birthday, and they confirmed the reservation. Then, when we got there, it was closed. Really unprofessional and very superficial in their work.

15/11/2025: Valentine's Day dinner 2025: a fairly varied set menu. We went to this restaurant because it's supposed to be a well-known name in the city. We entered and only after a while were we called to sit at the counter (quite uncomfortable for such a high-priced dinner). We were crammed in among bottles of wine and various decorations, even though there were still a few tables free (and they remained that way throughout the evening). After choosing the wine (the chef arrogantly wanted to choose for us even though we explicitly told him what we wanted), a plate of breadsticks, crackers, and bread arrived, not at all crispy and lacking in flavor. The dinner continued with quality dishes. At one point, the chef scolded one of the waiters (who had always been extremely kind and provided impeccable service) in front of the entire dining room. The icing on the cake was dessert and coffee at the end of the dinner. Only at a few tables did the chef serve strawberries with chocolate, leaving a few guests without them. Since it was a set menu, it should have been included with all courses. The food was good, though, it was a shame about the setting, which completely failed to live up to expectations and the bill.

12/10/2025: This is not a restaurant, it is a show!! You are in for an extraordinary experience, everything is managed to the smallest detail. Highly recommended!!

06/12/2025: The food is simply exquisite, with every bite revealing the flavor of the ingredients. The ingredients are fresh, especially the shrimp. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!
