03/05/2026: Oh my gosh this is the BESTTTT!!!!!! Ever restaurant!!! The service is absolutely impeccable and the whole vibe is amazing. Calm yet fun. The ambience is really amazing. I honestly can’t forget about the food, the florentine steak is HOLYYYY here. Definitely coming back soon!

I ordered tuna carpaccio, truffle pasta and tiramisu truffle. They were perfect Ana amazing.
The manager and the staffs were friendly and helpful, even helped me take many photos as I was a solo diner on the day.

Beyond the delicious food, Tano is a person of rare competence, intelligence, and empathy (I've never seen such enthusiasm in haute cuisine contexts). I could have stayed talking to him for hours! The food is okay, but nothing particularly memorable. Overall, not worth going out of your way for, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The dishes looked attractive when you saw them pass by, but unfortunately, after the appetizers (average quality), we chose the pizza... terrible, undercooked, and with poorly leavened dough... as a pizzeria, avoid.

01/06/2026: The staff member was not at all courteous, either in his manner or his professionalism, so much so that he got our order wrong. It's a shame, because the place has potential; I feel sorry for the staff I encountered.
For this price, there are better options.

25/04/2026: Everything is very tasty and fresh, the interior design is beautiful, very worth a visit. Ate salad Podshuba, lyulya kebab and for drink - cherry kompot. Dymlama seems tasty too l, but is recommended for 2 people.
14/04/2026: First encounter with Uzbek cuisine—out of this world! Fresh but not overpowering flavors, well-chosen portions. Friendly, young staff.
The atmosphere is subdued and unique.
Special highlight: fresh ravioli made to order, so there's a short wait, but it's worth it.

The place is small and has a welcoming atmosphere. The service was excellent: the girl at the table was kind and knowledgeable.
Every dish was an explosion of flavors.
The menu offers a wide selection of carpaccios and tartares, presented in tasty and creative combinations. I recommend the tasting menu to try as many combinations as possible, and the cheese fondue to share because it's truly a delight.
The quality of the meat is high and the prices are fair (considering the Porta Romana location).
Save room for dessert, too, because they make them themselves and they're all delicious.
I highly recommend Meat Art. If you're a raw meat lover, you can't miss this place.
