23/02/2026: I'm sorry to have to write this review, especially since I've always appreciated the quality of the pizza, which I consider truly excellent and which has led me to frequent the restaurant on several occasions. Unfortunately, however, I cannot ignore what I personally witnessed regarding hygiene and food safety management. In particular, I witnessed with my own eyes a scene that I consider extremely serious: a bitter liqueur served at the table, half drunk by the customer, was not thrown away but returned, and the remaining portion was returned to the bitter liqueur freezer, presumably to be reused for another customer. Such behavior, besides being ethically unacceptable, violates the most basic food safety standards and seriously calls into question the respect for customer health. Added to this are other incidents, such as hair on plates, which unfortunately reinforce the perception of poor hygiene. I'm truly sorry to write this, because the pizza deserves it, but the quality of the product cannot compensate for such serious shortcomings in food safety management. I sincerely hope that management will carry out the necessary checks and intervene concretely.

25/01/2026: I've been in Milan for many years, but I'd never been there. I spent my birthday night here and had a wonderful time. Beyond the delicious food, Tano is a person of rare competence, intelligence, and empathy (I've never seen such enthusiasm in haute cuisine contexts). I could have stayed talking to him for hours! You can sense his love for his work from the very first moment, a genuine passion built over many years of experience and dedication. Dining at Tano's isn't just a simple dinner, but a true experience. It's a journey of emotions, where all five senses are engaged and stimulated in surprising ways. Every detail is meticulously crafted, every dish tells a story and conveys something unique. The cuisine is pure magic: every course amazes, excites, and captivates. Just when you think you've tasted the best dish, the next one arrives and manages to surpass it. Balanced flavors, sophisticated pairings, and a presentation that makes each dish even more special. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the service attentive and sincere, making you feel pampered from start to finish. It's one of those places where time seems to stand still and where every moment is enjoyed. A special thank you to the owner for the wonderful evening he gave us and our friends. It was an intense, authentic, and unforgettable experience, one we'll carry with us as a wonderful memory. A restaurant you won't forget and that deserves to be experienced at least once in a lifetime.

01/03/2026: Mamma Farina is a sure thing: excellent service, attentive staff, and a welcoming yet modern atmosphere, perfect for both a quiet dinner and an evening with friends. The waiters are extremely kind, punctual, and even friendly: they look after you well without being intrusive and make you feel immediately at ease. There's nothing to complain about as to the food: everything is delicious and carefully prepared, and even a simple dish like a Caesar salad is truly memorable, because you can taste the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail. The prices are fair for what you eat and the service you receive: absolutely recommended, I'll gladly return.

24/02/2026: After been in a bar (Lacerba) in the street near where we had to move because you have over there limit time to be and have a drink , so we find this spot and was a good surprise : nice staff ,with good vibes and gentle , so def coming back ! To have a beer near the area

21/03/2026: A truly pleasant place... I also tried it for lunch, with good options. I was very happy to add desserts and other lactose-free options! Excellent pizza. The only downside was that I found an extra 2 euros on the bill for asking for two, and I mean two, basil leaves on the pizza. Very disappointed.

18/03/2026: Very friendly staff, good food, and fast service. I'm a regular customer, but I'm not giving it five stars because on more than one occasion I've found the service to be a bit distracted and inattentive, resulting in long waits. Overall, I recommend the restaurant.

21/02/2026: Delicious pizza. Nice place. Super reasonable price. For dessert, try the warm sfoglu with cream and berries. The only downside is that some of the waiters are a bit rude.

18/03/2026: Although it's very touristy, the food is delicious and the service is good. The area is lovely for a stroll. There's an antiques market on Sunday mornings, so Il Cestino is perfect for lunch afterward.
