29/11/2025: Very refined, well-kept, and charming location. Kind, welcoming, and efficient staff. Excellent food. I celebrated a friend's wedding anniversary there. Gorgeous terrace!
03/11/2025: One glass of wine, barely 100 cl, for 16 euros. That's overpriced! The menu for the anniversary was good, but the portions were too small, like something out of 1980 when haute cuisine was just emerging—those days are gone. The service was quite unprofessional and impersonal, almost rude.
A shame.

26/09/2025: You can dine there without paying attention to the price of the dishes, and you'll have the best possible evening: the atmosphere, the impeccable service, the beauty of the dishes. Everything is precise, delicate, designed to please the eye and the palate.
You feel like a real chef in pastry there. Several small rooms with ultra-careful, pastel, charming decor. It's pretty, but pretty! Exactly on par with the rest of the hotel and the rooms, which are like little colorful jewel boxes.
The cuisine is fairly conventional, but it's generous and so well presented that it's almost difficult to sink your fork into it. The desserts are too trompe l'oeil/white chocolate for my taste.
24/09/2025: We had a fabulous dinner at Rubacuori. The best risotto I have ever had. The food and service were excellent and we loved that the restaurant was beautiful and quiet. We will definitely go back the next time we are in Milan!

Chef Andrea Mangiaracina works with elegance and restraint: elegantly presented and flavorful dishes, a refined yet unpretentious atmosphere. Impeccable hospitality, attentive and friendly service. The value lies in the taste. Definitely worth trying and returning for more.

10/11/2025: Impeccable atmosphere and service. Very good food, with many traditional Piedmontese dishes, many of which were well-executed, some less so. Overall, I found the staff to be very professional. Excellent wine list. I've been there twice, once in the ground-floor dining room and once in the cellar. Both times, the atmosphere is refined and elegant, a mix of rustic and elegant.

The atmosphere was great, so it was one of the most memorable places I visited during my trip. ^^
08/10/2025: Found this little gem after the original seafood restaurant I was planning on dining at was booked until November! Nevertheless this place is a gem away from the touristy restaurants around the Duomo.
Food and wine fairly priced, with soft lighting atmosphere great for a romantic dinner!
Oh, and our fish dishes were Superb!!!

02/11/2025: Undoubtedly they use excellent ingredients in this historical Milan restaurant. The recipes, while not adventurous, are not banal or routine and vaunt a touch of modernity and creativity. It is a sort of elevated and refined trattoria.
However, the execution skills are not always in line with the quality of the ingredients. Notable failures were the (over)cooking of pasta in otherwise good and tasty tortelli ("cacio e pepe" with raw red prawns, lime and bottarga) and spaghetti with clams. A grouper, fresh and pleasant, was advertised as "crispy" but wasn't. A seafood fritto misto was the only perfectly executed dish.
Because patisserie needs precision and here they don't shine in that department, we skipped desserts.
The rooms and decor are beautiful and atmospheric. This is a large place with many people. Service is friendly but not always attentive and sometimes slightly chaotic, probably the same as things work in the cuisine. The result was a good but not outstanding meal. While I don't regret the experience, and portions are unusually generous at this level, at these prices I'm not sure a return would be worth the while.

09/11/2025: We arrived early, before it was even open, and the staff's helpfulness and attention were excellent. They arranged our tables exactly as we requested, gave us great recommendations, and were all incredibly helpful in ensuring we had a wonderful dinner. The food is delicious, and they have a great wine selection. The atmosphere is very pleasant.
07/11/2025: It's my first time eating at this restaurant, and I already feel at home! The waiters are incredibly friendly and polite. As soon as you walk in, you immediately notice the antique typewriter on display and the wine cabinet—little details that give the place a more welcoming and elegant feel! No small feat, really!

04/10/2025: An upscale food hall with stations offering cheese, pasta, breads, sweet baked goods, confections, charcuterie, a wine cellar and more. While not on the scale of Eataly, Peck was more manageable and not as overwhelming. We enjoyed the items we purchased at the deli and cheese monger counters, over several days. The bottle of Franciacorta we relished for our anniversary night, while in Milan.
