03/04/2024: Historic restaurant that never belies its (high) level, we all ate very well, not one dish that was not appreciated, the moorland is a guarantee. Unfortunately we weren't able to have an aperitif in the beautiful and well-stocked cellar, it will be for next time. Always a very refined environment with professional, attentive and friendly wait staff. Five stars guaranteed on everything.
25/03/2024: I'm not exaggerating, but today for lunch I ate the best Carbonara of my life. Guys congratulations to the Chef. At the table I was about to cry with goodness.
This was a variant with Patanegra, porcini mushrooms, caviar and truffle. Off the charts!
