21/03/2025: Amami looks from the outside like a very nice and typically Milanese location. Attracted by the positive reviews we decided to book to eat a thin and crispy pizza but what I found was a schiacciatina with Eurospin rocket on top topped with the classic 99 cent walnuts on offer. The appetizer is an armed robbery, 9 euros for three bruschettas with bagged salmon on top. I don't know what to say, 70 euros for two and we ate 2 pizzas, 2 beers and an appetizer. Disappointed and plucked.

02/03/2025: Top place for the evening, the chef is very good and super passionate about what he does... the result is dishes with balanced flavors and superlative character. At lunch you feel when the chef isn't there, it's better to stick to something simple.

26/01/2025: Muy tranquilo en una tarde de domingo llovizna. Teníamos una reserva, pero claramente no lo necesitábamos. El servicio fue amable y atento. La comida era excelente. Partimos un aperitivo de anchoas en tostadas que estaba delicioso. Ambos comimos espaguetis con almejas que estaban deliciosos. Tenía trozos de salmón ahumado, que era diferente y muy sabroso.

16/03/2025: Prima e ultima volta! Ho ordinato una Catalana di tonno (tonno scottato con verdure) e mi sono arrivati, letteralmente, tre pezzetti di tonno stracotto con contorno verdure che pareva più un insalata con tantissima cipolla cruda. Ho fatto notare la discrepanza tra la descrizione sul menu e il piatto servito alla cameriera, quest'ultima insieme alla Caposala hanno minimizzato sostenendo che il piatto fosse giusto così. Inoltre le porzioni non sono generose e l'ho trovato caro, nonostante la prenotazione fosse con TheFork. Pagare €16/ €18 per una comune insalata anche no!

04/04/2025: Disgusting food. Four of us chose this restaurant for lunch. Having ordered the first courses, two of which were based on fish, as soon as they were served there was a smell probably coming from mussels that were not exactly fresh. Having discarded the mussels from the plates, the rest continued to be borderline edible. The owner, having noticed the problem, offered coffee to apologize (not sufficient as a remedy). Extremely expensive compared to the service and quality of the food.

17/03/2025: Magical place. Very pleasant atmosphere with excellent food, excellent music in the background and very kind staff.

15/03/2025: The place is beautiful, the service nothing to say. But the dishes are not worth what you pay... I expected much higher quality for the price paid, you can't make me pay €30 for ONE octopus tentacle, which was also slightly rubbery and, the glaze was hiding, but I think it wasn't perfectly clean, I also got several grains of sand under my teeth. It's a shame because if the quality/price ratio were more balanced, we could go even more frequently given the location.

19/03/2025: A lovely, although pricey, lunch experience. Delicious pata negra and burratina before the excellent pasta. Although not on the menu, we got affogatos for dessert. Lovely regional wines by the glass. Nice ambiance and print and professional service

17/03/2025: Milan is a city of well-packaged illusions, restaurants where aesthetics surpasses substance. Bottega Lucia is quite the opposite. Here the food doesn't try to impress: it just does. The Poché Mountain Egg with Potato and Black Truffle Foam is a game of absolute precision: perfectly fluid yolk, airy foam, truffle that arrives like a whisper and leaves its mark. A dish that in less expert hands would be banal, here it is pure elegance. The Amberjack Tartare with Crispy Vegetables and Robiola is a test of balance: impeccable cut, vegetables that break up the softness with calibrated freshness, robiola that binds without covering. It reminded me of the cleanliness of Nordic tartare, but with a warmer and Mediterranean soul. The Ossobuco Gyoza with Saffron Cream are a surprise: thin pastry, perfect slow-cooked juicy filling, saffron cream that brightens every bite. A dish that moves between tradition and innovation with absolute naturalness. The Escarole with Scamorza, Date and Hazelnut Butter plays with the contrast between bitter and sweet in a construction that recalls Arab cuisine, but performed with an entirely Italian sensitivity. Each ingredient has a function, no excess, just perfection. And then the Beef Fillet with Rosemary Potatoes, the synthesis of the technique performed without smudging: impeccable crust, interior that preserves every drop of juice, golden potatoes on the outside and melting on the inside. A dish that doesn't ask for your respect, it demands it. But what makes Bottega Lucia a unique experience is the service. In a city where the room is often an overlooked detail, here it is an art. The staff moves with the grace of those who do not serve, but guide. Impeccable presence, perfect anticipation, effortless elegance. Bottega Lucia is not just a restaurant. It is a declaration of identity, a challenge won. You don't come here to see and be seen. Come because when you taste the first bite, everything else ceases to exist.

11/03/2025: Best kebab in central Milan! Clean place, very nice and helpful guys and excellent quality of the product. I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat a proper kebab in a nice environment.

03/01/2025: We stopped with a friend for a kebab and a beer, the food was good as was the service. Only problem, we went out with clothes that smelled like fried food...

08/04/2025: Good restaurant. In my opinion nothing spectacular, but very solid food. I think a bit too expensive to be a 5/5 for what it is. Great tiramisu!

03/04/2025: Well, we wanted to sit in the sun - we didn't give it any further thought. However, the heat at the seat outside was so intense that we asked the waiter to lower the sun blinds a little. I couldn't even express my request before he interrupted me and said that you need vitamin D and that you should sit in the sun. I thought it was just a joke, but it stayed that way. We sweltered in the sun and accepted it. I wanted water, but was persuaded to take a non-alcoholic Aperol (!) - for 10 euros. Well then. At least they don't charge any coperta fees. The service was okay, but somehow stubborn.
