04/03/2025: Premesso che io e i miei amici siamo clienti abituali, che visitano il locale in media due volte a settimana, ci si aspetterebbe un trattamento quantomeno rispettoso. E invece siamo stati trattati in qualsiasi modo meno che rispettoso , direi piuttosto ineducato . Il più delle volte il personale si rivolge in modo superficiale e sguaiato, sbuffando alle richieste del cliente. Il locale offre la possibilità di giocare e freccette, ma spesso queste vengono vietate. L'ultima volta per esempio, ci sono state negate perché "mancavano 40 minuti alla chiusura". La cucina si può definire accettabile, ma attenzione !non è certo che vi preparino da mangiare! Una sera, ad esempio, ci hanno detto che non avrebbero cucinato perché la cucina quella sera non era ancora stata utilizzata, quindi non poteva essere sporcata solo per noi!. Forse si salva solo la roba da bere, ma il prezzo non vale la candela. Sconsigliatissimo.

We have already been there several times for both lunch and dinner and we always had a good time, for this reason we chose it to celebrate our daughter's communion and I must say that everything went perfectly. The food is excellent, the staff is top and the owner Mr Silvio is great!!! I recommend it to everyone!

29/05/2025: been there many times, and this work dinner confirmed previous experiences with the real friendly staff and exceptional food. just what i'd wanted for this department dinner. unfortunately the guy who runs the till was quite a contrast to the rest of the staff, and unfortunately marred the closing tone of the €600 evening.

05/01/2025: We had the best experience there about 10-12 years ago, very romantic, attentive services were supreme, incredible murals/ceiling in the big suite, giant marble tub, any food and wine and… any time, luxurious. We went back with 2 friends of ours another time and then not quite as romantic! I would recommend for 2.

13/04/2025: For the second time at the Osteria del Biliardo and I can still only speak highly of it. The environment is welcoming and pleasant, the guys who take care of table service are very kind and smiling, informal. And the food is excellent, cooked with attention and presented very well, without mannerisms and well dosed in the dishes. I really appreciated the quality of what I ate and I know enough about it. The environment and hospitality also contributed to the pleasantness of the evening for me and my friends

05/05/2025: The first was spectacular...their specialty is pasta with radicchio and speck creamed with Parmigiano Reggiano. The waiter was very kind and professional, a real added value. The second course, mixed grill, was really subdued, hard and stringy... but considering the treatment the super waiter gave us, I can't say it wasn't a good experience.

01/05/2025: We've wanted to go to this restaurant for a long time and today we finally managed for lunch. A slightly disappointing lunch, the dishes were well presented but the flavor was missing that makes them unique, sensational, like a pinch of extra salt wouldn't have been bad before moving on to the second course which was a mixed fried dish that wasn't cooked enough, it didn't have that crunchiness that I remember in a mixed fried dish, an extra minute was definitely there, the squid was very white rather than golden and the squid were hard/rubbery. Furthermore, not having the wine list and not giving the receipt with the excuse that the computer is not working seems like a low blow for a restaurant that considers itself one of the most historic in Sesto San Giovanni.

10/05/2025: Probably the best brewery I've ever been to. A historic venue, open since 1999, characterized by excellent beers and efficient and professional staff: Cristiana, for me, the best. Personally, I recommend experiencing the tasting + guided tour of the brewery, where the magic of their beers is born. I really appreciated the week dedicated to specialties from around the world: some dishes should be permanently included in the menu. The Greek salad is delicious. The fact that, to produce beer, they use water coming from the aquifer under the brewery, makes you understand how unique this place is.

07/05/2025: A brewery that has become a regular stop! We often frequent this pub and every time it is a confirmation. We really appreciate the large space available, both outdoors and indoors, which makes it perfect in every season. The service is always impeccable and the girls are exquisitely kind. The menu is very varied and offers a selection of excellent beers for all tastes, with the added pleasant surprise of also finding some vegetarian dishes. It has become a real fixed stop for us. Sincere congratulations to the management for creating such a welcoming and quality environment!

11/05/2025: Elegant place and far above most of the restaurants in Sirmione. Everything is of very good quality, from the bread basket to the most elaborate dishes. The risotto is a 10. The tiramisu stands out for its ingenious presentation. More than recommended place.

04/05/2025: The perfect place for dinner. We stopped here by chance on a Friday night as they had good vegetarian options (didn’t manage to take photos of unfortunately) which is hard to find in this area and wow the food was incredible. The service was professional and friendly. The atmosphere was great not too crowded but busy enough for a lovely vibe. We loved it so much we went back the following evening. This was a lucky find and would highly recommend to anyone who wants top notch food. The price was higher than most places in area but the food, wine & service was worth every bit spent. If you love good quality food the is the place to go.

20/05/2025: Experience repeated several times...many! At any time, a table is not denied to you (well, the kitchen closes at 10:30 pm) Excellent pizza... excellent cuisine! Very fast service, very kind... quiet environment.

18/05/2025: I recently dined at this restaurant and, although the quality of the food was undoubtedly good, the service was disappointing and definitely not up to the price tag. The dishes were served in an excessive hurry, at a fast pace, without giving us time to fully enjoy the experience. On several occasions, the dishes were taken away while some of us were still eating, creating discomfort and a sense of urgency that was totally out of place. Even more disappointing was the wine service: no spontaneous refills, and the impression of having to constantly ask for something that should be taken care of with care in a restaurant of this level. At the end of the dinner, two bottles remained unused - not by our choice, but due to simple carelessness of the staff. Up to this point, one could call it a bad evening. But what really marked the experience negatively was the absolute lack of follow-up after my direct report to the restaurant. Despite the initial availability shown via email, no one ever showed up with an update or a gesture of attention, not even after the announced internal comparison. I understand that mistakes can happen, but it is precisely in the way they are managed that the professionalism of a place is measured. In this case, the silence received only confirmed the feeling of superficiality and lack of respect towards the customer. I hope that this review is a starting point for reflection to improve, because the impression left, to date, is unfortunately negative.

29/04/2025: Incredibly delicious meat and the service is super friendly. The owner is very accommodating. Away from tourism and fair prices and portions. Highly recommended if you are on vacation here. Even if it's not typical Italian cuisine, there are local wines and the food is definitely worth a visit.

16/04/2025: Très belle surprise ! Restaurant cosi Cuisine maison et familiale, le patron sous ses airs rustre est en fait très sympathique !! :-) et le dessert tiramisu à tomber…à ne pas louper plutôt que d’aller dans le centre

06/05/2025: Il ristorante "Al Miralago" è posizionato al centro di Gargnano ed offre ottimi piatti di pesce del lago. Noi abbiamo gustato un delizione antipasto di pesce ed un ottimo primo (tagliatelle all'uova fatte in casa con ragù di pesce). Personalmente consiglio di prendere i piatti del giorno, che di solito sono preparati in base al pescato della notte precedente. I prezzi sono commisurati alla qualità dei piatti (ottima). Da non perdere!

07/05/2025: Milan/Barca game was on. We were lucky to get in and get a drink. Staff were good, very to the point but quick to serve us and managing a busy bar well. Beers were very good and shop was well stocked.
