01/07/2025: We've been here twice because it has a good menu. Additionally, the quality of the food is top-notch, and both the young waitress and her competent manager do a fantastic job. If you want high-quality regional cuisine with excellent wines, this is definitely the place to go.

01/07/2025: We spent two nights in Aprico, and this restaurant won us over so much on the first night that we decided to return! Excellent service :-) The preparation of the dishes was excellent. The chef's wine recommendation was excellent. What more could you ask for?!?! A place we highly recommend!

30/05/2025: Beware of fraud! We made a reservation at the restaurant to have a good meal. The food was excellent and the taste was top-notch! We can't complain at all. Unfortunately, the surroundings weren't great. They tried to scam us. We asked if there was parking available for visitors/guests of the restaurant. There was, and we parked our car there. On the bill for the meal, we saw that €15 had been charged for parking. However, the parking lot sign stated in Italian that the parking space was reserved for guests (see photo I uploaded). After discussing this with the waiter, who then asked the manager, I also asked the other guests around us if they had to pay for parking. They all said no, because the parking space was reserved for guests. Only we were charged the €15. After back and forth and discussion, the €15 was removed from the bill, and we paid and left. Upstairs at the exit, the manager (his name is Silvio Battistoni) came towards us and cursed and insulted us. We tried calmly to explain that it was unfair why we had to pay for parking while all the other guests didn't. He simply said that everyone had to pay and that we should just ask the others. I told him that I had actually done that, and the answer was that they didn't have to pay. He got angry and didn't know what to say and just said that because we had a "supercar," we should pay the price. If we had the money for a "supercar," then we had to pay the €15. We tried to explain that it wasn't about the money, but that they were trying to rip us off. Why didn't everyone else have to pay and only we did because we had a "supercar" (his words)? He threw us out and slammed the door. Unfortunately, a very unpleasant experience. Because the food and the atmosphere were top-notch! It was really great. But having to try to cheat someone out of €15 while all the other guests don't have to pay is a real shame.

04/05/2025: Ci saremmo aspettati qualcosa di meglio, partendo dalla location ferma a trent’anni fa, servizio decisamente non perfetto e non al livello in cui si vogliono piazzare, cucina anonima, semplice, nulla che abbia quel qualcosa in più… unica nota positiva gli entreè e il dolce. A Varese ci sono altri ristoranti dove mangiare meglio.

13/05/2025: When I'm in Milan for work, so as not to move too much, I stop to eat here. A nice place where you eat well and the service is fast. Also convenient for aperitifs. I recommend it

14/06/2025: We went there for dinner with another family. The staff was friendly, the food was okay, but the portions were rather small. It wasn't good value for money. It was our most expensive dinner of the week, so unfortunately it wasn't good enough, but it was still okay.

29/05/2025: We had an Aperol Spritz and a Cannoncini, both very reasonably priced. They also offered free snacks like chips, nachos, dip, and olives. I got a very positive impression 👍🏻

15/06/2025: I had dinner on Saturday night with friends. The atmosphere is very light, typical of old-fashioned trattorias, and I would say that, in my opinion, it is a plus. The tables are set in a very simple way, and this is another plus. I would say that the food is of a good standard....indeed...in my opinion, excellent. The waitress, Marta, is a very colorful girl, with a language....colorful, but that said, very good at her job. The thing that struck me most was the cleanliness....there was a problem with the door, and we had to leave the kitchen....I have been working in the restaurant business for 45 years...and I assure you that a kitchen as clean and tidy as that is difficult to find, even in places where you spend over €100 per person. CONGRATULATIONS

30/05/2025: Wow, what a cozy and intimate experience. It's small and local, but wait for the sweet service. The food was SO delicious. They had made an effort. Even though we encountered a language barrier, people who want to can easily understand each other. ❤️ huge praise and thanks from here

05/07/2025: The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere, but unfortunately our experience was affected by some aspects. The service was slow and the food did not meet our expectations. The dish we ordered was a bit too salty and did not taste as we expected. We had a bit of a negative experience when paying, the girl was not very kind. Some waiters were really good and attentive, it's a shame that not all have the same level of service.

07/05/2025: We still hit our stride on the Spigolo and didn't get hurt this time either. On the contrary! Despite our (unfair) reputation as thugs we were welcomed with kindness and friendliness. The Disco Volante pizza is a pleasant certainty as is the victory obtained in the nearby sports hall. 🏀 At the beginning of the season we mark the trip to Carpenedolo on the calendar to enjoy this pleasant post-race place. Highly recommended. Again.

09/07/2025: A great place to enjoy amazing Italian seafood. Good to know: Book a table on the second floor to have a beautiful view over the Sirmione canal!

09/07/2025: Discovered by chance, super friendly 👍🏻. The Lake Garda trout and grilled octopus were amazing. The lemon curd was a dream 🥰. The best restaurant in 4 days on Lake Garda.
