04/05/2025: Ci saremmo aspettati qualcosa di meglio, partendo dalla location ferma a trent’anni fa, servizio decisamente non perfetto e non al livello in cui si vogliono piazzare, cucina anonima, semplice, nulla che abbia quel qualcosa in più… unica nota positiva gli entreè e il dolce. A Varese ci sono altri ristoranti dove mangiare meglio.

05/04/2025: All very well looked after with a beautiful view. We booked part of the room for a company lunch. Great menu and very friendly staff. As in the photos we tasted everything: from the appetizer to the dessert. I particularly appreciated the fish main course and the dessert.

22/05/2025: Pasé por un almuerzo rápido y resultó ser una experiencia muy agradable. Nuestro camarero era muy atento y sabiendo que estábamos apretados a tiempo, se aseguró de llevar nuestra comida rápidamente. Mi pasta de marisco era espectacular y las pizzas también. ¡Recomiendo encarecidamente combinarlo con su spritz Aperol!

11/05/2025: Terrible experience. Unbreathable air, poor food, more than an hour to receive the pizzas, two of which arrived after another 20 minutes. The receipt indicated an extra pizza that was not returned to us because the cashier said the receipt had already been issued. I asked to at least have a drink for the same amount… I do not recommend at all.

01/05/2025: A quiet place, they organize music, there are bands and you can also dance if you want. You can have dinner.

15/03/2025: Abbiamo preso il menù del giorno, i primi che abbiamo ordinato erano davvero indimenticabili, molto buoni complimenti . Invece sui secondi ci sarebbe qualcosa di riguardare, il gusto che non era quello che ci si aspettava dopo i primi ci aspettavamo dei finocchi gratinati con gran entusiasmo ma ci siamo trovati dei finocchi che erano tutto tranne gratinati. Comunque spero che la direzione prendi dei provvedimenti perché come posto è davvero molto bello! Lo consiglio ma incrociando le dita per la cucina.

28/10/2024: We relied on the reviews here on Google, but we don't feel the same way as most users here. The staff is really very accommodating, friendly and always strives to offer the guest a great experience. Unfortunately, the food didn't meet our taste at all. Of the 7 dishes we ordered (group of 7 people), five of them were not to our liking. Even though the staff is very nice, we will eat somewhere else for the remaining evenings.

17/11/2024: Very slow and inattentive service! Tenerina served with lemon ice cream instead of cream ice cream without saying anything... Upon request they say that they don't have the cream... not a good reason to serve lemon ice cream with chocolate dessert!! yuck!!

28/08/2024: Ho cenato al ristorante Brasserie in occasione di un mio recente soggiorno ed ho provato uno dei migliori controfiletti mai assaggiati! Ottima accoglienza e bella atmosfera, prezzi nella media.

01/06/2025: Wonderful small resteraunt at the top of the funicular up from Como. It's the first one you get to when you get off at the top. Many outside tables, all overlooking the view out over Como. Service is fast and efficient, food very good, pizza's very good, enough to share if you just want a snack or a meal for one if you are more hungry. The funicular is very popular and quess can be long. If possible get tickets from somewhere else then you can just hold up your ticket and go straight to the carriage.

13/05/2025: I had my last risotto at this restaurant before heading straight to the airport. Mamma Oliva has a luggage storage service, so I decided to eat there before leaving. I tried their risotto with pumpkin and blue cheese! Very good and filling. They also served me a plate with spiced bread. The only thing I didn't like was that they added €2 for "coperto" to the bill, which is like automatically adding a €2 tip. This surcharge isn't indicated on the menu, and I don't think it's right to add it without warning. I'd like to decide how much tip I want to give (or if I don't give any at all).

15/05/2025: I made a reservation request for a group in the restaurant, in a low season. I made the request in February for an evening in May and I was told that the restaurant was full and they had no availability. That same evening I passed by the restaurant and there my surprise, I noticed that that evening the restaurant had plenty of space but was practically empty. They probably don't welcome everyone. If you pass by Aprica you will find many restaurants where they certainly have room to welcome you.

20/04/2025: Easter lunch with elderly family members. The limits imposed by age have been largely overcome thanks to the excellent dishes offered on the menu and the more than generous portions. Fish and seafood cooked in various ways were appreciated by diners including those more oriented towards meat consumption. The mixed grill without thorns and the house starter are excellent. Adequate account.

03/04/2025: Questo è uno dei migliori ristoranti che conosco per mangiare davvero un ottimo pesce. Il crudo è spettacolare, il fritto unico è il più buono che mangio a Milano! Nino il proprietario è una persona cordiale e umana che ti fa sentire in famiglia. Personale di sala attendo e discreto. Servizio rapido ed efficiente. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Considerato poi che nella maggior parte dei ristoranti di Milano ormai da tempo il prezzo è salito alle stelle e la quantità del cibo nel piatto si è ridotta e per finire la freschezza delle materie prime molte volte è inesistente! Consigliatissimo
