24/04/2025: Disfrutamos de nuestra segunda visita en tantos años a Sant 'Ambroeus. El menú es muy local y muy bueno. Los cursos de pasta y ternera fueron fantásticos Mientras está situado en la plaza principal, todavía puede tener una cena íntima mientras disfruta de la actividad que rodea la plaza. La carta de vinos es fantástica, con muchas opciones no disponibles en los Estados Unidos, que es refrescante. Fue un restaurante maravilloso para nuestra última noche en esta mágica ciudad vieja.

25/03/2025: Siamo capitati in questo ristorante di lunedì sera un po’ per caso ed è stata una piacevole scoperta! Il ristorante ha una piccola ma bella terrazza vista lago ed è molto familiare. Dopo poco ci siamo subito resi conto di aver fatto una buona scelta perché era frequentato da gente del posto, per niente turistico. Abbiamo ordinato Risotto all’Amarone (x2), branzino spadellato alla mediterranea, ma il piatto che più ci è piaciuto è il Luccio alla gardesana. Era davvero ottimo!! I secondi accompagnati da un buon calice di Lugana. Consigliamo questo ristorante per una buona cena dai sapori locali. Prezzo medio a persona 50-60€

17/03/2025: Wir waren mit acht Personen hier, um meinen Geburtstag nachzufeiern. Wir haben uns voll und ganz auf den Chef verlassen und uns auf seinen Menuvorschlag eingelassen. Eine fantastische Entscheidung. Ein gelungener Abend mit Antipasti, Risotto, Kürbisravioli, Fiorentina-Steak sowie verschiedenen Desserts. Toller Service der zu 100% gepasst hat. Alle Freunde waren begeistert, der Preis mehr als fair und wir werden wiederkommen. Lieben Dank noch einmal. Eine echte Empfehlung.

22/06/2025: Me and my wife had driven 3,5 hours to reach our destination in Varese. We found this restaurant nearby and asked if there was a possibility to have a lunch. The waiter gave us the lunchcard but it was only written in Italian. Instead of walking to our table and help us a little bit, he told me I could use Google translate. I felt quite humiliated and felt treated without respect. I left 10 euro for the bottle of still water and took the hand of my wife and left.

22/05/2025: Pasé por un almuerzo rápido y resultó ser una experiencia muy agradable. Nuestro camarero era muy atento y sabiendo que estábamos apretados a tiempo, se aseguró de llevar nuestra comida rápidamente. Mi pasta de marisco era espectacular y las pizzas también. ¡Recomiendo encarecidamente combinarlo con su spritz Aperol!

12/07/2025: The hotel is very family-friendly, small, and well-located. The breakfast was very good, everything delicious and of high quality. The rooms are a bit dated, admittedly.

16/06/2025: Good location, great WiFi, comfortable rooms (though the mattress was not firm). Breakfasts need work -- dry scrambled eggs, many stale baked goods, more staff needed to refresh offerings and clean tables.

13/07/2025: Ottimo, sia il servizio che il cibo...esperienza da provare a Bormio, se ami il buon cibo e la professionalità del servizio devi assolutamente passare da qui. Prezzo giusto per il servizio avuto. Solo un piccolo consiglio, lavorare sulla luminosità degli ambienti.

13/07/2025: La location ci è sembrata subito suggestiva, trovandosi all’interno di una cantina. Il cibo è stato ottimo, gli sciatt davvero deliziosi e il piatto di formaggi con prodotti di qualità. Il prezzo era corretto per quello che abbiamo mangiato. Il sevizio molto curato e veloce.

02/05/2025: Frequento questo ristorante di pesce da tempo e, dopo diverse cene, posso dire di essermi sempre trovata egregiamente: un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, piatti semplici ma ben cucinati, atmosfera informale e piacevole. È una soluzione perfetta per chi cerca un posto alla mano dove mangiare bene senza spendere una fortuna. Tuttavia, durante l’ultima visita – forse complice il periodo di festività – ho notato un calo generale: la pulizia lasciava un po’ a desiderare, il servizio è stato meno attento del solito e i piatti non all’altezza delle volte precedenti. Nonostante questa parentesi meno brillante, resto dell’idea che sia un buon indirizzo, soprattutto nei momenti di minor affluenza. Un consiglio: prestare maggiore attenzione alla pulizia potrebbe davvero fare la differenza.

30/06/2025: A wonderful place where everything is delicious, and with impeccable service and attention. A family atmosphere in a beautiful location. Away from the center, in an elegant and quiet neighborhood, it's like an oasis after the hustle and bustle of central Milan. Highly recommended.

15/07/2025: What can I say? Highly recommended. The best (non-touristy) restaurant in central Milan, with a stunning terrace location, practically overlooking the Duomo. High-quality cutlet, perfectly executed. Impressive wine list, reasonably priced!

15/07/2025: Great place to eat with a great view of the Duomo. On the pricier end, with the portions being a bit smaller than other places, but nevertheless the food was tasty, and you can get some good pictures with the Duomo here.

24/05/2025: Sono tornata dopo mesi per gustare la loro pizza gourmet,un must.Purtroppo non l'ho trovata all'altezza delle precedenti.Poca ricotta,meno condimento,formaggio meno saporito e soprattutto pesto in barattolo!E non mi si dica che non e' periodo di basilico....una pizza così non si puo'permettere uno scivolone del genere.Daro'un'altra possibilita'perche'il posto e la gentilezza del personale merita ma occorre che lo standard sia mantenuto.

14/07/2025: Mi hanno sorpreso alcune recensioni negative. Concordo invece con un'altra positiva: il locale è spazioso, tranquillo, luminoso, perfino elegante. Al di là della apparenze da burbero del titolare, o di chi per lui, ho trovato tutti estremamente educati e gentili, sia in passato sia nella recente visita dei primi di luglio. La cucina è stata curata, dall'antipasto di mamma (21 euro), alla frittura dell' oliveto (11 euro), ai rigatoni, al risotto al basilico e alla chitarra con pomodorini (13 euro), al pesce spada (22), tagliata di manzo (21) e delizioso polpo scottato (16). I prezzi, come si vede, in una Milano che ha perso il senso del limite, sono onesti (dimentica un calice di bianco, ottimo, 7 euro). In tutto, in sei abbiamo speso sui 30 euro a testa. Continuerò ad andarci. Il locale mi piace, la zona pure

29/06/2025: Pizzeria restaurant close to the city center and the famous Arco della Pace.. Excellent pizza with direct dough very light and digestible. Fresh and quality ingredients.. Very spacious pleasant environment and air conditioning for the hot summer days in Milan... Attentive service...!! We always come back willingly...

04/07/2025: Ordered pizza and gelato. The pizza was not great, perhaps the ingredients were not as fresh as I expected. The gelato was pretty good. The server was attentive, patient and friendly. This might be the only Gelateria in Brunate.

02/07/2025: The view was good. Food was decent. The service was horrible. All other tables were served with mats and proper greetings. Except for us. The waitress didn't bother to serve us just because we weren't white. We had to ask for everything twice before she did her job. It is not like we are paying any less. Very unprofessional behaviour.
