22/07/2025: Sono stato ospite di questo ristorante su suggerimento di amici. La struttura gode di una posizione privilegiata, situata nel centro storico di Sirmione e affacciata sul suggestivo scenario del lago di Garda, offrendo così un contesto ambientale di grande fascino. Il servizio si è rivelato nel complesso cortese e sufficientemente attento, seppur privo di elementi distintivi. Per quanto concerne l’offerta gastronomica, essa appare orientata prevalentemente a un target turistico. La mia compagna ha gustato un piatto di chitarrine con gamberi e pistacchio, risultato equilibrato e piacevole. Personalmente ho optato per il primo del giorno a base di cozze e pesto: una proposta non sgradevole, ma priva di particolare carattere, probabilmente penalizzata dall’utilizzo di pasta precotta, elemento comprensibile in contesti ad alto flusso ma comunque poco valorizzante. La nota più negativa della serata è stata il dessert. Invogliato dall’aspetto dei dolci esposti nel frigorifero, ho ordinato una panna cotta ai frutti di bosco. Purtroppo, quella servita al tavolo non corrispondeva affatto all’aspetto del dolce esposto: era evidentemente non fresca e presentava persino tracce di muffa su uno dei frutti. Ciò che più mi ha deluso, tuttavia, è stata la mancanza di attenzione nella gestione della segnalazione: né un gesto di cortesia né una semplice scusa da parte del personale. Il dolce è stato semplicemente sostituito con uno più fresco.Un comportamento più premuroso avrebbe senz’altro contribuito a ridimensionare l’accaduto. A titolo costruttivo, invito la direzione a prestare maggiore cura alla qualità dell’offerta e alla gestione del cliente, affinché l’eccellenza della location sia rispecchiata da un’esperienza all’altezza delle aspettative.

31/08/2025: Beautiful place with a great view of the lake. This is the biggest and the only advantage, One of the worst experiences in terms of service, especially for a restaurant that positions itself as a fine dining. Worst coffee of my life, mediocre deserts and food that is “OK” at best. But all of it was outshined by how condescending and not friendly the staff was, especially the head waiter. We are accustomed to slow service in Italy and accept it as part of culture. However, here it as downright as if we were forgotten. Service was extremely rude and even more extremely slow, felt unwelcome all the time.

31/08/2025: We visited this place this summer and left quite disappointed. It had been highly recommended, so my expectations were very high. Unfortunately, the only friendly person we encountered was the hostess – and that was it. It took a very long time before a waiter came to our table, and when I mentioned that I was hungry and asked if I could finally get a menu, the head waiter replied that he was very hungry too and walked away. Such a “joke” was absolutely inappropriate for a restaurant of this level. The service overall was unpleasant, and it felt like we were being treated differently compared to other tables. With the tables where ladies were accompanied by men, the staff seemed warm and welcoming, but with my friend and me the attitude was completely different. The food itself was not particularly tasty, and I didn’t enjoy it. My mood had already been spoiled by the poor hospitality. Of course, the atmosphere and the views were beautiful – that was the only thing that saved the evening. It would be wonderful if the staff could treat all guests with the same friendliness and smiles, whether they spend €1,000 or €250.

24/08/2025: If you want to eat a basic pasta dish and pay a lot for it, this is the place to go. Two pasta dishes, a beer, and a glass of juice (which came in a glass, not a bottle), 60 euros. But the view is really good.

18/08/2025: Beautiful restaurant for dinner. Views were gorgeous. Had plenty of gluten free options. Was incredible!

03/09/2025: I ordered two takeout pizzas: a ham and mushroom pizza and a 4 Seasons pizza, which was missing some ingredients (and it's okay that the Seasons pizzas aren't there anymore, but they only need 4 ingredients), but cutting things out must be their style, because the pizzas were only cut into 6 slices instead of the usual 8, and they weren't even very good... But oh well, I only paid 20 euros for them!!! The only positive note was that they were quick to prepare.

24/08/2025: One of the best pizzas we've ever tried! Both were very, very good. The truffle pizza was a house recommendation, and although it was quite a bit more expensive for a pizza, it was worth it. I have to say the mortadella and pistachio pizza was just as good.

22/08/2025: We've been asked to sit at a 2 people table which was unstable even when 2 ladies behind us were sitting at 4 people table. The food was not satisfying. The ammount was good but the taste was not it (Spaghetti pomodoro). The pizza was burnt around the sides and from the bottom and taste-wise was kinda ok (Pizza margarita). For the price I would NOT recommend.

11/06/2025: Mejor tener reservas si quieres estar fuera. El guardia del museo nos dijo que no conseguiríamos una mesa. Me alegro de haber ido. Sentado dentro pero capaz de ver el Duomo. Excelente comida, buena camarera. Muchos turistas, pero no es sorprendente.

10/06/2025: Fuimos con mi familia (4 personas) a los 16. 00 (por lo que el lugar estaba medio vacío) y quería pedir 3 platos y 4 bebidas (3 de ellos cócteles). La respuesta del personal fue que deberíamos pedir al menos 4 para poder ser atendidos. Les dije que el lugar está vacío y las bebidas cuestan más que el plato extra que están pidiendo, pero dijeron simplemente que no, así que nos fuimos y fuimos a otro lugar. Esta es la estupidez de una política y una vergüenza de hospitalidad. . . . no vayas, no te merecen!

05/08/2025: Had one of the worst meals here. An absolute tourist trap with mediocre food. The zucchiniflower was overly battered, ok in taste. My pasta was on the al-dente side but somehow watery in taste. The service was ok, but somehow intrusive and did not make you feel like a guest, but like a product. Italian restaurants have usually a great value to money ratio, this place does not offer this. We paid more than 130 euro for one starter, and two main dishes (incl. one glass of red wine and some water). I will never come back.... although the view is nice...but do yourself a favor, buy some local wine and just park next to it on the hill and enjoy the view.

19/08/2025: The employees were incredibly unfriendly! They simply left my wife standing there once. Another time, they simply refused to bring her an Aperol elixir. The short, blonde woman also gave my wife a really mean, disparaging look several times. We felt very uncomfortable. This is not a place for people of color or black people. My wife is Black, so everything was very obvious. Avoid this place!

19/07/2025: L'accueil est gentil mais ni le lieu ni les plats ne méritent vraiment le déplacement. Des pizzas et quelques plats sans grande saveur sur une terrasse sans vue sur le lac. Grande déception compte tenu des avis.

06/06/2025: Sono stata qui a cena per un compleanno. Il locale è molto bello e curato, immerso nel verde e circondato da piscine. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, prodotti freschi e piatti curati e saporiti. Buon servizio. Unica pecca: porzioni un po’ risicate e prezzi un po’ altini (per essere fuori Milano).

19/05/2025: Il posto è bello e suggestivo, anche se, il navigatore, ti porta all’ingresso del centro sportivo…e dalla strada non è tanto semplice e intuito raggiungerlo, per chi non lo conosce. Giornata di menù fisso per comunioni e compleanni. Decidiamo di non optare per il menù fisso perché è disponibile un menu alla carta…! Per quanto sia bello e suggestivo, il servizio lascia molto a desiderare. Da quando ci siamo seduti a quando ci hanno preso l’ordine sono passati più di 30 minuti, nonostante avessimo deciso da un po’ e segnalato ai camerieri che fossimo pronti. I camerieri, tanti e confusionari. Chi ti dava del tu, chi del lei, chi del voi. Finalmente arriva il ragazzo a prendere l’ordine …scazzato e svogliato, non ci dà alcun tipo di consiglio. Si capiva che fosse infastidito del fatto che non avessimo optato per il menù fisso ma, non è colpa nostra sé viene data la possibilità di scegliere alla carta. Ci chiede che vino volessimo ma, la carta dei vini non c’era stata consegnata con il menù. Finalmente ordiniamo. Da quando ha preso l’ordine all’arrivo dell’ antipasto passano 40 minuti circa. Un altra mezz’ora abbondante perché arrivino i primi che vengono portati separatamente. Prima le sei pasta e vongole, poi chiediamo degli altri due, pacchero e carbonara, che arrivano separatamente anche quelli, prima il pacchero e poi la carbonara. È bello mangiare tutti insieme non separatamente …! Altri venti minuti per tre fritture. Offri la possibilità, oltre al menù fisso, un menu alla carta? La cucina deve essere organizzata con una linea per il menù fisso e una linea per i menu alla carta. Se poi l’organizzazione manca non è colpa del cliente, a cui viene data la possibilità di scegliere un menù alla carta. Dalle 13:30 che ci siamo seduti, ci siamo alzati alle 17:30 circa…non è poca l’attesa. Non so a quanto sia ammontato il conto, perché eravamo ospiti, in ogni caso, non sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. Do un buono come valutazione perché la location è molto bella. Il servizio merita un due, capisco la giornata ma, troppo lenti e confusionari. Il cibo è buono. Mi spiace dirlo perché il potenziale c’è ma, non ci ritornerei.
