27/04/2025: Siamo stati con la famiglia, locale in centro paese, in una via secondaria, 2 minuti dal lago. Molto bello, elegante, pulito. Personale molto gentile e cortese, servizio ottimo per modi e tempi. Abbiamo mangiato sia la pizza che alla carta che propone ottimi piatti dagli antipasti ai dolci (soprattutto pesce). Idem la cata dei vini (un pochino cara). Prezzi dei piatti e pizze assolutamente in linea per qualità ed anche la quantità è corretta. Anche per i celiaci la giusta attenzione (ovviamente dichiararlo prima dell'ordine). Da tornare e consigliare

11/05/2025: I don't usually give reviews but I went to this place and spent 100 euros with two starters, a first course and two coffees with a bottle of wine (also normal); I think the prices are out of proportion if we then add that my only dish besides the starter, spaghetti with clams (certainly not real), was salty and therefore not eaten at 25 euros... I was offered a replacement but after about two hours (slow service in my opinion), I no longer wanted to wait, I would have expected at the checkout at least a discount which was given to me, but usually 4 euros, without me asking for anything. well what can I say? The moral is: two appetizers with a bottle of Malvasia and two coffees €100 In a location which is in fact a renovated warehouse so everything is absolutely out of proportion, a positive note, I would say the only one is the staff, very friendly and prepared in managing the diner, good, I would leave the rest alone, there is much, much better in our city...it's a shame it could have been a new location to frequent considering the passion for good food. For the Chef, the dishes must be tried before bringing them out, you should know otherwise poor figures as in this case. Good work

29/05/2025: El restaurante se encuentra dentro del hotel número uno en Bormio. El ambiente es cálido, cómodo y amable. El personal de espera es excepcional y anticipa su próxima necesidad con una previsión y eficiencia maravillosas. La tarifa es variada , deliciosas opciones locales casadas con una buena selección en la carta de vinos y bebidas. Las mejores calificaciones a un restaurante de hotel de muy alto nivel.

07/03/2025: Una perla nel centro di Bormio, un ristorante stupendo. Abbiamo cenato con piatti tipici e rivisitati squisiti, buffet di dolci buonissimi a completare il tutto. Personale eccezionale in un clima molto accogliente e familiare. Complimenti a tutto lo staff, vivamente consigliato a chiunque!

12/05/2025: Una scoperta fantastica!! Ci siamo recati per una cena in questo agriturismo e wow! Partendo dal luogo in sé che è veramente splendido, un gioiello incastonato nella Valtellina, super curato e pulito! Il personale è gentilissimo e il cibo è una squisitezza! Hanno un menù che propone pietanze tipiche eseguite magistralmente con un rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile!! Per 2 primi, una bottiglia piccola di vino, 2 sorbetti e acqua 54 euro. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo!!

11/05/2025: DA EVITARE. Già alla prenotazione ti impongono tavoli max 7 px, titolare antipaticissimo si sente super e il suo agriturismo il top. Accoglienza quasi nulla, servizio pessimo nonostante i pochi tavoli occupati, unica persona del locale cordiale la cameriera. antipasto per ul canevet che a loro dire è per 2 persono e anche più: 2 pezzettini di casera fresco, 2 pezzettini di formaggio di capra, 2 di bitto una ciotolina di insalata e 3 pezzetti di salumi, bresaola, cacciatorini, slinzega e 6 palline di sciat. il formaggio di capra tutto sembrava ma non fatto con latte di capra per non parlare del bitto. primi piatti, udite udite cappellacci tricolare, a questo punto uno si aspetta 3/4 grandi tortellini cosa arrivano? 12 minuscoli tortellini o come li chiamano in emilia appunto cappellini....e non vado oltre. Non ho trovato un ambiente socievole caloroso e sopratutto prodotti del territorio, una vera delusione e ciliegina sulla torta, non han chiesto nemmeno se volevamo un amaro. fuori al locale nonostante la bella giornata non c'era possibilità di sedersi, trattenersi e gustare l'aria buona e il panorama della vallata, insomma un agriturismo dove la gestione è pessima ma non offre nulla dopo il pranzo. MAI PIU'

25/02/2025: One of the best hotels ever! There are many things to say but one prevails over all, the owner Mr. Fioroni. A man who will make your stay unforgettable. An artist, musician, writer, an invaluable figure, historical memory of the delightful village and in short a friend of every customer. A unique, incomparable experience, which will make you discover the true Italian culture, made of stories, music and good food. The historic place is well enhanced by the small square and the view overlooking the lake. A few meters away every service and honest prices.

02/11/2024: Luogo fantastico che unisce l’ottima cucina del ristorante alla possibilità di visitare una delle ville storiche più prestigiose del Nord Italia. Vista sul lago mozzafiato, percorso nel parco attraverso fontane e cascate, unite alla comodità del parcheggio riservato e alla gentilezza del personale. Davvero un’oasi felice che permette di estraniarsi per qualche ora dalla realtà

20/10/2024: Comida: estupenda Servicio: genial Ambiente: increíble El mayor problema era que la factura era 250 euros más de lo que comíamos. Eran 750 euros pero tenían que ser 500 y dijeron que cometieron un error y lo cambiaron. Pero el problema era que no había ningún precio de la comida en el menú! ¡Así que simplemente decides comer sin ver los precios! Entonces, ¿qué pasa si mi esposo no revisa la factura? Aparte de esto todo era perfecto.

04/06/2025: Nothing beats dining al fresco in Italy. The food is good and the service amazing. The only suggestion is if ordering steak don't expect it to be cooked like in the USA, make sure to specify how you want it. The limoncello and biscotti at the end are a nice touch. We ordered the Shrimp risotto that was amazing and the ribeye that i asked for medium and they brought me black and blue, I do not recommend this dish. The prices are very reasonable.

03/06/2025: As shown in the picture, my partner and I dined at the restaurant on 26 May 2025. The early experience of sitting and ordering food was good, including the delicious food. But something very unpleasant happened when we checked out: we only ordered a can of Coke and a cup of cappuccino, but the bill charged us two cans of Coke and two cups of cappuccino. The bill was not shown to us before the checkout, but after the payment. We asked the boss why we were charged twice for drinks, but the boss didn't seem to understand English and didn't understand the words we pointed at the bill, and just ignored our doubts. Then the communication with the waiter was effective, and the waiter also tried to communicate with the boss, but it was ineffective. This boss seemed to be only willing to communicate with men, and seemed unwilling to communicate with me directly because I was a woman and an Asian face 😄 It was a very uncomfortable experience. In the end, we got a refund of 7.5 euros (handed to us by the waiter) This is really a very bad experience for an Asian woman.

12/05/2025: Purtroppo un’esperienza deludente. Il servizio è stato estremamente lento e praticamente inesistente: abbiamo aspettato più di 30 minuti solo per ordinare, e il personale sembrava completamente disinteressato alla presenza dei clienti. Nessuno si è preoccupato di chiedere se avevamo bisogno di qualcosa o di scusarsi per l’attesa. Ho chiesto una birra che non è mai arrivata, dopo aver finito la pizza nessuno ha chiesto se volevamo altro, quindi ci siamo alzati senza poter ordinare nè dolce nè caffè. Alla cassa abbiamo provato a segnalare il problema, ma siamo stati completamente ignorati, come se il disagio fosse normale amministrazione. Un’atmosfera di totale disorganizzazione e mancanza di professionalità. Sicuramente non torneremo.
