13/07/2025: Good appetizers, decent first course, poor second course. For dessert, I had a tiramisu that tasted like it was made with stale ladyfingers. The interior is very elegant, but I wouldn't recommend the exterior because it's on the street, so you're surrounded by the hustle and bustle of scooters. The slow service and the difficulty in parking further lower my review. Finally, the prices are very high for the quality of the food. There are definitely better places in the area.

22/06/2025: Amazing experience!! The place is really nice and well organized. Food and service is so perfect honestly. We had a mix of antipasti and everything was so fresh and good, we also had frittura di pesce that’s like fried fish, I really recommend to get this one. Super positive experience! Really recommend to go once :)

09/06/2025: Amazing food and staff. We took the chefs menu and were blown away. The best meal of the whole trip. Would be cheaper if we hadn’t taken the whole menu, but the amazing food is really worth it. Also amazing staff, everyone was so kind.

30/05/2025: This restaurant is truly delightful. The location offers a beautiful view and gives the impression of being in a completely different place, far from the bustling center of Milan. The service was exceptional, with very polite waiters and staff. The food was absolutely fantastic. If I had to suggest something for improvement, it would be the waiting times—not necessarily to shorten them, but to break them up. Overall, great job!

25/07/2025: Four Seasons Pizza; overcooked and the dough was rubbery. It wasn't a good pizza. Caprese: flavorless tomato sauce and the mozzarella, which on the English menu is translated as "burrata," was just any old packet mozzarella, not at all good. Risotto: microwave-hot. Nothing special. Service: We waited just long enough, and they were already well into service with everyone served. The climax came when I asked for a glass of tap water for the little girl and they replied, "By law, we can't give her that because she might get sick from the tap water..." A disgrace. A slap in the face to kindness and ecology.

17/07/2025: La comida estaba bien, pero el personal no era amable en absoluto. No es un buen ambiente en el lugar y se sentía muy desagradable. El filete estaba cargado por el peso y el solomillo tenía un hueso masivo en él, así que yo diría que pagó mucho más de lo que debería haber pagado. El cuchillo estaba afilado así que luchó para cortar el filete. Nadie preguntó cómo estaba la comida, ya que no parecían interesados. ¡No volverás!

17/07/2025: Hotel stop for a motorcycle pleasure trip. Excellent location, compliments to the restaurant, we ate well and spent a fair amount. Kudos to the organization. I recommend anyone passing through the area to consider it. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

13/07/2025: Excellent location, a couple of minutes from the toll booth. A modern building with ample free outdoor parking monitored by reception (plus paid underground parking). The rooms are very clean and large, equipped with every comfort, very comfortable bathrooms, and balconies. The soundproofing and lighting are more than satisfactory. The beds are quite comfortable, and the air conditioning is adequate. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is good and varied. There is a good bar with excellent coffee. The only downside is the on-site restaurant, which didn't live up to the rest of the property. Its cuisine is very rustic, with questionable quality dishes, and the service is inconsistent. It's a shame, because everything else is well above the advertised three stars.

22/06/2025: Fish was not fresh. Got food poisoning. UPDATE: The owner contacted be, offered apology and reimbursed the cost of dinner. I updated the Service and the atmosphere score.

14/06/2025: Very well made dishes but a bit expensive compared to the service. The lunch menu is also interesting.

26/07/2025: I was in the gardens as a tourist. Very beautiful, but keep in mind the number of tourists in season. Minus a star for the queue in front of the gates in the heat (we were there on Wednesday)

20/07/2025: Hotel Villa Cipressi is centrally located besides Lake Como and the rooms are clean. But that’s where the positives end! The front desk service during the daytime was unacceptable. The woman at reception displayed overtly discriminatory behavior, treating me—a paying Indian guest—with a condescending attitude, in stark contrast to how she interacted with others. Her tone was patronizing, her demeanour dismissive, and her conduct entirely unprofessional. She seemed to forget that basic respect is a cornerstone of hospitality. To add to the disappointment, the breakfast was average and uninspired—not remotely in line with what one expects from a four-star property. When a hotel trades charm for bias and warmth for apathy, it fails at its most fundamental purpose. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone expecting respect and equitable treatment.

14/06/2025: If I ever return to Cremona I would come back here to eat, or rather to taste. Perfect atmosphere, table service like no longer used elsewhere. For my tastes I would prefer a little less butter. Superfluous to talk about the dishes, all prepared with mastery. All this has a cost and, consequently...that's okay.

26/05/2025: We booked and we specifically asked for a table outside. The person on the phone told me the weather won't be perfect, but they assured me they will serve us outside. When we arrived, the restaurant was empty, and we said we booked a table outside. They told us they won't be serving us outside (same person I spoke to on the phone), and when I said I was told over the phone they would, he shrugged his shoulders, defiantly smiled and asked if I want to cancel my reservation. I left and won't be trying to come back, this was one of the worst experiences I had in a restaurant. -------------- Update, since the restaurant replied to my original review: I find these comments to be quite surprising since we were not even customers. We attempted to be, but were refused service on the terrace. For avoidance of doubt, the climate was so "merciless" that we were easily able to find a terrace that was more than happy to serve us dinner outside. Given that there are much friendlier options available in town, places that actually care about customers and creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere, I'd recommend seeking them out rather than eating here.

26/06/2025: Typical family-run restaurant, discreet, courteous and never intrusive staff, you find yourself in a friendly environment as you would no longer expect to find it given the times we live in. Excellent choice of appetizers, superlative first courses, a risotto with porcini mushrooms followed by a very tasty sliced ​​beef always with porcini mushrooms. Definitely one of the places that remain in the memory and that I will definitely return to visit. Thanks for the lovely evening

26/06/2025: Not recommended for lunch. I didn't try it for dinner, but given the lunch, we won't try it. (We had lunch at this restaurant, being in Saronno for work, on Wednesday, June 18th)
