Spectacular shop, well-stocked with select and unique products. Prices are a bit high, but worth it for products you can't find anywhere else. Plus, they have a good selection of loose items, something we'd love to see more of. Well done!

NaturaSi has been a customer of some of their stores for years. The quality is excellent, both for fresh and packaged products. With my review, I want to compliment their customer service, which was very kind and helpful with every call and email I made, especially when shopping online.

"A very well-stocked store, competitive prices for the organic section, and an excellent bar and restaurant. I've almost always found the staff to be friendly and professional. Unfortunately, today I had an unpleasant experience with a young cashier who, after a misunderstanding about the payment method, made personal and offensive comments about my manners. I consider this behavior towards a customer unacceptable. I've reported the incident to management and hope it was an isolated incident.

This NaturaSì store, I presume, is the largest and most well-stocked. It's nothing like the other stores, which are almost all small and stock only a few products. There's also a wide selection of fruits and vegetables, just like in traditional supermarkets. The supermarket has spacious aisles, is bright, and clean. There's also a restaurant and bar with an outdoor seating area. Friendly checkout staff. Convenient adjacent parking.

01/05/2026: If you want to enjoy perfect food, you should definitely make time for this restaurant. The steak tartare was superb, and the pasta was without a doubt the best in Milan. Make the effort and be sure to visit this place.
