09/11/2025: My daughter and I went to this restaurant today for lunch. I can say that 5 stars are not enough. I would have given 10 ⭐ with honors: very professional staff, attentive to customer care, compliments also in the care taken to propose the specialties recommended by the Chef, which I then chose to take and which did not disappoint my expectations, everything delicious and perfect!!

06/11/2025: Good food, everyone was welcoming. The only downside is that they should have at least two types of long pasta. (I hope so in the future.) I recommend it.

10/11/2025: Hands down, my favorite restaurant in Rome. Been coming here for 15 years! I highly recommend having dinner here. Staff is super friendly and needless to say how delicious the food is.

10/11/2025: Everything was perfect. We came in for lunch at 13:00. The food was fantastic and the waiters brought the food.

13/11/2025: It was delicious. The vegetable soup was excellent. The Milanese cutlet was lean yet tender, a must-try. The amatriciana also had an outstanding tomato flavor. The portion sizes are perfect for Japanese palate, so ordering wasn't a struggle. And what's more, this restaurant, so close to Termini Station, is so delicious yet so affordable! We had house wine and a full à la carte meal for two for just over 40 euros. You won't find that anywhere else. Thank you. I'll be back. (PS) My wife really wanted to try Santi's vegetable soup again before we returned home, so we had lunch there again the next day. The daughter recognized us and welcomed us warmly. The lunch menu was 15 euros, and it even came with homemade desserts. This was also excellent. 150% satisfaction. (By the way, I was surprised to find that a Big Mac set costs 15 euros in Italy.) Not only is the food incredibly delicious, but the atmosphere is also incredibly friendly. Next time I'm in Rome, I'll be going to Santi for every meal!

07/11/2025: We come here every time we're in Rome. Always delicious food and friendly service. The bruschetta and pollo alla romana are highly recommended. But everything we've had here has been good.

06/11/2025: We visited on our first day and returned every day after. The staff are excellent and could not be more helpful. The food was classic Italian and of excellent quality. The Carbonara was a favourite as was the Bruccetta

Ai tavoli verrete assistiti da Andrea, un cameriere di rara professionalità e gentilezza. Con un sorriso sincero e una grande attenzione al cliente, è riuscito a rendere il nostro momento al tavolo ancora più piacevole. È raro trovare qualcuno così appassionato del proprio lavoro e capace di coniugare efficienza e calore umano. Il menù è vario e ben pensato, con proposte che uniscono tradizione e creatività. Ottimi anche i caffè e i dolci, perfetti per una pausa golosa. Fermento è sicuramente un posto in cui tornare. Consigliatissimo – e chiedete di Andrea!

06/07/2025: Comida fantástica, vino excelente, servicio atento, gran ambiente. Lo probé después de leer las otras críticas pero sin esperar mucho, el lugar es en realidad una joya inesperada. El camarero Andrea, muy amable y profesional, nos hizo sentir inmediatamente bienvenidos y a gusto. Seguimos sus sugerencias para la cena y disfrutamos de cada plato (desde una deliciosa burrata con aceitunas alici y tomates secos, unos tagliolini alle vongole maravillosamente sedosos y unos fettuccine al ragù di manzo tradicionalmente ricos) acompañados de un vino blanco delicado pero multidimensional. Delicioso tiramisú para cerrar una cena perfecta y de lo más agradable. Gracias, definitivamente volveremos.

12/11/2025: I hosted my graduation party here with almost 40 people, and everything was perfect, from the food to the atmosphere and the lovely ladies who accommodated every request. I highly recommend it for both special occasions and a quick stopover!

23/11/2025: The food was too spicy and not very tasty, the bread was industrial sliced ​​bread, there were few tables and it felt cramped, and there were pigeons as a nuisance...it's a shame because the location in the park was perfect!

14/11/2025: Visited at 12:30 noon time. Initial plan was getting coffee with something quick to eat. But I saw that tables are ready for lunch so I diverted to lunch. I counted, the operational area outside has about 20+ tables for two (40 people outside) and some 7 inside (15 people). So top capacity at the time was 55 people. Only one waitress. And she isn’t the one curated to work efficiently. Just wandering around randomly and reacting, instead of acting first and being on top of things. I even offered picking up some plates (like cheesecake I later ordered) directly from the counter to overcome the sluggish service. Answer was no. Food quality is worse than expected for such a place. Coffee to go maybe, but I would never come to this pace for more than that. Having said this, I would convert this place to a beauty. Pity, such nice places are managed by incapable people.

24/09/2025: I went to dinner with some colleagues and we had a truly enjoyable evening. The restaurant is elegant, well-attended, and yet welcoming, with an atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The meat deserves special mention: superior-quality Fassona beef, with various cuts available, perfectly cooked, and exceptional flavor. Each of us chose a different dish, and we were all impressed by the quality and care taken in its preparation. The portions were generous, and the quality of the ingredients was evident from the first bite. The other dishes—from appetizers to side dishes—were also well-crafted, but it's the meat that truly shines. The wine list is also excellent, completing a high-quality experience without ever being pretentious. I didn't take any photos to attach: the elegance of the setting and the attentive service made me feel that it would have been almost inappropriate to interrupt dinner with my phone in hand. Sometimes it's better to enjoy the moment with colleagues and let it remain etched in memories rather than pictures. A restaurant I recommend without hesitation and will definitely return to: quality, professionalism, and taste at the highest levels.

09/09/2025: Visited on our first night in Rome. Was surprised it was all seafood (no non-seafood options) but it worked out. Friendly staff and great food. Would recommend over the restaurant next door.

14/11/2025: A very pretty setting. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is closed outside of the summer season, however, you can definitely stop by for an ice cream on the terrace any time of year.

06/11/2025: The Manfredi Hotel is amazing!! We loved dining and staying at this hotel.. The views are stunning the service was great and the food was very good. It was our first time in Italy, I would definitely revisit Aroma Restaurant.

06/11/2025: Great food not an authentic Roman food experience if you want to really eat Rome you can do better and for a quarter of the price. This is the place you go to spend money just cause you can. And just cause you can doesn’t mean you should. Overpriced you’re paying for the view not the food you can do better.
