01/05/2026: A top location that we travel all the way to Sacile for. Once again, a truly wonderful culinary experience. The sea bass carp and the Dover sole with green asparagus were simply perfect on every level. This is what high-quality Italian cuisine should taste like. And top-notch service to boot. What more could you ask for? We're already looking forward to our next visit.

21/05/2026: A small, charming trattoria/pizzeria in the center of Udine. The food was very good! Only the "roast beef al inghilterra" was surprisingly cold (as a second course, I had expected something warm!). The meat was very good, just a bit dry, as it was served only with arugula and Grana Padano. Perhaps a rémoulade sauce would have helped! Otherwise, good value for money. We each had an antipasto, a second course, and a dessert (very good!), along with a glass of sparkling wine in a carafe (also very good – no headache the next day!). At the end, we were treated to a glass of limoncello, a very nice gesture from the restaurant! Very nice courtyard! And a large, impressive selection of dry-aged beef in a large refrigerator.

17/05/2026: A lovely place in the center of Udine. Excellent pizza, light and easy to digest. Lactose-free options are available (soft mozzarella and even dessert, which I was pleasantly surprised by, given how difficult it is to find a restaurant with soft desserts). Extremely friendly and welcoming staff; special mention goes to Donatella's kindness and lovely smile. Highly recommended.

10/05/2026: The food was absolutely fantastic and hot... just freshly cooked. The 4 star instead of 5 was because they served nothing other than beer. We usually have wine with our dinner. It was too late to go anywhere else. It was clean and the servers were friendly.

23/04/2026: The sandwiches are very good, but I'm writing this review primarily for the staff, because, having been there a few times over the course of several months, I've always found them kind and helpful. As someone in the industry and having lived in Trieste for over a decade, I can say these are qualities that are hard to find in this place. I come in for a sandwich and always leave feeling a little happier than when I went in. Thanks guys :)

It was an incident that significantly affected the overall experience and, honestly, made me consider getting up and leaving. As for the food, the scallops still contained sand and would have benefited from greater care in their preparation. The baby octopus dish was also disappointing: the flavor was excessively acidic and poorly balanced. It’s a shame, because with more consistent service and greater attention to the dishes, the overall impression would have been very different. A mixed experience. 04/06/2026: Very good pizza, shame they serve water in plastic bottles like at kebab shops, homemade dessert is not up to par at all €7 for a small portion of mille-feuille, cream tastes like nothing, avoid

03/06/2026: The pizzas are fantastic. And the variety of options is gourmet. The restaurant menu is also very good. Outdoor seating is available in the summer. Highly recommended.

20/04/2026: The place is nicer inside than outside, with a lovely dining room. Service is quick and friendly. The quality, quantity, and price are very good. Expect home-made flavors and tastes; it's truly home-cooked. I recommend the potato gnocchi (just like your mom or grandma made them). We'll be back!

09/06/2026: It's a really nice place. Excellent food and top-notch service. Eugenio and Luca make you feel at home and always welcome. Reservations are recommended.

09/06/2026: They greeted us with a smile even though we didn't have a reservation on a rather crowded pre-holiday (and with our dog in tow). The catch of the day and the appetizers were excellent, the service was very attentive, the atmosphere outside was lovely (but the interior was also very nice for the winter), and the price was in line with the quality and location. We would return.

11/06/2026: The best restaurant in Lignano Sabbiadoro, with specials every evening, cooked with top-quality ingredients. Friendly and attentive staff, I highly recommend trying Baby Ristorolino Pizzeria in Lignano Sabbiadoro on Viale Venezia; it will become your go-to place! Well done!
