05/02/2026: We went for dinner. The food was all very good, no complaints there. The fried food was perhaps a little large for such a portion, but still good. The service was also excellent. The atmosphere is very nice, but a bit noisy. There was a birthday party that evening, but the place is a bit small (I recommend making a reservation) and it wouldn't be quiet even without groups. Otherwise, highly recommended.

10/02/2026: This hilltop osteria offers a beautiful view! A warm, rustic, country atmosphere, and authentic, typical Romagna food, well-cooked and tasty. Ask the owner, a very friendly and kind man, for advice on your menu!

06/02/2026: Huge disappointment. I've known Romani all my life and have always been served at his delicatessens for their excellent products, service, and friendliness, but this little restaurant just doesn't cut it. We arrived around 2:00 PM and there were only two tables full; the rest of the place was empty. We ordered a portion of fried polenta (a few cubes, not very crunchy, but nothing special), a portion of eggplant parmigiana (a small terrine that was an appetizer and not a main course like the menu offered, and nothing special either), a small pumpkin tart (5 cm in diameter, tasteless), a portion of Roman cabbage and broccoli (also a very small portion, boiled and lightly sautéed), a small tiramisu, and two glasses of Lambrusco. Total: €56. But beyond the absurd price, the barely adequate food, the truly disgraceful service. We waited 20 minutes for the small basket of polenta, then another 40 minutes for the rest. And there were only three of us in the whole place (there were two of us and three of the others). We came in at around 2 PM and left at 3:20 PM because they turned off the lights; they didn't even come to tell us in person that the place was closing. In Parma, they say: "ciapa cojo'." A truly huge disappointment. It's a shame because the location is nice and intimate. We won't be back.

17/01/2026: We're greeted with a "It's not like there are any Juventus fans or anything like that at the table, is it?! I'm fine with the joke, but they want to be an exclusive, high-class restaurant, sponsoring Modena football club, etc., so I expect more serious service. That said, I ate a €50 fish menu. I've never had such a bad meal, not even in a cafeteria in an industrial area. Flavorless fish, smelly mussels, no decent dishes, not even the fried food. Never again, a disappointment.

Fresh and well-prepared seafood cuisine, dishes with balanced flavors and carefully presented. The service is friendly, attentive, and professional, without being intrusive. An ideal place for both a romantic dinner and a relaxed lunch, where quality and simplicity meet. I will definitely be back. Recommended!

21/09/2025: We ordered spaghetti with clams (not real, but tasty), mixed grill (the best dish and a good value) with a side of roast potatoes, and two pizzas (average). One minus was the wait for the grilled food, which was a bit excessive. Another minus was the bench seating, which became uncomfortable after a long wait. Gianni's remains a must-visit for anyone passing by on Viale Dante.

26/01/2026: A place with a distinctive character, well-maintained and clean. The dishes are beautiful and inviting, with generous portions. They have plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, as well as omnivorous options. We had a wonderful meal, and I'd happily return and recommend it. The staff are friendly and the service is good.

07/03/2026: I'm assuming that if it were up to me, I'd never put Pride in any restaurant that offers shift service. I don't like eating by the clock. That said, the pizza dough wasn't cooked through. Table service was quick, but only to the bare minimum.

19/10/2025: The ravioli with meat sauce were delicious, and the other first courses were also excellent. The service was friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

21/09/2025: I have to be honest, I expected something more from a restaurant that is located so perched. The food wasn't bad, but it could be better. The tagliatelle with mud was too dry, rolling them with a fork made them move, they were all one piece, but because the sauce was missing a little oil, they were dry. The pappardelle with wild boar was nice, the pasta but the flavor was much too soft, almost to the point of not even seeming like wild boar. What left us very surprised were the two portions of fried mushrooms, they seemed like a single portion, but just a little too few for a 26 euro dish, that is, two portions of 13 euros each. For the rest, a nice place and friendly service.

We've been eating here for years and it's always been the same; I can't find a single flaw! I highly recommend it, and be sure to book...you'll definitely be back!

23/02/2026: I ordered two takeout pizzas on Saturday evening. I completely understand that weekends are a busy time, but that doesn't excuse the fact that the pizzas arrived completely cold. The box wasn't even warm, a clear sign that the pizza had been ready for quite some time before delivery, despite the delivery driver being in the car when it arrived. Furthermore, the amount of potatoes and sausage on the pizza was truly embarrassing, especially considering I paid €12 for it.
