However, the absolute highlight is the dessert: the chocolate mousse with apple sorbet. This combination is undoubtedly one of the best desserts you can find in Rimini. We tried the €50 per couple menu. I have to say, everything was truly excellent, both in terms of quantity and the quality and freshness of the fish.
The service and staff were excellent.
Congratulations.
09/03/2026: The appetizer was cold and overpriced for the small portions. The tagliolini had little fish and tiny shells. The place was very chaotic and noisy, poorly soundproofed, and resembled a club. I waited a quarter of an hour at the cash register to pay. In conclusion, the food was poor and not particularly good for the price.
Too bad, I'd heard good things about it.

We visited here last Saturday during a trip to Bologna for a national competition. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great attention and care, escorted to an elegant and well-appointed private room.
The food selection lived up to expectations. As chef, I chose local dishes and was completely satisfied: excellent culatello and beef tartare, prepared with precision and respect for the raw materials.
The staff stands out for their knowledge, courtesy, and professionalism. The owner, in particular, was extremely elegant and attentive to his customers.
This will undoubtedly become a go-to place every time we return to Bologna.
12/04/2026: Today my husband and I had lunch at this lovely restaurant.
We'd heard about it for a long time, and thanks to a Sky voucher, we went to explore.
We were offered two glasses of wine and a good platter of cured meats and cheeses (just as expected), then we chose two Bolognese cutlets, accompanied by potatoes and friggione. To finish, we chose fruit sorbets and an apple tart.
Everything was excellent, in a refined and welcoming atmosphere with extremely kind staff, ready to meet any needs. The professionalism of everyone was so high that it was completely transformed, and I felt like I was having lunch at my grandmother's house rather than at a restaurant.
We'll definitely be back.

11/04/2026: The experience at this restaurant was rather mixed. To begin with, the atmosphere is quite noisy, which can make it less enjoyable if you're looking for a quiet setting. The waiter was rather cold and direct in his manner of speaking, which didn't exactly put you at ease. However, when it came time to pay, the welcome was more neutral and polite, with the standard question asking if everything was alright.
As for the food, it was truly excellent. The dishes were flavorful and we thoroughly enjoyed them, which partially made up for the rest of the experience.
In short, a restaurant worth visiting for the quality of its cuisine, but where the service and atmosphere could be improved.

It's a shame. The service is terrible, very slow and unorganized. We arrived at 9:15 PM, but after several requests, we finally had dinner at 11 PM. It's a shame because the fish is very good, but you can't be served so badly after so much time.
08/04/2026: Everything was terrible except for the staff, who unfortunately had to put up with the owner.
4 hours to eat, not to mention anything else...
Respect for customers doesn't even exist...
Money wasted! I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
