17/08/2025: I've never smelled such a stench in a bathroom; not even the bathrooms at train stations are this dirty. We all went in with disgusted faces. My son didn't even want to go in. Not to mention the lady at the cash register, who was almost doing us a favor by serving us. Then she arrives, the "cleaning" lady, who insists on washing while we're all in the bar, complaining about us walking around. Maybe we should have waited outside for her to dry. Disgusting!

04/02/2025: A fascinating location, I have been entrusting the realization of every ceremony to the magnificent staff of Villa Bianca for years. The food, service and environment are of the highest quality. Thanks to Gianni who professionally manages to advise the client in the difficult choice of the ceremony.

17/06/2025: Even though it was mobbed by participants at the vintage car rally, it held up well to the impact, knowing how to handle the lack of yeast, promptly replaced by excellent tarts and donuts. Congratulations.

02/03/2025: Excellent restaurant, always a guarantee! My family and I have been frequenting Vista Lago for a long time and have always had a great time. The restaurant is welcoming and clean, with a beautiful location overlooking the lake, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The food is excellent, prepared with fresh ingredients and with attention to detail. The service is always excellent: the staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive. We have also organized several family celebrations, and each time they have reserved a room just for us, making us feel comfortable and welcomed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place to eat well and relax in a comfortable environment!

03/08/2025: The burger was warm and presented beautifully. There were no issues with the taste. However, I would say there were issues with management. The interior was poorly cleaned. The tables and chairs were dirty. This seems to be caused by customers not cleaning up after themselves. It was also so hot inside that when I went outside, I saw customers smoking, which was very uncomfortable. It was disappointing that the restaurant was operating without any basic standards in mind.

26/07/2025: One of the worst sushi restaurants, rude staff, dishes arrive late even when the place isn't busy, and there's a maximum order for each dish. So why is it all-you-can-eat if you can't reorder after one portion of raw fish each? I also wanted to add that it's very hot inside and there's no air conditioning. DO NOT COME

18/07/2025: The atmosphere is dimly lit. I made the reservation over the phone, and they didn't even ask my name. When we arrived, they gave us a table. The placemats were frayed at the edges. We ordered water, and it arrived immediately. The first order arrived 40 minutes later. There were no more than 25 customers. After 40 minutes, we noticed the portions were quite small, so we proceeded to order more dishes. The fact remains that, having reached the minimum satiety limit by 12:50, we left at 2:35. Unfortunately, I hate to give this rating to people who work there, but it seems poorly organized. The staff is fast, but poorly managed. I sensed the guy who had lost his temper with the papers was completely lost. Poor things, everyone apologized every time a dish arrived. I'm not sure what the problem was, but if there were 50 of us, what would have happened???

22/06/2025: I give one!!! We paid 20 d’oro for sunbeds, and for a shower you have to pay an additional 50 cents!! Total exploitation!! What's more, we ordered a table for 14:30, we arrived at 14:20, which turned out that we had to wait another 0.5 h, where then we went to the lady who took the order and stated that she had forgotten about us, that's why the service was poor!!!

08/03/2025: Bad experience with two coffees that tasted burnt, when I asked for 2 glasses of water in the final bill I was charged 1.20 I asked the cashier for explanations and she told me that it was the cost of the glass of water, honestly I have frequented many bars but something like this had never happened to me, and the second time at 7pm I went for a coffee and the barista told me that they had already washed the car an hour before closing which was at 8pm. I didn't like it at all on both occasions

19/07/2025: I'd like to point out that this pastry shop is known as a "historic pastry shop" in Roseto degli Abruzzi. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of terrifying. Request: a millefeuille with Chantilly cream WITHOUT ANY DECORATION for a grown man's birthday. Result: an overly decorated cake. Filled with cream instead of Chantilly cream. Sorry, but a millefeuille is something else entirely. What leaves one perplexed and dismayed is the lack of understanding and/or disregard for a clear and simple order. I suggest potential customers think carefully before taking the risk. Or at least, specify their desired order repeatedly to avoid unpleasant surprises. As for the "free" courtesy sweets... it's best to keep quiet.

04/07/2025: Given that we have already used this structure years ago as a base to then continue the trip, this year we changed because the last time we did not like the room, it would need more maintenance. As for the restaurant we have always had a good time, this year we returned for dinner, really disappointed, spaghetti allo scoglio that were swimming in oil and inedible mixed fry, a cold appetizer incomplete compared to what was written on the menu, annoyed staff and not very attentive to the customer, never to see each other again.

24/06/2025: Tourists, avoid this restaurant. My wife asked if she could order a menu and share it with our 6 yo son. They said yes. We ordered a menu and a secondo, we ended up paying three plates. We asked for explanations, they said 3 people is 3 portions. After a heated debate on the word ”menu”, a guy who seemed to be the owner ordered them to pay me back the difference ”to get me out of there”. They gave me half the difference. Well done, Boston, you won 5 euros! Is it worth a one-star review? ”Don't go to the restaurant if you cannot afford to pay" were the owner's last words. So, dear tourists, don't go to this restaurant if you cannot stand a rude condescending attitude. And in case they try to rip you off, don't raise your voice - you're supposed to politely let them rip you off.

05/08/2025: I'd like to start this review by saying that dining at the Casa Bianca Restaurant was an absolutely fantastic experience, one I'd definitely recommend, as it's very rare to find such professionalism and kindness. I arrived at 8:20 PM (the reservation was for 8:30 PM, second sitting). The table was already ready, and quite crowded inside the elegant dining room, as a few hours earlier a strong wind had been blowing, making it impossible to dine outside. When the weather improved, I asked if it was possible to dine outside on a beautiful seafront terrace, and without wasting any time, the waiters were very quick to accommodate my request. Other customers requested the same treatment, and they were all accommodated. This is absolutely commendable, as the restaurant was truly packed. To start, I ordered a pizza to share with my family. It was a fantastic seafood pizza. The quality of the tomato, mozzarella, and seafood was absolutely excellent. So much so that I wanted to compliment the waiter for what he had brought to my table. For our first course, we ordered magnificent spaghetti with clams, and this dish was also absolutely sublime. To finish, a classic mussel marinara, which arrived in a flash, considering the place was already sold out. The mussels were very good, and the puccetta was very tasty. Throughout the evening, I was served by incredibly kind and friendly waiters. As I left, I wanted to compliment the pizza chef, who I discovered was the owner of the place, a very down-to-earth person who was almost moved by my compliments. At the cashier, before paying, I was given a pro forma receipt to check my order and make sure everything was correct, after which I could pay the bill. I absolutely feel confident in recommending this restaurant to everyone. I will definitely return when I'm on the Riviera again, because it's very hard to find such wonderful people.
