Da Gilda In Teramo

We came on May 1st to enjoy the typical Teramo specialties, which are truly delicious. Even the fried appetizers are made with attention to flavor and quality. Soft and flavorful fried cheese, beautifully flavored meatballs, and a truly delicious Mazzarella sandwich. The staff is professional yet welcoming and attentive to the customer's needs.

Easter Lunch: The mazzarella, the holiday's key dish, listed as "deconstructed" on the menu, was actually an offal stew with a predominance of liver and lung, but without endive or intestines (see attached specifications for a deconstructed dish); the rest was unremarkable; the waiters were extremely kind and professional; the tables were only two-thirds full.
