She's smart, attentive, and knows when to stop by for advice and when to let you enjoy your table in peace. She remembers your tastes, has a quick joke, and manages the dining room with a natural ease that makes everything seem effortless. The combo is this: Bolla sets the scene, the drinks, and the food are top-notch. She puts her heart and soul into it and makes you feel like a guest, not a customer. The result? 09/05/2026: The staff were friendly and attentive. However, the food service was a disaster. Only one side dish arrived at first, and after asking several times, a main course finally came. The second course arrived as well, but we immediately sent it back because the meat was inedible. This is a real shame because the overall quality of the food was otherwise very good. But the whole experience was terrible. Very disappointing :-(
