16/11/2023: Went there last night to grab some sushi as we saw some nice reviews, however, our experience was far from nice when it came to Staff. When we entered, we were seated by a very lovely gentleman (who seemed like the only welcoming person in there), then we looked at the menu and when it was time to order, another man (with dark longer hair) came to get it and as soon as he understood that we do not talk Italian, it went downhill from there - he went away and came back with a notebook that he threw on our table, gave us pen and showed that we need to write down whatever we want to order. When I showed him what we wanted, he insisted that we write it down ourselves and to say that I was confused as to why he couldn't write numbers down himself is to say nothing. Of all the times I have traveled around Italy, this was the first time I felt so unwelcome - like an alien to be honest, I do understand that there is a language barrier, however, we didn't even ask anything about the food as we translated all ourselves and it was just to take the order where we pointed to the stuff. From there we felt quite unwelcome and judged every time the waiter passed and to me, this seems very rude to make your guests write down orders and to avoid any service as this place seemed to be indeed a restaurant quality - very disappointing night! Anyway - the food was ok - portions were small, but I do understand that they focus more on all-you-can-eat, and maybe that is why portions were not so big (even though we didn't take that option). The only thank you I want to say is to the lovely gentlemen with an earring that seated us down and was giving us a nice smile every time he passed by!
01/11/2023: Delirio all' ingresso nella gestione della fila, delirio al tavolo (dove ripetutamente ci veniva chiesto chi ci avesse fatto accomodare, nonostante fosse stata la prima cameriera a cui avevamo chiesto),
delirio nel servizio al tavolo, ad esempio, sono arrivati prima i secondi, poi i primi e poi gli antipasti, inoltre non c'è stato un solo cameriere che non ci "rimbalzasse" verso un altro, nonostante fossero loro a confondere i tavoli e a portare cose non ordinate. Delirio del proprietario che gira tra i tavoli con aria minacciosa e davvero poco cordiale.
Bagno impraticabile.
Per concludere, delirio dei piatti: scarsissima la qualità, assemblati come farebbe un bambino di 5 anni e la presentazione, invece, come fosse fatta da uno di 3. Per finire, delirio nel conto, decisamente non nella media degli altri ristoranti di pari grado
