19/06/2024: Given the reviews, I expected something more. Sandwich a little too small. Reviewable choice of bread. Too hard. Pulled pork a little dry. Even for chips you can do something better. On the other hand, the service is a super positive note. The waitress was very young, but uniquely kind.

20/07/2024: During a recent trip, I booked a room at a hotel that looked fantastic in the photos on Booking.com. However, upon arrival, I discovered the reality was far from what was advertised. The room was in poor condition and completely different from the images online. Disappointed, I immediately asked for a refund. The owner agreed without much fuss and even provided me with a receipt confirming the refund. Relieved, I left and found another hotel to stay in. A few days later, to my shock, I realized that the initial hotel had still charged me through Booking.com. Despite the owner's assurances and the receipt, it was clear that he had lied. 15/07/2024: We have now been to Residence Kiara for the 3rd time and we always enjoy it very much. Owner Luigi and the other staff do everything they can to make you happy. Breakfast is included and very extensive. A sun lounger, chair and parasol are included on the beach. The swimming pool is lovely and the apartments are fully equipped. For us there is no better place to enjoy a wonderful holiday!!

30/08/2024: Excellent place to taste typical cuisine or many local delicacies. Although always full with reservations, we managed to get a table quite easily. The only notes were on the one hand the visibly 3000 staff who did nothing but "execute" the orders and do it as quickly as possible, on the other hand the prices which however are higher than average. But we come back with pleasure from time to time.

29/08/2024: We arrived at the store in advance and waited. A service staff told us to wait at the door for a while and someone would come to receive us. We took our dog and waited at the door. When someone could serve us, someone cut in line and came in front of us. After reminding the service staff that we had arrived earlier, the service staff said that dogs are not allowed in the store and can only dine outside the store. If we are outside, You need to wait another 40 minutes. The experience is really bad. The food may be delicious, but the service is terrible. If dogs are not allowed to dine, why didn't the waiter who asked us to wait tell us that the store does not accept dogs? A waste of customer time and a very poor experience.

10/08/2024: environment rating 0. very dirty room and kitchen, not to mention the food is old and overly seasoned, perhaps to cover the rancid taste. Menu of the day always the same, proposed and proposed again for days. Dry and old meat, fish good enough only if you go and eat freshly caught. Prices too high, the cook's wife is very rude and unpleasant, I heard her screaming many times while trying to "eat". Dirty cutlery and glasses have arrived to me many times with greasy fingerprints from the waiters. very not recommended.

10/08/2024: The food is mediocre, nothing special. The service is terrible, the waiters are disorganized and they took my order wrong. The place is quite dirty, the dishes didn't arrive very clean and the covered area, where you eat, is full of cobwebs (and spiders) on the ceiling.

07/08/2024: The food was very pleasant and the service was quick but the prices were high and there was actually no parking, so much so that you had to walk 1 km to reach it! However recommended for the quality of the pizza dough!

21/07/2024: It's always the same story, you can't leave a room in the hands of kids with no experience. I have never seen one pizza come out of the kitchen at a time, even at tables of 8 people. Anyway, 1 hour and a half to eat a pizza seems like a lot to me. The pizza is nothing special and the price is the same.
