26/06/2025: Family-run pizzeria, very good pizzas, I recommend the Pescarese but be careful with the chilli pepper because it's really a fire-eating pizza, in winter it's great but in summer I start to sweat, just ask to put less than expected 🤣

24/04/2025: Birthday dinner with stuffed focaccia, Ascoli olives and various good but normal flans, really excellent pizza of different types, well-digestible and non-soft dough. Service could be improved even though it was a Saturday night and the place was packed.

08/03/2025: The restaurant, located in a pedestrian area, boasts a bar attached to the sale of pastries. Very renowned among local VIPs for whom, having breakfast at Renzi or taking home a tray of Renzi mostaccioli is a must. It's okay, God forbid. However, I would like to evaluate only the pastry shop, as I don't have much experience with the cafeteria part of Renzi. I find the pastry products sold there delicious even if quite expensive. However, quality matters more than the monetary consideration so there is nothing to complain about in this regard. I just find the display of the production to be somewhat inadequate in terms of protecting the products from a hygienic point of view which, as often happens in hybrid sales points, not pure pastry shops, does not have adequate protection against contamination from crowding. Also be careful when handling money and food in the same area.

09/04/2025: Locale delizioso, accogliente e proprietà super disponibile. Cibo strepitoso, in particolare un "cappello del prete" meraviglioso! Locanda da non perdere.

02/04/2025: Accoglienza sempre calda e divertente. Efficientissimi in sala ,riescono ad essere veloci e perfetti. I piatti della tradizione abruzzese sideclinano in zuppe ,armoniose combinazioni di legume e verdure .Alcune proposte di carne non riecodono quasi l'uso del coltello e si sciolgono in bocca. Esci da questo locale ristorato e di buon umore E' uno dei posti che non puoi non frequentare

20/08/2025: I went to this restaurant on Monday evening with a friend to eat arrosticini. Even though the place was almost empty, we had to wait a long time for our order. We had asked for 20 arrosticini (10 each), but only 10 arrived, and they were undercooked: the meat was pink and in some places even had traces of blood. Now, I understand cooking a steak rare, but we're talking about mutton, which for arrosticini should be well done, not raw. My friend specifically asked for them to be cooked a little longer, but the response was that "according to the chef's rules, arrosticini are served like this." In my opinion, this is not a valid excuse, and a restaurant should be able to accommodate customer requests, especially when it comes to cooking, which is both subjective and fundamental. Furthermore, we weren't even served bread, which normally accompanies a plate of arrosticini. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience: slow service, half-portions, raw meat, and little attention to the customer.

20/08/2025: 2024: It's really nice to enter the restaurant and be seated on the terrace, the place is really nice and provides a good atmosphere. The food was EXTREMELY GOOD, the skewers "arrosticini" were the best and I have visited different places in Pescara. However, I think they suffer from their own fame, I don't want you to think it's the staff fault personally but service was very slow. 2025: After a year, this place still has amazing food, Wednesday night and the restaurant it's full, again the service was slow and they missed part of my order ☹️

23/08/2025: A nice little place to grab a bite to eat, it's packed because it's the only one in the area. Service is, appropriately, a bit rushed. Watch out for opening hours, as they're very tight, especially on weekdays. Food often runs out well before closing time.

13/04/2025: Torniamo in questo ristorante a distanza di due anni e, a fronte dei vari nei rilevati la prima volta, tutto ci è apparso migliorato di molto. Staff interamente rinnovato con figure professionali gentili, attente e competenti. Menù di livello, con ottime materie prime e belle intuizioni negli abbinamenti. Sempre sopra la media la carta dei vini. Conto coerente con la qualità.

23/02/2025: Abbiamo scelto questo locale per un pranzo domenicale. Che dire, ottimo menù, il personale molto preparato e gentile! Abbiamo optato per un menu degustazione; siamo stati accolti con un aperitivo di benvenuto delicato e avvolgente. Siamo poi passati all’antipasto, primo e secondo. Piatti ben preparati e curati al dettaglio. Il nostro pranzo è terminato con una selezione di dolci davvero buoni. Consiglio a chiunque vuole provare un’esperienza diversa nel cuore di Pescara. Una nota di merito al cameriere Alessandro che ci ha fatti sentire a nostro agio, ci ha spiegato con cura ogni piatto presentato.

21/07/2025: Con la famiglia abbiamo cenato qui 2 sere, assaggiando le specialità locali e restando favorevolmente colpiti dal rapporto qualità/prezzo. Personale molto gentile che rende il contesto davvero accogliente.

20/08/2025: A welcoming place with a beautiful view, that's all. Average food. The menu had only a few dishes, which is usually a good thing, except that they didn't have the mussels and swordfish, which were on the menu even though we arrived a few minutes after opening. When you ask for coffee, they can't make it without a macchiato because they don't have milk.

03/05/2025: Come ogni anno abbiamo fatto il consueto pellegrinaggio per gustare le "Virtù". Appena entrati abbiamo notato una vistosa differenza rispetto al passato: le tovaglie a quadrettoni, i bicchieri e le posate da trattoria di campagna sono stati sostituiti da eleganti tovaglie in tinta unita,con bicchieri da degustazione per i vini e posate belle da vedere. Insomma ,si rimane colpiti dal nuovo aspetto che ci accoglie. La spettacolare vista panoramica sul mare lontano è però rimasta la stessa e vale da sola il viaggio fatto da Pescara. Si dice che gli anziani,come siamo noi sei amici,rimpiangano sempre il passato e vivano dei loro ricordi,lodando e rimpiangendo i "piatti" di una volta. Non è stato il nostro caso ! Mai prima avevamo assaggiato un piatto di "Virtù" buono come quest' anno ( e tutti abbiamo fatto il bis),e sono tanti anni che veniamo da Francesco... Anche le altre portate hanno mantenuto il livello di qualità di sempre : il capretto al forno,umido e tenerissimo; la frittatina di aglio ursino, così buona con il suo particolare sapore; il pecorino fritto,asciutto e filante,che non ci si è affatto "riproposto" in fase digestiva; le mazzarelle,con il gustoso ripieno di interiora di agnello ( da provare!); le patate fritte con lo strutto come una volta,deliziose con la loro buccia croccante; la pizza dogge ,infine,per concludere degnamente un pranzo da ricordare, innaffiato da un' ottima bottiglia di cerasuolo. Entusiasti di Francesco e Roberta ,a cui va dato il merito delle novità introdotte,che ci ha voluto omaggiare dei carciofini sott'olio fatti da lei,di un gusto e una bontà ormai dimenticati...

09/04/2025: Io e mia moglie insieme ad amici pranziamo spesso in questo Ristorante che apprezziamo per la location, il panorama e la cucina con menù basati sulle stagioni. Per il pranzo abbiamo preso un antipasto con formaggio fritto, frittatina all'aglio e mazzarella, per primo abbiamo condiviso Due porz. di gnocchi con asparagi e spaghetti con pallottine, per secondo spezzatino di agnello e spezzatino di capretto, tutti i piatti sono molto gustosi e rispettano la tradizione locale. Servizio celere, cordiale e adeguato. Prezzo adeguato alla qualità delle materie prime e alla quantità servita a tavola. Al momento del conto ho segnalato un errore sul conto della volta precedente (ott. 24) e mi hanno rimborsato senza esitazioni e per questo sono rimasto molto contento. A fine pasto ci è stato offerto amari serviti su un carrello pieno di prelibatezze. Consiglio a tutti assaggiare le specialità della cucina proposta da Francesco e consorte. Luigi
