14/05/2026: A pleasant discovery, from the dishes to the courtesy and professionalism of the staff.
Furthermore, the atmosphere is truly pleasant; you can eat in complete relaxation without the worry of being unable to hear the person sitting next to you.
My partner and I had two red tuna appetizers, delicious, especially the tartare, followed by two first courses, simply delicious.
Finally, a fresh and pleasant herb sorbet.
Given the high quality of the ingredients and the cuisine, the quality/price ratio is absolutely reasonable.
I would recommend this restaurant to anyone staying in Gonnosfanadiga or the surrounding area!
28/04/2026: A huge shout-out to Ulivo and its owner, Carla, whose meticulous attention to detail makes everything so special. At Ulivo, you can choose to stay in the cozy rooms and enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning, without missing out on the delicious dinner prepared with local ingredients. I was fortunate enough to stay here at the end of a stage of the Santa Barbara mining trail, arriving from Arbus. I recommend it to hikers and even those simply exploring the surrounding area. :) Even if you're not walking the trail, if you're passing by, take a stroll through the fairytale forest adjacent to the village.

08/06/2026: We arrived for 3 nights on a cycle tour and was fantastic. Stephan and his family were great in making sure we had everything we needed
Breakfast was continental type but cakes and pastries with fig jam marmalade all home made. Drinks are from a cooler booked to the room then to a lovely pool with sunshade loungers.
Bike racks outside to lock bikes and plenty of parking.
Rooms were comfortable, clean and loads of hot water under pressure. I had an issue with a terrorist mosquito but Stephan gave me a wall gadget that stopped it.
Dinner was set menu and excellent
19/05/2026: Fantastic agriturismo! We were able to have dinner here spontaneously and stay overnight in our campervan. The owners are very welcoming. We had a wonderful evening with delicious food. Thank you so much!

25/04/2026: A fairly typical restaurant. The food perhaps deserves 6 stars, but it depends on who appreciates it. Too typical for me. Once inside, you can't "save" yourself with a pizza. They're not open at lunchtime.
An old-fashioned inn. This gives you a sense of security.
Anyway, I recommend it.

We had lunch at the agriturismo and had a great time.
Friendly staff, generous portions, and excellent value.
€40 for adults and €20 for children.
Highly recommended, I'll be back!
02/05/2026: An authentic place where time seems to slow down and gives way to the beauty of simple things. The Hotel Ristorante Su Nuraxi in Barumini is much more than just a hotel: it's an experience steeped in tradition, family warmth, and pristine nature.
Here, you'll find peace and serenity, even when traveling with a small child who can run free and happy in the green spaces. The family management and all the staff welcome you with sincere kindness, making you feel truly at home.
The cuisine is authentic, "just like home," rich in authentic flavors and prepared with love. The rooms are comfortable and welcoming, perfect for a regenerating rest, accompanied by the silence of the night and the sweet awakening to the birdsong in the morning.
And then the view: simply breathtaking. Looking out and admiring the Nuraghe di Barumini and the Las Plassas Castle is something unique, filling the eyes and the heart.
A magical place that expresses all the beauty of our land. Absolutely worth experiencing.

29/04/2026: Pizzeria in the city center, meticulously maintained and very welcoming.
Delicious pizza with a variety of dough options (classic, whole wheat, and charcoal black) and excellent, courteous, and attentive service.
Special mention for the desserts, tasty and beautifully presented (there's no photo for that, but I was really craving something 😋).
Top quality/price ratio.
I highly recommend stopping by for dinner.

19/04/2026: House specialty: pizza, in all its possible variations. High-quality ingredients, a delightful and intimate atmosphere, both indoors and outdoors when the weather permits. Reasonable prices.
If you can, avoid going on Saturdays, or at least book well in advance.

15/11/2025: We arrived at 8:15 PM for a birthday dinner... completely lacking service... no one paid attention to us for 10 minutes or asked if we had a reservation. Finally, they sat us down and, without asking if we wanted to order, they started haphazardly serving the customers who had arrived after us. When we pointed out this and that we had a diabetic at the table who must know the wait times, they finally took our order and the pizza arrived exactly an hour later. I didn't get up and leave just to avoid making a fuss. I ate because I was hungry. I hope it was just a bad coincidence that happened to us.

27/08/2025: I've been here before with my family, and today, on my way back from the beach, I decided to have a pizza here with my girlfriend.
As soon as we entered, we were greeted by Mrs. Ivana as if we were family.
The service was quick, the pizza was slightly crispy but good, and above all, very large.
Good, I recommend it.

12/05/2026: I dined at this restaurant twice during my vacation. The atmosphere is pleasant, casual, yet refined.
The food is very good, the portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable for what you get.
I've never had the pizza, so I can't judge it, but the seafood dishes are excellent: fregola, fried fish, seafood risotto, and especially the incredibly tender grilled cuttlefish and calamari!
The warm bread toasted with olive oil is a real plus.
Congratulations, I'll definitely be back!
04/05/2026: Large restaurant where you can enjoy a delicious meal. Don't expect too much from the decor and furniture, but that is completely made up for by the dishes served here.
Had a good meal here twice. The price-quality ratio here is excellent.
