05/05/2026: A magical place discovered during a group motorcycle trip. A haven of pure peace where the scents of the surrounding nature still fill the air, where people welcome you like family, and where you're surprisingly surrounded by culture as well as beauty. Excellent food (a delicious vegan menu made especially for me despite there being so many of us), impeccable hospitality, spacious rooms. A stop not only recommended but a must if you want a rejuvenating stay for body and soul!

01/05/2026: Wonderful place. Delicious food, and lots of it. Beautiful and clean rooms. Fantastic, helpful, and highly knowledgeable staff. The excursion was beautiful, and it was a real pleasure to listen to the owner's stories and explanations. The visit to the diorama museum was also very interesting, and again, everything was explained to us in a thorough and entertaining way by the guide, the owner's daughter. I highly recommend it if you want to spend a day or a weekend in nature, enjoying good food, and relaxing.

17/05/2026: Passing through town, I called to reserve a table 10 minutes away on a Sunday, and they very kindly set us up in a quiet room, and we ate very well (I wholeheartedly recommend the fried calamari 😋). The restrooms were spotless and well-stocked, including a baby changing table. Friendly and professional staff.

29/04/2026: I was passing through Macomer. The restaurant was recommended to me by friends who live there, and I was truly satisfied. I only had a starter and a side dish because I was in a hurry and running late. It's a shame, because the menu, with its interesting dishes, made it difficult to choose, but it still met my expectations. When I'm back in Macomer, I'll definitely be back.

11/04/2026: The pizzas are excellent! The sourdough crust is thin and crispy, the ingredients are high-quality, local, and organic. Everything is delicious! The atmosphere is very pleasant with small murals. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The best pizzas we've had in Italy

14/07/2026: Brilliant, aircon WiFi, and outstanding service. Music from 80s of course 👌 years. We went for dolce and they Were .... perfection on a spoon.

12/07/2026: We received a very warm welcome from Roberto, who speaks French and introduced us to the dishes as well as local specialties, such as sebada. Everything was perfect! The children said the culurgiones were the best dish they had ever eaten! Thank you for your hospitality 🙏

20/07/2026: I had dinner at Montiblu on July 18th with my sister and had a truly positive experience. The setting is meticulously designed, with a truly unique dining room that creates a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was extremely courteous, friendly, and professional. I especially appreciated their organization: despite the emergency caused by the water shortage in Nuoro, they still managed to guarantee service, offering appetizers, main courses, and desserts without making the inconvenience felt by the customers. An excellent demonstration of professionalism. The food was all delicious, and the value for money is absolutely satisfactory. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a restaurant where they can eat well in a refined setting and with impeccable service.

04/06/2026: We stopped by for lunch while in Nuoro for work. We found the place very welcoming and the staff incredibly friendly. The food was truly excellent. I recommend it to anyone who can!

18/06/2026: the beach/pool is amazing and the hotel is super cute! the restaurant staff is super kind and accommodating. most of the front desk staff are nice, however there was one lady that was very rude. we were talking to another couple at the hotel and they said the front desk helped them get a reservation at a nice/hard to get into restaurant nearby, so i went and asked them and the front desk lady looked me up and down and said “do you not know how to google?” and “just call them?” and when we obviously were confused by her rude response, she was said “what, you want me to call for you? do you not know how?” i was stunned and had never experienced a lack of professionalism before, ended up just saying forget about it and we didn’t get our dinner. otherwise, all other staff members were nice.

07/05/2026: Very friendly staff. The room with the whirlpool and steam cabin is highly recommended. I received a bottle of bubbly as a gift for my birthday. A nice little extra.

19/07/2026: We had a wonderful lunch at the pizzeria. We were greeted by Salvatore, who was very kind. We had the swordfish stew and our daughter had the lasagna. The flavors were amazing! The desert was delicious as well, cannoli and gelato 🍨. Thank you!

15/07/2026: A warm welcome, typical homemade dishes, we had a wonderful meal!

17/07/2026: The waitress was pushing us to order more, offering a salad to accompany the meat. This wasn't included in the price. Given the price of the dishes, we expected better side dishes. We found it expensive compared to other restaurants in Sardinia.
