05/05/2026: We arrived unannounced on 28/3 late in the afternoon after cycling from Cagliari and wondered if there was a possibility to stay overnight. They were hesitant if it was possible because it was early in the season. They conjured up two rooms and we asked if there was a possibility to get some food and of course they could fix some cheese and ham which we welcomed, it didn't end with just cheese and ham we got meat, offal and vegetables their red wine was delicious. They conjured up a fantastic breakfast the next day. Very nice accommodation with all the animals on the farm. We felt very welcome.

28/04/2026: Excellent food, a beautiful room, and the opportunity to visit the animals. I recommend it. We had a great time. The ricotta they make is excellent.

21/05/2026: We stopped there yesterday on our way to our destination. The pizzas are still homemade and taste absolutely perfect. We'll definitely be back! 😊

10/05/2026: These were the happiest Italian pizza makers we have ever seen. The phone is ringing off the hook with Italians ordering pizza for home, which of course says enough about the quality of the pizzas! We ate on the spot for a quick meal before heading to the airport, and for that, it is truly perfect!

11/04/2026: After an hour and a half delay, the pizzas arrived a little burnt and bitter and I paid more than other times, so goodbye to Pizzeria Pinocchio.

14/06/2026: This is promoted as a "posh" hotel, but it is not. It's too big and crowded, with difficult access to the rooms. Our suite (#103) was very special, with lots of space (extra day beds for kids, an outdoor bath, and an outdoor bed), but it was uphill, up three sets of outdoor stairs. Also, no matter how careful you were, the bathroom was flooded each time you showered. Breakfast needs some improvement: coffee is horrible and there is no cut fruit for yogurt. I shouldn't have to chop/peel whole fruit with a basic table knife. Finally something, the gym has good equipment, but it's about 24C/75F in there, so it's very uncomfortable to workout.

14/06/2026: This is not a good hotel for kids and honestly dirty and not worth the money, it’s SO expensive for an outdated and dirty hotel with an unheated pool, mediocre food, and aging furniture and grounds. For PARENTS: we checked in to our hotel room and the floors are slick, including in the shower, where my 7 year old daughter fell and hit her head. Over the next two days, my kids fell multiple times on the slick floors. I would also suspect there are mold in the hotel rooms. And there are no duvets - just scratchy blankets. Given the cost of this hotel, I would expect a way higher standard. We checked out early and I asked for my money back for the last night (almost $2,000), which they refused despite the unsafe accommodation for families. Until I requested my money back, the staff was kind, but the manager was unreasonable and rude. I also note the hotel is dirty - the “mini golf” is plastic and dirty, and the offerings on their website are not available. We booked a cooking class weeks before our arrival which was not available when we showed up. The pool and hot tub are not heated, and surrounded by dirty furniture. I would not recommend staying here - 3 star accommodations for 5 star prices. The area is lovely though - stay somewhere else. 10000000% not worth even half the cost of a nightly stay.

02/06/2026: Tasty dinner at the top of the town. Friendly service. Nice house wines.

01/06/2026: Courtesy and helpful, the menu offers classic traditional Sardinian dishes, plus the special of the day, and the locally sourced meat is excellent.

05/06/2026: The pizza is very good, well-topped and well-leavened, only the price is a bit high, €4.50 for a pizza by the slice with toppings is a bit excessive, perhaps customers could be offered a smaller "on-the-go" option.

25/05/2026: The hotel is truly recommendable only because of the staff. All the employees are incredibly friendly and helpful, and they immediately strive to find a solution to any problem, no matter what it is. You always feel valued and welcome. For that, they definitely deserve 5 stars and a clear 10/10. The breakfast, however, was a complete disaster. The selection was extremely limited: there was only one type of cheese, no fresh vegetables at all, and almost exclusively canned goods. The cold cuts consisted of perhaps three types, all pork, as well as boiled eggs. The bread was dry and barely edible, and there wasn't even a toaster. Even when I asked for some tomatoes, they ignored me. Furthermore, the owner, Donatella, was unfortunately very unfriendly. She frequently ignored guests and didn't come across as hospitable at all. You got the feeling that she was only interested in profit. It was particularly unpleasant that she often talked behind guests' backs because she thought they didn't understand Italian. I do understand Italian, though, and overheard everything. I also felt very sorry for her treatment of her employees.

20/05/2026: Excellent restaurant. Fresh food and traditional dishes. Excellent service.

01/06/2026: We ordered pizza to go. It was ready super fast and absolutely delicious! Highly recommended!!
