28/07/2025: Capitate per caso dopo una visita al quartiere delle ceramiche, avremmo voluto tornare anche i giorni successivi se non fossimo state troppo lontane. Da subito abbiamo percepito passione, orgoglio e proattività. Accoglienza ottima, servizio attento e premuroso, piatti con ingredienti locali di qualità, connubio perfetto tra tradizione e innovazione senza stravolgere troppo i sapori per voler creare quell' effetto che diventa poi spesso eccessivo e artefatto. Io in quello che ho mangiato ci ho sentito la terra, la passione e la voglia di stupire con garbo. Una nuova gestione giovane, attenta ai sapori del passato con uno sguardo al presente. Bravi!

27/07/2025: We found it by chance while visiting the historic center of Grottaglie, and it was a great surprise. We had a seafood-based meal: fried fish, warm seafood salad, a mussels with pepper, and meatballs in tomato sauce for our youngest. Everything was excellent, a 10 for the salad, but the other dishes were also top-notch. You can taste the fresh, quality ingredients. The welcome, with a burrata and sun-dried tomato focaccia and a taste of extra virgin olive oil, was much appreciated. Definitely a place I'll return to; I hope they never change.

05/09/2025: Absolute excellence! It NEVER disappoints me. I had a bocconotto cake for my birthday and a bottle of almond milk: excellent! I think anyone who criticizes, in any way, the Adua bar in general and its products in particular has more than one problem. Go and enjoy!

22/08/2025: We were recommended by a friend, and the experience exceeded all expectations! A warm welcome, impeccable service, and great customer service. The appetizers were incredibly generous, unique, and meticulously prepared, even in their presentation. But what really struck me—and moved me—was the complete attention to my celiac son's dietary needs. The person taking the order never hesitated to prepare gluten-free dishes; on the contrary, they were attentive, reassuring, and knowledgeable. This made my son happy... and us too! My sincere compliments to the entire staff. We will definitely be back, and with pleasure!

21/08/2025: THE COST OF THE DINNER WAS OUT OF LINE WITH THE PRICE PAID. WE PAID 100 euros for a paltry raw seafood appetizer and main course. THE STANDARD HAS FELL VERY LOW. 👎

18/06/2025: Business trip, we looked online and chose this place for the very positive reviews. It was a weekday lunch, the place was empty. In addition to us, 2 other tables. Food that combines refined flavors with tradition. Attention to detail, both in the dish and in the dishes. Very quiet place, soft atmosphere in the center of Massafra. Kind and professional waiters. We were in a bit of a hurry so we couldn't enjoy our lunch break for long. Fewer dishes to choose from, better.

13/05/2025: Ero stato con mia moglie 2 anni fa con una piacevole esperienza, come da mia recensione. Siamo tornati con 2 amici ed in verità siamo rimasti delusi. Abbiamo ordinato 2 antipasti (per 4 persone), veramente misero con pochissime cose e porzioni ridotte. (Premetto che non abbiamo ordinato il crudo di mare come l'altra volta). Come primo abbiamo ordinato tutti i paccheri ai frutti di mare che erano la fotocopia in bianconero di quelli di 2 anni prima (sembravano riscaldati e con pochissimi frutti di mare e con le bucce delle vongole sotto i denti). Per secondo abbiamo preso una sperlunga centrale di frittura di pesce misto (buona), una bottiglia di vino fichimori, 4 dolcetti e 4 caffè. Preciso che il locale è accogliente ed i bagni puliti. Chiedo il conto e mi trovo una cifra spropositata, 240 euro, per quello che abbiamo mangiato, pago e zitto. Sarà capitato una giornata storta, forse la festa Patronale, ma sono rimasto molto deluso, al massimo mi aspettavo 180. Oltretutto i tavoli non hanno neanche il tovagliato e questo è antipatico e poco igienico perché il tovagliolo e le posate inevitabilmente poggiano sul tavolo. Insomma non penso di ritornare visto che la qualità è scesa ed il prezzo, in rapporto a 2 anni prima è raddoppiato quasi.

The menu offers a rich selection of traditional dishes, prepared with fresh, authentic ingredients. The service was friendly and attentive, with friendly staff who made us feel right at home. The quality/price ratio is more than fair, with generous portions and affordable prices. A place we'll definitely return to, recommended for both couples and groups of friends!

07/09/2025: We stopped by on a Saturday evening at 8 pm, and they kindly found us a spot. Besides the kindness of the staff, I highly recommend the delicious food. One of the best pizzas I've ever had.

07/09/2025: Very good pizza, light and well-cooked dough. Fresh and tasty ingredients. Simple but welcoming place, fast and friendly service. Prices are average. The quality of the ingredients and the dough stand out.

13/08/2025: We didn't get to take anything here, but when we asked if they would do cocktails, the manager asked an employee to tell us that they are full, when they were clearly not. Too bad that my wife speaks perfect Italian and understood everything.

05/09/2025: An amazing dining experience! As a vegetarian, the staff was willing to go above and beyond to make sure I was happy with what I ordered. They had a fantastic beer selection, amazing potatoes, and just an overall exceptional vibe. On any future trips to Grottaglie this is a must stop for me. Don’t sleep on the almonds, you’ll regret it!
