24/06/2025: Cucina ligure deliziosa pesce freschissimo e tipica simpatia e accoglienza ligure, ci troviamo sempre benissimo e torniamo tutti i venerdì che troviamo posto! Da provare il cappon magro fatto a regola d’arte e le cozze !!! Consigliatissimo!!

13/06/2025: Noi possiamo ritenerci utilizzatori assidui del ristorante e proprio per questo mi sento di dire che la qualita', il servizio e l' accoglienza che offrono Manu e Maury non e paragonabile allo standard, loro offrono molto di più, loro mettono davvero Amina eCuore in tutto quello che fanno per fare si che i clienti vivano l esperienza migliore. Carta amplissima pesce carne e primi home made, servizio eccellente e una carta dei vini da invidiare. Provare per credere.

07/06/2025: 3ª volta che vengo a mangiare in questo ristorante e sono veramente molto soddisfatto sia per il cibo fresco è molto abbondante seguito dalla cortesia del proprietario che è veramente piacevole sicuramente tornerò la 4ª volta
25/05/2025: Tutto benissimo, molto buoni i raviolini al plin di pesce e personale gentile. L'unica cosa che non va bene è il sistema di aspirazione. Purtroppo in sala si sentono tutti gli odori della cucina. Io personalmente non lo trovo piacevole.

The best farinata ever eaten, always looking for new flavors... and also their frittini (fried vegetables in batter) are fantastic ... their artisanal breadsticks ditto... spectacular desserts, all strictly homemade (the chocolate cake with cream, it can't be described). The excellent service, we miss our Daniela, And then when we arrive late at night, they are even available to wait for us. In short, we can't wait to see you again! Thank you always!

22/06/2025: I can't rate the hotel because I only tried the restaurant but it will surely be as wonderful as their cuisine.
We have been coming to this restaurant every time we return to Albenga for two years. Since we discovered it, it has been a regular stop during our vacation. The staff is kind and helpful, the dishes are delicious and plentiful with honest prices, including those for fish.
I recommend everyone to come! Surely, as happened to us, once you have tried it, you will not be able to do without it.

The service is professional and kind.
The raw materials are of excellent quality, the pinzimonio is delicious and fresh.
Very fresh raw fish.
Spaghetti with clams top.
Wide selection of wines.
I recommend it. Call in advance for the reservation because it is always full.

All homemade desserts we had chocolate and amaretti cake, pistachio panna cotta and zuppa inglese really good.
Fast and kind service
16/06/2025: it's very expensive and it's in the middle of the road, it feels like being on the A10 for 5 pizzas €65 you even make them pay for the receipt

10/07/2025: Confusing and diverting attention.
Welcoming us into a small lounge because the table wasn't ready, we're offered an aperitif and the waiter takes on a familiar face. I think it's the desire to be less formal than starred restaurants, but no, if you're starred, you have to offer starred service.
The table is ready, we're escorted with a "have fun!" I didn't know there was cabaret.
Myriad waiters, water, wine, glasses, right, left, menus on the table consulted for a minute and then immediately removed so I won't know what I'm eating.
Dishes described with tons of terms and ingredients from the most remote corners of the globe, as is customary.
Pleasant to look at, not unforgettable to taste.
Egg à l'oeuf, accompanied by a large spoonful of caviar on the side, which the waiter takes care to show me how to add to the main course, using my own cutlery.
Then comes a sort of taco, with a pin, pleasant (even if I can't remember the taste anymore).
The courses follow one after the other, something OURS made with I don't know what fish with a reduction of I don't remember what to "taste with your finger"—with your finger?
all in a pressing, urgent manner, unlike even in Chinese restaurants where they have to wait three shifts.
Waiters everywhere, clearing and setting the table randomly from right to left without any sense.
Others filling glasses with water, not without spilling it on the tablecloth, more than once.
A girl offers us some savory mini-snacks; I choose the croissant, which is taken away shortly after without even having a chance to taste it. In the meantime, the risotto had arrived, so I couldn't bother with the croissant, which in fact ended up who knows where and was one of the few things I actually would have tasted.
Then another course arrives, with a small bowl on the side containing some onion (?) that I don't remember what it was.
Pacchero time. Bibs for everyone, really? Bibs? If you put on a napkin at the local pizzeria to avoid getting dirty, they'll look at you like you're rude. Here, it comes complete with an embarrassing embroidered phrase, reminiscent of Fantozzi. The birthday girl even had her own name, how cute. The infamous pacchero is stirred at the table, like in the best football clubs, and served in THREE pieces; without a knife, to be cut with a fork, hence the embarrassing gag. The pot is handed to the birthday girl, to be mopped up; something I've never even seen done at home. the pan. on the table. to be mopped up. three stars?
Cake and a Ferris wheel of mini cakes fit for a trip around the world, heavy fried donuts, the lemon one that leaves a long aftertaste, two more samples; perhaps instead of a Ferris wheel that packs the table and everyone in front of it, it would be better to pay more attention to the desserts. Ah, the guy with the panettone, "it's incredible, you can't miss it," reminds me of the pre-packaged brioche from the vending machines, but fresh. In fact, it's left there. Like so much else.
Too much? Or maybe not all of it good.
The dishes are finished, because they're invisible.
The girl with the box of pralines comes by, mentioning a thousand different types of pralines, unrememberable.
Then we're offered a pashmina for the breeze (which isn't there).
I'm also expecting the rose seller, but I'm afraid they kicked him out at the entrance because he hadn't booked.
Coffee, not good.
As I leave, they ask me, "Was everything okay?" without even waiting for my answer, because someone has already said they're the best and they don't care about my opinion; which, in fact, I didn't have.
The feeling is of being overwhelmed, bombarded with information, deprived of any respite or privacy, distracted by wheels, gags, pans, fireworks, dwarves, and ballerinas, because what's on the plate, on its own, wouldn't cut it.
It would be nice to try again, without frills, without being inundated with names, things, cities, with a relaxed pace, and truly savor what's on offer.
I don't remember anything about this evening, in terms of taste.
