09/10/2025: A charming tavern nestled in the greenery of a plain, in the Aonedis hamlet of San Daniele del Friuli. A rustic, well-maintained, and clean location. Dishes, from the cured meats to the very tasty and well-prepared cuisine, to the simple yet fantastic desserts. The owners are kind and courteous, and they give you the attention you deserve. 05/10/2025: A very pleasant surprise, a warm welcome, and fast and accurate service. I ate wonderfully: a plate of prosciutto that melted in my mouth, accompanied by a superb homemade giardiniera, followed by a delicious frico! I definitely think I'll be back.

23/10/2025: I went to this establishment for a ceremony. The atmosphere was clean and well-maintained, the seafood dishes were fresh and expertly presented, and the service was discreet. Overall, a positive experience.

23/10/2025: S-P-E-C-T-A-C-U-L-E!!! This perhaps gives you a good idea of ​​the experience we had during our wedding, starting from the day we decided to crown our dream within the walls of a 10th-century castle, through the rehearsals of the menu, and finally arriving at the fateful day, July 5, 2025. Francesco, along with the entire staff, took care of every detail, exceeding all (very high) expectations, from the welcome buffet to the aperitif in the hanging garden. The dinner was sublime, a mix of sophisticated but above all successful dishes and flavors. Francesco dictated the evening's pace magnificently, allowing us to savor every moment thanks to a complicity that made us feel at home. Finally, spending our wedding night in a room in the tower was the icing on the cake. Thank you.

16/08/2025: There are places where anyone who shows up with a Smartbox, a Wonderbox, or any other package is treated like a second-class guest, or fleeced with hidden costs. And then there's Villa Euchelia, which immediately accepts reservations during peak season with just a few days' notice, which easily accommodates a child and dog even though the package only covers two people (with a small, absolutely negligible and legitimate surcharge), and which offers every service and attention, with elegance, professionalism, and courtesy. At Villa Euchelia, we were truly pampered: the rooms are comfortable and luxurious, the spaces are spacious, and the panoramic pool is a little gem. The breakfasts and dinners included in the package are truly fabulous, and we happily added dishes and wines not included to fully enjoy the cuisine. Special praise for the treatment of our son and our little dog: it's not something to be taken for granted, and it's unusual, especially in August. We will certainly return and recommend Villa Euchelia to everyone, for a tasteful break, a charming night, or a moment to celebrate with family.

02/08/2025: I've known this establishment for decades. The original owners, who ran it until a few years ago, were highly competent and professionally above standard... Today, the management has changed, and this is my first time there since the change of management. I must say that the current young managers have been an unexpected and wonderful discovery! The kindness in the dining room, the attention to detail, the already high-quality atmosphere, decidedly improved, in spaces where cleanliness REIGNS! And finally, the cuisine! The quality and food are of the highest quality, with the mastery of a starred chef, in composition, presentation, reinterpretation, but above all, in taste! In the flavors! From appetizers to dessert, nothing to criticize! Praise, only Praise! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! And with the 30% TheFork discount, you'll feel like you've dined at a pizzeria, but in a Michelin-starred setting!

06/09/2025: We went for a ceremony and were truly satisfied. Excellent food, impeccable service, and Guglielmo was incredibly friendly. If you can, try it; you won't regret it.

09/10/2025: Super friendly staff. I'm celiac, and they were very careful about cooking gluten-free for me. Excellent fish, and the chef was really friendly. Fair price. I recommend it.

09/10/2025: If you're looking for seafood in Ciociaria, Da Plinio is a guarantee! The service is efficient, the food is very good, but the staff makes the difference. While you're sitting down to eat, you might suddenly find Plinio stopping by to ask how your dinner is going. You might even find him walking by with his saxophone to sing a "Happy Birthday" song to someone. The waiters are also very good, friendly, and professional. The entire staff has truly created a lovely "niche" where you can eat good seafood and spend a pleasant evening in a quiet place!

02/11/2025: We had dinner for a 40th anniversary: ​​the location is surrounded by green olive trees, there's parking, and it's rustic but very refined! The exterior is spacious and well-lit! The food is excellent, locally sourced, with attentive service and quick, friendly service! They sell organic products. We'll be back because it'll be worth it in other seasons!

The friendliness and courtesy of a (I believe) small family business. The food is carefully prepared and excellent, with amazing ravioli and tagliatelle that speak volumes and are a testament to "LadyChef Maria." Let's avoid the defeatists and... 👍ITALIA THE FIRST (except for a few crooks) in food and courtesy.
