28/02/2026: For a 70th birthday lunch, we had the pleasure of returning to this charming location with the medieval castle and its walls in the background. The menu, in our case, featured seafood specialties, where the quality was top-notch and the presentation superb. The service was friendly and fast, and the staff were attentive to every detail (especially good with the children's menus). Special mention for the cake, which was truly excellent, delicate and fluffy. Highly recommended. Guaranteed.

02/06/2026: Perfect day! We chose this venue, even though it's far from our home, to celebrate our son's first communion! We were immediately struck by the location, a place where we could forget the chaos of our busy lives and be pampered by a young, attentive staff! We took advice from Chefs Sabrina and Martina when choosing the menu; every dish was carefully crafted, using top-quality ingredients! We couldn't have made a better choice; our guests were enchanted by the location, the food, and the attentiveness of the entire staff! We will definitely choose Villa Euchelia again for our special occasions!

The location is spectacular, the staff is friendly and helpful, the food is refined and excellent, the young Chefs Sabrina and Martina offer excellent quality. We appreciated the attention to detail of Cecilia, Salvatore, Domenico, and Francesco, who pampered and looked after us every step of the way, making the day perfect. We felt at home 🥰

04/03/2026: We stopped by chance and it was an excellent discovery... Fresh fish menu with sublime dishes... the appetizer is divine, as are the first courses! The girl in the dining room was knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and friendly! As was "Plinio" himself, who occasionally came to check on us to see if everything was to our liking... A friendly and very polite person... In short, we'll definitely be back as soon as we're in the area! Congratulations!!!

16/02/2026: In the heart of Frosinone's historic center, this is a quaint, very welcoming place with excellent cuisine! Definitely worth a try! Kudos to the service; the girls at the tables were excellent!

08/03/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance while looking for food. We were drawn to this farmhouse nestled in the middle of a vineyard. The hostess was warmly welcomed, finding us a table for two despite the restaurant being full. The restaurant boasts its own wine list and refined cuisine, where every dish on the menu has the perfect wine to pair with it. The enchanting atmosphere and exceptional food make us want to return.

31/01/2026: A charming place, surrounded by greenery and rows of grapes, with a wonderful view of the hills. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean, with exposed beams and a wooden window overlooking the vineyard and the Piglio. The bathroom was spacious and very clean, with all the amenities, and the shower was excellent. Dinner at their restaurant was exceptionally delicious, with appetizers, first courses, and second courses. The desserts were also delicious. The red wine they produce was excellent, and the service was efficient and fast. A special mention goes to the chef who created gourmet dishes. Breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of cakes, tarts, and even a delicious savory selection. The staff was efficient and very friendly. Absolute silence both day and night, a true oasis for those coming from the city. An excellent experience, one to be repeated soon.

08/04/2026: Luca, the host, prepared a truly delicious dinner using local Deco products (with a municipal designation of origin), including gluten-free options. The asparagus tart was excellent as an appetizer, as were the fettuccine with cream of local peppers and anchovies with local herbs. Excellent wine and excellent extra virgin olive oil. The dessert was delicious, even for gluten-free eaters. I highly recommend it for its exquisiteness and for Luca's passion for creating and revisiting traditional local recipes.

11/05/2026: We visited this restaurant for the first time yesterday for lunch. The experience was excellent, as evidenced by the score we gave. The most pleasant discovery was the Italian Wagyu, a meat of excellent quality and tenderness, much appreciated by all diners.

The atmosphere is welcoming, relaxing, and meticulously crafted, with attention to every detail. The dishes are meticulously crafted and presented, pleasing both the eye and the palate. Everything here has its own reason... try it!

01/05/2026: We had lunch here during the Flower Festival and had a very positive experience. The restaurant is well-presented, modern, and has a refined atmosphere. We tried: Gran Antipasto Mare: Very scenic and made with fresh ingredients. Paccheri alla Livornese: The pasta was cooked impeccably, perfectly al dente. My only personal comment: my husband found the caper flavor a bit too overpowering, but that's a matter of taste. Insalatina di Cod: Very fresh and beautiful to look at, although we would have liked a few more pieces of cod than vegetables to make it perfect. The quality-price ratio is excellent (about €30 per person with beer and coffee). Recommended for those looking for refined seafood cuisine without too many frills in Cassino. We'll definitely be back!

24/05/2026: Very slow service—you even had to wait for the menu, even though the place wasn't terribly busy. We ordered a fillet and two tagliata, and the cuts of meat weren't the best we'd ever eaten. Regarding the setting, even though it's located in the center of Ferentino, the acoustics in the room didn't make for a pleasant experience. The prices were high for the quality and flavor of the food. Very disappointed.
