18/06/2025: We have been there other times in previous years and we were always satisfied, but this year it really left us with a bitter taste in our mouths for the disappointment. If you choose the complete appetizer you will have so many tastings, but other dishes did not satisfy us. Try the black pig, it is worth it. The staff is very active, kind, but not always prompt. Too bad...
01/06/2025: Come ho già scritto altre volte, ci torno sempre con piacere per la qualità dei piatti che offrono. Il servizio sempre eccellente, locale carino e pulito. Non posso fare altro che confermare che veramente si mangia bene in questo locale ed è ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

06/06/2025: Excellent gastronomy with quality products, such as cured meats, buffalo mozzarella from the Pontine Marshes, wines, and many other gastronomic preparations. There are tables outside where you can eat the products you buy. The prices are high but in line with the quality of the products. It's a shame that there is often too much of a queue, and the closing time at 6 pm on weekends is inconvenient when returning from the beach

08/07/2025: I'm usually one for the classics, but this time the guy recommended the "New Era Spritz," and it was the right choice! Fresh, thirst-quenching, and delicate, very, very good! The croutons were also excellent!

01/07/2025: We had dinner on the terrace with a beautiful view, a historic restaurant that has managed to update itself by offering tasty and never banal dishes with very high quality ingredients, a good cellar, applause for the young and professional dining room staff. Prices in line with what we consumed.

09/03/2025: We went to eat in this place as a sports group, we were 26 people including athletes and parents, they satisfied our every request, they accommodated us at the menu time, we ate very well in large quantities thanks to the refresher, the service was perfect, fast and extremely kind, I personally thank as the organizer of the trip all the staff, the chef with whom we studied the menu and also the splendid day which allowed us to enjoy the garden, thanks and congratulations

06/07/2025: Restaurant located in the center of Cori with outdoor space. Good appetizers and very good first courses (arrabbiata to try). Very good also the buffalo mozzarella strips. Everything good but in my opinion the bill a bit expensive for what we actually ate. Anyway recommended

06/04/2025: A truly pleasant experience! The place is very well looked after and the atmosphere is relaxing, ideal for a quiet lunch. The staff were friendly and helpful, always with a smile. The food was a real discovery: dishes well presented and full of flavour.

Surrounded by greenery, it takes advantage of all the chef's skills to bring out the typical flavors of Priverno, but always with an innovative look.
The dining room staff is welcoming and friendly, impeccable service.
I highly recommend everyone to try it to believe it.
For me now it's like a second home

17/06/2025: The restaurant, family-run and active since 1963, is located in a municipality in the province of Rieti surrounded by greenery. The well-kept structure has a convenient outdoor parking lot and a large garden for events. Finally, there is a wooden bridge over a river that flows right next to the restaurant, where you can eat in the summer and from which you can admire the beautiful colors that the seabed offers. As for the internal spaces, the restaurant has a large room where you can eat in the colder periods of the year. Obviously impeccable cleanliness. The service is also of a high standard. The furnishings are cared for in the smallest details. The dishes offered are expertly studied. The proposal can be divided into "land" and "water" dishes that can be chosen "à la carte" or tasted with special menus. Regarding those of the "water" proposal, it is surprising how it is possible to excite so much with freshwater fish. The choice of wines, both national and foreign, is able to satisfy even the most demanding. Truly exquisite desserts. The "game" at the end of the meal is original to encourage the customer to guess the flavors of some small proposals (I don't want to anticipate anything). Prices absolutely in line with the level of catering offered. I conclude by saying that it is difficult to describe with words the experience that can be had in this place. You have to try it.
P.S. last but not least, you will be informed that, given the special composition of the menu present at the table, it will be possible to take it home to bury it and watch flowers grow. Excellent ecological solution!
