12/09/2025: The food is of high quality. Some dishes of our menu where quite traditional, others had fun elements and surprising taste combinations. There is no wine parring per dish available, the suggested bottle we took combined beautiful with the food. Service was a bit rushed and insecure, feels like a lack of experience. The dining room itself is ok, nothing special.

I'll start by saying that when it comes to restaurants of this caliber, you expect something more than others. If we don't find excellence here, where will we find it?
The place is beautiful.
The food is good, I don't argue with that, but no dish amazed us.
The start wasn't up to par; they crowded us around, assuming we'd put our jackets behind the backs of the chairs, making us feel immediately embarrassed.
There was a lot of initial confusion with the wines. We had a voucher for a culinary experience and five glasses of wine included. Perhaps this confused the sommelier, who, very unsure and after advising us to order a single bottle, suggested three sufficient wines, nothing more, which were never explained during the dinner (we're both sommeliers).
We finished the dinner with seven glasses of wine plus two aperitifs, billed separately.
When we got the bill, we noticed that we'd been charged for two full tastings. Since we hadn't had them, we politely asked for an explanation. The young man's very annoyed response, "Impossible, we've written down everything," made us feel even more uncomfortable, so we paid the amount indicated on the receipt to avoid arguments. The attempted refund, promptly refused, with €10 on a €560 bill, was the icing on the cake.
A very negative experience for us, considering the quality of the venue. It was probably a bad night, but such treatment is unacceptable at this level.

17/01/2026: The food is simply excellent: a culinary experience that conquers and is absolutely worth experiencing.
10/01/2026: For a business dinner with my company (so I don't know the per-person cost), this place was truly a wonderful discovery. A secluded location with a beautiful view of the city, a refined interior, kind and friendly service, and splendid dishes, both in presentation and flavor. The wines were also excellent.
A wonderful evening that I hope to repeat again.

22/12/2025: This was our second time at the Aqua Crua restaurant. From a culinary perspective, the experience was positive: high-quality dishes, well-executed and with attention to detail, living up to the expectations of a Michelin-starred restaurant.
The only negative was the service. During dinner, we found a bullet inside a plate, without being warned of the possibility of one. After reporting it to the staff, the plate was not replaced, and we were not offered any form of attention or compensation.
In a restaurant of this caliber, we would have expected a different handling of the incident and more careful communication. With more attentive service, the experience would have been truly excellent.
18/12/2025: I booked this restaurant with very high expectations. After reading the chef's biography and the reviews, I can say that after being there, everything was completely satisfying, starting with the wonderful, friendly, and always kind waiters, and then moving on to the dishes, an explosion of flavor and passion that echoes in every dish. Finally, after meeting and speaking with the chef, I can say it was a wonderful experience; he was a down-to-earth, friendly, and kind person.

A clean, fresh quality that surpasses all expectations.
Let's start with the welcome, which isn't always so predictable (as in this case), eager to remove our coats and immediately ready to make us feel at ease.
Let's talk about the dishes:
the raw fish (not pictured) is fine, tasty, and refined, with a quality worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant.
The gratin:
a generous, warm portion to liven up the palate while waiting for the saffron risotto with seafood.
Let's move on to the main courses:
the tuna melted in your mouth, with a fresh flavor, and the fried fish was delicate and crispy just right.
A restaurant capable of combining excellent cuisine and a lively atmosphere, appreciated even by younger guests.

The gelato is the best.
Highly recommended for both a romantic dinner and a casual evening.

The views are breathtaking, the kindness is immeasurable, the quality of the food is enviable, and the service is commendable.

Not particularly impressed with the food.
31/01/2026: I went to this restaurant for dinner with friends, and I have to say it was a wonderful experience.
The place is well-maintained and has soft lighting.
We had a spectacular raw veal that melted in your mouth and two amazing ribs. The wine list is well-stocked and definitely worth repeating.
I'd especially like to thank the only blonde waitress for the service and professionalism. Emma, if I remember correctly, is always attentive to customer service.
Highly recommended!!!

04/02/2026: I was at dinner from 7:00-8:30 PM. The waitress/head waiter asked me to vacate the table ASAP while we were still eating dessert and we still had 6 minutes to go. Besides, it's absurd to have a specific time limit because it ruins the customer experience. At least let me finish my allotted time! Or dessert! Don't serve it to me if I have to stuff myself to finish it in your time! Or don't take my reservation if you can't accommodate my time. I'll go eat somewhere else and come to you on a quieter day! "Besides, the table next to me had finished a while ago, and you didn't bother them."
-For the owner:
You can see from the negative reviews of your restaurant that 70% of the criticisms concern the same problem that has been going on for years: rude and in a hurry to send you away to get another customer. "Money first" I thought mine was an isolated case.
As soon as the incident happened, I contacted the owners about it, and their response was: "Impossible. I know her. She would never do something like that," thus calling me a liar. So I'm not surprised that today the owner is accusing me of such serious matters as "threats, etc." based on the account of the same person here, "she trusts me so blindly." I would never have dared to threaten a girl. Especially with my partner next door.
I also recommend the place, but at your own risk, because if you find yourself there on the wrong day, you'll spend a lot of money and be treated worse than animals.
01/02/2026: A longtime customer, I write this review with deep regret. While the quality of the food remains undeniable, the service was unacceptable. I chose this place for my anniversary, booking the 7:00-8:30 PM slot. In addition to the systematic delays with the sauces (which arrived 10 minutes after the main courses), we were rudely reprimanded at 8:24 PM while we were finishing dessert, and then again at 8:29 PM in an even worse manner. The worst part? Customers who arrived before us did not receive the same treatment. I tried to talk to the waitress, but was ignored. If you are a mixed couple, be prepared for awkward and discriminatory treatment. An unforgettable evening, but not in a positive way. I will never return.
