13/04/2025: Abbiamo chiesto 2 tagliate di picanha con cottura media accompagnato da patate al forno, la cameriera mi ha detto che non poteva farla media ma solo al sangue, dopo più di 30 minuti è arrivato il tutto completamente freddo chiediamo di rifarla, dopo altri 10 minuti è tornato tutto indietro senza sapere quale delle 2 era la mia figurate che hanno messo tutto in forno con tutto il piatto. Morale della favola? Da chiesta cottura media portata al sangue dopo riscaldata era completamente bruciata. Forse era meglio fredda 😂

25/06/2025: We had a delicious meal like we haven't had in a long time. Exceptional dishes that also tasted absolutely delicious. The service left nothing to be desired, and Italian music was a bonus. Sure, the food isn't exactly cheap, but the prices are absolutely reasonable. We'll definitely be back.

19/05/2025: This is a cozy place in the heart of San Marco Argentano. The staff is very kind, great service, and delicious local food, which can be enjoyed with a tasty glass of rosso. If you manage to stop in this little, characteristic town, you have to pay a visit to Le Baccanti. Will come back!

12/06/2025: Ideal restaurant to escape the heat of Praia a Mare and really good. High quality products and km 0. We tried two dishes off the menu really delicious but I have no doubt that everything else is at the same level, given the attention and care of the owner and chef for more than thirty years Mr. Giacomo. I highly recommend trying this good and genuine cuisine.

The restaurant is located inside a natural cave, excellent meat and fish dishes are served at more than honest prices. Don't miss a visit to the town of Altomonte

25/02/2025: Pleasant surprise... The raw fish starter was very good, as were the first courses (excellent seafood risotto and artisanal tortelli in prawn bisque with very good shellfish filling). Fast and professional service. Definitely recommended

24/06/2025: Small, well-kept place and food cooked with love, wisdom and deep knowledge of raw materials, of the territory first and foremost. Inclusive cuisine: in the menu from appetizer to dessert there are land, sea and plant-based options (ok the dessert was not fish-based 😄).

The environment was conceived with a refined and sober aesthetic, where every architectural and furnishing detail reflects an authentic care for taste and discretion. The atmosphere is marked by a precious quiet, never forced, which makes the stay particularly regenerating. The wellness area is managed with skill and measure: nothing excessively exhibited, everything consistent with a vision of well-being that favors the quality of the experience over spectacularization. Breakfast was a true moment of pleasure. The approach was immediately attentive, with an initial welcome service consisting of small dishes, offered without any request. The à la carte selection, wide and well-calibrated, was able to offer variety without ever slipping into excess. The staff was particularly attentive and available, always elegant and pleasant for every interaction. In short, the Befora Resort does not chase luxury: it embodies it naturally. A structure that offers privacy, excellence and sobriety — qualities that are increasingly rare even among high-level destinations.

29/05/2025: Well-kept location, immersed in the greenery of the Sila. Highly qualified, prepared and friendly staff. Compliments to the bistro, for the class and elegance in the service, as well as for the cuisine that surprised me with well-prepared dishes. The rooms also praise attention to detail, cleanliness and comfort.

28/05/2025: Ghost place, over 40 phone calls and no one answers only recorded messages, I think there is a need for updates in the sector. The first thing is a cashier who answers the phone The second is to remove the director's voice from the phone, since during the hours you described in the recording no one answers anyway.
