The cuisine is extraordinary: traditional Calabrian dishes revisited with flair and creativity, always made with fresh, top-quality ingredients. Every course is a discovery—from appetizers to desserts, everything is perfectly balanced and carefully presented. The wine list is also excellent, with expertly selected local and national labels. The staff is professional, courteous, and always available, making every guest feel at the center of the experience. The quality-price ratio is absolutely balanced for the level of cuisine and service. A must-visit in San Marco Argentano: a gastronomic experience that combines taste, elegance, and authentic passion. I'll be back with pleasure! 🍷✨

07/09/2025: La Baita was a pleasant confirmation, the owner was extremely kind, and the staff was knowledgeable. They immediately set up a table inside because it was a bit chilly in the evening... but let's talk about the food! Excellent! The Aieta ham is always a guarantee of delicacy, the ricotta is top-notch, the pasta is all homemade, the tomato ravioli are delicate and delicious, as is the lagane (tagliolini) with local chickpeas... It's definitely worth the drive up to this village... a restaurant open all year round that "consoles" you with its food culture. P.S. Sorry for the photos... we dusted everything...

20/10/2025: We chose Palia's Hotel as a strategic base for exploring Calabria's parks by bike, and it was a great choice. Ample parking, including a covered car park, a private garage for bicycles (with tools for minor maintenance available), comfortable and clean rooms, and the kindness and enthusiasm of Roberto (the owner), who, along with his wife (an excellent pastry chef), recommended and prepared superb breakfasts for us, making themselves available for any needs we had. It's a shame they no longer have a restaurant, but the bar is well-stocked, and there's a large display of excellent local products you can purchase to create a wonderful memory of these beautiful lands. Thanks again.

11/10/2025: Stunning facility. Super friendly and always available staff. The wellness program was meticulously organized and incredibly relaxing. Heated pools inside the facility with comfortable loungers. Excellent breakfast, plentiful and varied. We had dinner in their bistro, the food was quality. I highly recommend everyone to visit.

13/09/2025: Having planned a trip to Sila, my husband and I decided to stay at the Biafora Hotel. We booked a junior suite for two, with a spa and pool. I'll start with the room: I'm giving it 3 stars because some details need updating (including the in-room whirlpool tub, which has yellowish rust stains inside). The view from the window is stunning. The staff is friendly and polite. I really enjoyed the spa visit, as well as the pool. The breakfast was extraordinary, very tasty and beautifully presented. Overall, I can recommend this hotel; I was left with a good impression.
